My go to store but every single time i go the lines are incredibly long and customer service just isn’t there :/ a bit dismissive

The store is getting more and more busier than ever, it is a good thing. The vegetables are fresh and priced reasonably. I went to the store mainly for vegetables, but rarely got a chance to look through them completely. The aisles of the vegetable section are so narrow so I hardly could stay a bit longer to get all the things I wanted at once. I had to keep moving my cart all the time so other customers behind me could get through the narrow aisles. Then I had to put my cart somewhere and came back for other vegetables I needed. Also recently every time I went to the vegetable section, there was always a store staff stuffing vegetables with a big cart, surely I don’t blame anyone doing their jobs, it’s just the extremely limited space and always blocked traffic which made me feel very uncomfortable and hard to get my shoppings done.

Do not ever expect great customer service from this place. They are rude and Mary Cruz is to blame. Not once but twice she was so rude to my Husband. I pride myself in Customer service. I know it makes or breaks peoples experience. I have over 40 years of retail experience.

Clean, visited while visiting relatives. We shop at Albertsons in 90247. So, it was hard to find certain things in there. But, it was nice.

Please restock your bags por favor.

This is the BEST grocery store in Temecula Valley & beyond!Kate in the Deli is excellent!I couldnt say too much about her service & hard work, she does an amazing job! Thank you for employing people like her.

Been shopping here since the store it opened. Only had one bad experience here in over 10 years plus. Store is pretty well sucked, they have sanitizers throughout the store. Store is very clean.

I think the employees operating self checkout should be more mindful of personal space and adhere to social distancing regulations & not reach over you while you’re checking out .

Drive to next town for this ralphs. Great deals and great gas prices

08/15 Bought 4 creamy chicken and rice soup from the Boar Island. Had 1 today. Not up to your standards. Hope the rest are better.

Very upscale store. Well laid out. Staff was courteous. Was looking for a certain energy bar but they didnt have it. But all on all Id recommend it. Clean

Ive gone to this store for over 10 years and everything is still great. The workers, customer service, etc. They may have changes sometimes, but theres no doubt the community can trust them to deliver their need(quite literally may I add) the have a great produce selection and the organics are pretty well priced compared to other stores.

Sometimes they have some really huge deals, and sometimes they dont. It really depends on what you want, and your timing, like all stores. But overall, its a really clean place with good deals and nice staff.

Gas station is out of service for a while. Adding diesel fuel. Usually best prices around though. Love Ralphs, great customer service.

Everyone at this store is so kind. Isles are small but everything is clean and organized and well stocked. I love that this is the only store around open till midnight!

Dont live near Ralphs. Ran in to get chicken, tortillas and some donuts. Added plus they had some fresh avocado dip too bad it wasnt spicy. Perfect for the chicken tacos I was making my grandkids.

Very nice store and friendly staff. Everything I would expect from a premium grocery store. Prices are a bit higher than some of the stores in the area but they really make it worth the extra price in the variety and quality of items offered.

This Ralphs never has a handicap cart that works. I am done with them. Four weeks...two are broken and the third and only one not broken is always dead.

Nicest, most helpful employees anywhere. Store is always stocked and clean. If you have disabilities, they will always go out of their way to provide assistance... and the wheelchairs are always charged! ☺

The potato wedges are the best, especially when they are out of the oven super crispy and delicious.

You honestly cant get better friendlier staff than we have at our local Ralphs! They get to know everyone and are great at check out and finding stuff in the store. The remodel has me searching a little more, but it was a nice upgrade.

The new manager they just brought in is very mean. She checked me out last night and o had to remove iteam she was throwing stuff and making noises. Will not shop there again while she is working. Yet the other manager was amazing

Variety, price deals are comparable. Helpful, friendly staff, decent sales. Ralphs is favorite store and only place I prefer to shop, loyal customer since returning to Cali in 1983.

Used to be 5 stars. But since they added diesel you can no longer simply pull in and top off. 😤

I prefer shopping a Ralphs because check out is faster. and it gives you a chance to earn points towards gas. and the prices are a little bit cheaper than Albertsons or Stater Brothers.

I went to the store right after the local middle school let out. The parents drive like maniacs and the parking lot is a gridlock. Inside the store there are packs of middle schoolers. Some on bikes and some on scooters. They go down the aisle, pick up an energy drink Nd begin drinking it. Eat candy also. They pretend to be in line faking that they pay. I believe this is sending a very poor message to the youth. Additionally, we all pay for the stuff that gets stolen. I hope Ralphs management can work with the middle school to solve this problem.

I prefer the Ralphs on Newport. Something about this one seems harder to navigate the store. But they do have the same choices as any Ralphs.

It was all a little over priced for me but it seemed like they had a lot of fresh organic produce which was great. So I think you get what you pay for.

This location is one of the nicest Ralphs stores. It has a salad bar, along with an olive bar. Access is also good, which is not always the case, ie, the Menifee location.
