He noticed a slider he opened to exit the house needed to be lubed and did it for us. He cleaned up all debris caused by installation. The New windows are beautiful. We had new doors and windows installed in our brand new home by Danny Chavez of Discount Windows in Murrieta and weve had nothing but problems since the start. One of our front doors completely warped within the first year and it was almost impossible to get it replaced. Once we finally did get the replacement door, it didnt even match the other one!We also have 3 sets of French doors in the back of the house and during the first rainfall in 2014, all 3 of them leaked through the bottom and through the glass. The water damaged our wood floors and our walls and baseboards. It is now May of 2015, and he still hasnt done anything to compensate us for the damage. If youre shopping for a door / window place, Discount Windows is NOT the place to go. I would suggest you keep on shopping.
