Went to purchase a Winchester safe valued over $650 and the lady at the register said she would get help but no one ever bothered to assist us. We waited for about 15 and by that time my kids and wife got restless so we left. First time there and will be the last. Horrible service to have customers wait that long especially if we were going to spend that much money.

The young man who helped me load a safe into my truck, 15 minutes before closing had exemplary customer service. Even though I was one of those customers, he helped me with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He deserves a raise.

There baby chicks are sick and will die shortly after you purchase them. Even though I wasnt looking for a refund I called to let them know and one of the employees mentioned that hes been getting a lot of calls lately for the same thing and that I could give my information to the manager and they would refund me the money. He was going to transfer me to a manager but then got back on the phone and his whole story changed it was his mistake no refunds or accountability it was then my fault and i didnt take care of them correctly.

This is the best and most friendly organization in the state of California by far! A couple nights ago I, my wife and daughter experienced a flat tire right of the freeway of this location. My car had a jack but no four way or bar for the lug nuts, to swap in a spare tire. I called this location and Mike and Scott assisted us quickly with the right tools to complete the swap. These two gentlemen provided the most amazing customer over the phone as well as we I rolled my flat right up to the parking lot. They both assisted me with the right action to take, as well as with the right tools. My family and I are so thankful to have these two gentlemen at this location at the right time. Thank you Mike and Scott, you are the best!!!!

We have nothing but good to say about Tractor Supply in general, but especially the Murrieta store. We live over an hour away and are new owners of baby chicks, hen house, etc. Mary and Frank went out of her way to help us when there was a problem with our order. Anytime we we have called, Mary and everyone in the store have been very patient and helpful. We Love Tractor Supply!!!!

Even when they are busy they are willing to help the customer. If you have to wait its not because theyre ignoring you, they are working hard! Their employees at this location are always friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont know the answer to a question they find someone who does or has someone contact you. They treat everyone equally no matter your own level of experience which is unlike farm stores out of state that I have experienced.

My family and I have been coming to the tractor supply in Murrieta since it opened. Mary and Mike, managers have been incredible, they bend over backwards to help us find and have what we need. We are there there least once a week picking up supplies for our riding academy. they also support our local 4H. Thanks!

Worst customer service, both over the phone and in person. Painful to deal with people with such little intelligence and critical thinking skills! Curbside pickup logistics need improvement to say the least. I will never return here for animal feed or related products, Dans is a much better option, and the employees can think on their feet while making the experience pleasant!

The customer service here is terrible. I placed 2 orders online for items that were in stock and ready for same day pickup. Both were canceled with no explanation given. When I called to find out about it the manager was rude and no help at all. I won’t be going back to this location ever.

Great place to find deals on all merchandise. They have a great selection of tools and specialty items you cant find at Home Depot or Lowes. If they dont have it, they can special order it.

The employees are very nice I go there alot for the science diet dog food, I just wish they would move the dog food so I can get it instead of putting it behind a pillar. Update I guess they dont care about customer feedback science dog food still behind pillar come twice a week the food cost 54 dollars last time there was also a ladder in the way also. I guess they dont want you to buy science dog food.

Gardeners! I found a treasure in Murietta. TSC is a great store. First, I felt welcomed by all staff I had contact with. Mary helped me sort out my order and the delivery, and Frank delivered four panels and 6-foot T-posts with a smile. I ordered all materials online before noon, and they were delivered by 5pm the same day.Second, TSC sells AND DELIVERS 4x16 feedlot panels for cattle that have become all the rage for gardeners who use them to grow edibles vertically to save garden space. On YOUTUBE, you may have seen hobby farmers or homesteaders use a single panel to create a tall but strong arched trellis over the pathway between two raised beds. The arch supports heavy summer climbers like winter squash or large melons as well as smaller vining fruits and vegetables and even flower vines. The arch is beautiful and functional since your can easily check the health of your plants as they grow, and later you can harvest your fruit while standing under the cool shaded arch.

Love this place! Fairly cheap prices and great quality products. When my family comes to visit we usually make a trip to see the ducks and chicks or just to look around. They have a lot of awesome little knick knacks to look at as well.I have bought huge bags of dog treats here that my dogs absolutely loved, they were a great price and met my specifications. Im very picky when it comes to my dogs and what they consume.I also have a guinea pig so I buy his food here and he loves it! They have a great selection for all pets of all sizes.

I came here right at closing time to buy some items to fix my car which broke down in the parking lot.Despite the time of night, all of the staff were super helpful and friendly... They never made me feel like I was holding them up from getting home; in fact, just the opposite. Because of my situation, they went out of their way to make me feel better. Most supplies for ranch and farm. Cost is reasonable. Anything from chicks and chicken coops to dog kennels and inoculating shots. Its pretty fun to shop there. The people are super nice. Its well lit. I feel very safe there. Its the best farm supply place in Menifee. And thats saying something.

Love this place, great propane refill prices as well as water softener salt. I try and buy my animal feed from the local feedstore located behind it. However their selection isnt bad.

They rarely run out of my particular feeds. I have several different species ie: horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, & wild birds that I feed. I use Equine Senior for 1 horse, special diet for 1 dog. They very rarely do not have all that I need.
