Cannot recommend this business ENOUGH! What started as a simple call for a clogged kitchen sink turned into fixing things that were long overdue. Darrell was wonderful. The original reason for the call was finished quickly and efficiently (like SUPER QUICK) and since he was here... we asked if he could look at a clogged shower drain. This was long long overdue and when it presented to be a bigger challenge that first glance, he went above and beyond to 1) figure out the best plan to fix it and 2) DID! I dont know how he did it, but its better than when we first moved in and Im so thankful that he helped us out. I will definitely be recommending this business to any and all looking!

I called the morning I saw rusty water coming down my kitchen wall behind my cabinets. I got through immediately, explained what was going on and someone was out to our home within in a couple of hours the same day! They immediately referred us to a mitigation company who contacted us that same day and came out that same day as well. After the wall was opened up, dried out a little and ready for inspection, I called Family plumbing back and they had someone out again within a few hours, it was about 4pm when they came. They were able to diagnose the problem, go get the parts and have it repaired by 5:30pm that day! A leaky pipe in your wall is stressful enough without having to deal with a horrible company fixing it! From management to their plumbers/techs all were courteous, nice, respectful and attentive! I will only use them for anything I need in the future! I’ve used other in the area prior and they were not professional that is why I call Family! Thank you Family plumbing!

Great good quality and very punctual. Came to service a tankless water heater. Called around and these guys had the best rate and were able to show up same day. Darrel the plumber was upfront and honest and was able to get my hot water back and ensured everything was working before leaving.

Darrell really saved us! We called him when we ran out of ways to stop the leak in the bathroom our new home. It was so frustrating after 4 days of trying to get this shut off valve to work. We replaced every part possible on this darn toilet to the point it was 10PM at night and the water wouldnt stop gushing out. We had to cut the water line completely and call it quits. We googled a 24hr plumber and picked this company based on availability and reviews. He showed up within an hour took about 20 minutes to fix. Price was reasonable - only charged time & half for coming out late at night compared to a regular call. They even guaranteed it for a year and said if it STILL doesnt fix the issue the payment today would go towards the LAST resort of breaking down the wall and replacing the copper piping. Thank you Darrell! You were so professional and gave us some useful insight.. something new home owners really need. Elmer & the team did a great job in repiping my home with Pex . Elmer was friendly, professional and completed the job with care . We had a late night leak and after speaking to Dino he had one of his techs here in less than 30 min. When Matt arrived he was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. This business has done work for the owner and previous renters at our address before, so after a high estimate from another establishment we gave them a call to run a camera . Darrell arrived in the Am spent a good 1.2 hours running the snake and was able to brake through. The camera he grabbed wasnt working so he ran back to the shop and made another attempt. Unfortunately the head on this one was two big. But he called the office and they put a work order in to return and run the smaller camera once its repaired. The company through in a container of bio clean for the inconveniences. He took a quick look again under our sink made a quick fix. The line is now flowing once more and he will return to run the camera to be sure it was just a back up because of a clog. All in all good service, friendly and informative. Im satisfied with the service. Would use them again.

I love this company! Best Buy came out to deliver a new fridge. Best Buy workers broke my water valve behind fridge and told me to call a plumber and left in a hurry. I called Family Plumbing Heating and Air after many failed calls to other plumbers, and they were out in a jiffy. I explained to the receptionist that I had all my groceries out because of the refrigerator delivery and was in a panic. She acted immediately and had Darrel come out. He took care of the issue and gave me advice that came in very handy! If I waited for other plumbing companies, my groceries all would have went bad seeming Best Buy didn’t even plug in my fridge. I needed a washing machine outlet box installed in a difficult location. Darrell came by for an estimate and I was able to schedule the work the very next day. Called Dino at Family Plumbing because my AC was not getting cold. He scheduled for Matt to come out and take a look at it same day!!!! He found a refrigerant leak on my copper lines. Matt evacuated the system and brazed it back together and had my house cooled down within hours but it seemed like minutes. Dino and his team are life savers. *BEWARE**After contacting the company directly and trying time and time again for this company to make things right here we are... This company is unprofessional and will leave you without water for up to a week. Family plumbing sent out Darrel to fix a small drip at my irrigation pressure valve. I showed Darrel where the drip was and what needed to be done. Once he “repaired” the valve that was dripping we waited 4 hours to turn on the water like we were told to do. Once the water came back on we had a big leak at a different location that was caused by Darrel leaning on the pipes. After he discovered the new leak he went to get parts and ended up working into the night “fixing” the new leak. Darrel then told us it would be an additional $300.00 to cover his extra time. I felt that was crazy given the leak was not there prior to him messing with the pipes l, but paid him in good faith that everything would be done correctly. I called them 3 times leaving messages and I was told I would be getting a call from Dino (which I still have not received a phone call back). The next morning another plumber Matt came out and informed us that Darrel had used an electrical coupling with standard white pvc pipe. Matt said the should have never used that and that the plumping that was done was a horrible job. Matt needed to gather the right materials to fix the mistakes that were made and he did a great job. (Wish he was sent originally). Although he did a great job and fixed all of the previous mistakes my front yard was never repaired, so we did it ourselves. I feel I should be refunded for the problems caused by your company and the lack of knowledge of your “plumber”.

We came home after a night out and discovered a pool of water in our garage - it was from our water heater and it was leaking. We called a few plumbers but Family Plumbers actually picked up. They walked us through how to shut off the water to the appliance and said someone would be out the next morning. Darrell came by and was very friendly. During the repair and repiping after a slab leak (which Family also performed) we discovered a faulty, leaking water heater. The heater was ready to blow and also required new electronic elements. Jorge replaced the unit and brought our system up to current codes. The unit itself was under warranty and Family assisted us in purchasing the new unit!

Our hot water heater went out 3 days ago. We called our warranty company American Homeshield they took 2 days to come out, arrived on a Wednesday. They ordered a thermocouple said they should be able to install on Friday. I received no communication regarding the replacement part so I called the company dispatched by the warranty company. I was told they were very busy and wouldnt be able to return until Thursday (6 more days) after I complained about not having any hot water for 3 days now and my kids need to be able to shower they were able to change the date to Tuesday. Still not acceptable for our family as that is 4 more days. Our family cant go a week with no hot water. I used Family Plumbing Heating & Air years ago and had a business card, so I called, they were more than accommodating. They were able to come out to repair the part in a few hours. We called them back and instead of fixing the problem we decided to replace the hot water heater they were able to accommodate our change and still come out in a few hours. We called for a shower leak on Friday afternoon thinking theyd send out a tech Monday or Tuesday. They sent one out on Saturday morning! Unbelievable service!!! Just had a new air conditioning system installed by Family Plumbing Heating and Air. They are the best! They were prompt and efficient in their work and were real pros. The old system was replaced and a quiet powerful new system was installed and humming in just a few hours. And the price was excellent! Beat any competitors.

The technician came to our home due to the AC not cooling.When he approached me with the diagnosis of the problem, he was very rude because I was not wearing a mask. I was about 20 feet away from him and did not have any intentions of coming any closer. I did not appreciate his attitude. He was very unprofessional.Secondly, he informed me that the condenser unit was the problem. This essentially means that the entire AC unit needed to be replaced at a cost of approx. $7500.The next day a different company sent out their technician and the problem was quickly resolved. He replace the capacitor and the AC was back to excellent working condition. The entire repair cost me less than $300 USD.Please be weary of this company. Make sure to get more than one quote.

Great customer service and great technician!! My A/C stopped cooling. Called them up and they had a technician out the next day. Julio the Tech. did an assessment on what the problem could be. He troubleshooted a few things in his it would just need a new part. When that was eliminated as a problem it was determined that I needed a new air conditioner. He took the time to explain each of the problems and each possible solution so I could make a decision on what would be the best purchase option. Once I decided that I wanted to get a new air conditioner they took care of everything. I feel confident in my purchase and I didnt feel like I had missed out in pricing with other companies. Im really impressed on the customer service and attention to detail Julio delivered. Even when they encountered another small problem, they were able to troubleshoot it, fix it, and finish the installation. I now have cool air again. We have used Family Plumbing, Heating and Air several times in the past and again recently. Our plumber Darrell presented himself professionally. He was courteous and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about our plumbing issues and did a thorough job investigating all sources that fed into the issue. Darrell shared his knowledge and educated us as to proper care of our issue. Darrell also had a trainee with him the day of our service call and we were able to witness his teaching ability with this young man. Impressive to watch his teaching and interaction with the trainee. The job was completed quickly, replacement parts installed with an expertise which was shared with us.As much as anyone hates calling a plumber, we are glad Darell was the plumber who came out that day.

I have used this company for years- we needed both air units and heater units as our home is 14 years old. They came out, quoted us a price for all units. I knew it was a good price as we used them before. We called our friend that is a commercial electrician to check prices and he said that it was a great price. Dino came out the next day and made sure all the right equiptment came and they put them all in the same day.

Again, the cause of the problem was very hard to diagnose. He tried many procedures but was really having difficulty. He was determined to solve the mysterious cause. He spent a lot of time working on it. Finally, he found it! Everyone was very happy. Darrell B. was the perfect repair person for us. He was courteous, professional, and friendly through the entire process. We are glad that we decided to give Family Plumbing a second chance.

Same day service was available for our air conditioner fan that stopped working. I was prepared for a big bill to replace the fan but the technician, Ty, listened intentfully to my description if the problem and took a few small replacement parts with him into the attic. Family Plumbing to the rescue! Our 10+ year old a/c system crashed on Tuesday. It could have been patched up and run a bit longer, but we decided it was better in the long run to update to a modern system with a digital thermostat and other bells and whistles. The salesman gave us a series of options and listened to our needs. Our three-man installation team did a great job and the new unit runs much quieter and cools faster. Bravo!!!

He gives give great advice to keep my plumbing in great shape and does AMAZING work! These guys are one of the good plumbing companies. Great price, great attitude, and great work! I can’t ask for anything more.

We had Family Plumbing Heating & Air as our GoTo service provider for over 9 years. They installed our air conditioning unit in 2010. They had the best bid and actually got back to us quickly and followed up. Only one of the other two bids requested actually came through and it was in an e-mail with no additional follow up. They recently came out to check why our heater furnace wasn’t coming on consistently. We had installed a NEST thermostat and thought that was the problem. Even a NEST tech came out and said our furnace was fine. But Julio from Family PH& A came out and diagnosed the real problem. The furnace wasn’t fine. So I was able to get the warranty company to come out and fix the furnace ( it was still under warranty). The warranty company tech identified the exact prob. as Julio.They also installed a new sink and vanity for our new home which looks great. It’s hard to put a price on integrity but Family Plumbing Heating & Air is priceless. We will always use them and refer them to friends and family.

Darrell did a great job, diagnosed our plumbing issue and quickly fixed it. He was here on time and was extremely courteous throughout the service call. I always call this company for any plumbing issues.

Darrell is the BEST!!!What a man of character, honesty, and true diligence.Our water heater was on the blink. When Darrell arrived, he patiently answered our endless questions. He came prepared with several water heater parts in case they were needed. He understood we needed hot water!Yesterday, we had another plumber that looked at our water heater. He said that we needed a new pilot assembly. This pilot assembly would arrive in two weeks since it was being shipped from back east. His second option, he said, was to purchase a new water heater. Our current water heater is only 4 years old! I told him that neither option was acceptable, and I would have to think about what to do. He called back an hour later, stating that he found a pilot assembly that could be here on Wednesday.In the meantime, I was looking for another plumber. Darrell replaced the defective thermocouple, less than $10.00! His visit was so stress-free and painless. Its like getting your car repaired--I have to believe the mechanic in charge because I dont know anything about car engines!In conclusion, if you need Darrell, call him. Everyone needs a Darrell in their busy lives.I guarantee him!😁

From the moment I called the number I think his name was Dino could be wrong....best customer service ever....the plumber was here within and hour and was super friendly very knowledgeable. His apprentice was also very kind and friendly and new what he needed to do to help plumber Got us fixed right up and even gave us a 30 day Warranty. Will definitely be my first call next time we have a plumbing problem! Oh and the rate was great!!! Thank you so very much guys....

This Company is so AWESOME! I wrote a Yelp review but I have to follow through on Google too! This company treats you like family!!! My husband is in Afghanistan and these guys have made sure ALL our air conditioning needs are taken care of, including a grill they had to special order to fit our 55 yr old house, special size not common anymore. Darrell was very friendly and informative. He was very prompt, arriving on time. He explained in detail, information about my particular situation. I did not need a pressure regulator as I had previously thought. It turned out to be a sprinkler/irrigation system problem and he did not charge me for the visit. I would highly recommend Family Plumbing and Heating as they provide prompt and honest service.

Terry was our technician that came out to us today. Family Plumbing Heating & Air was the only place I called. I was immediately sold that they could take care of us so quickly. Terry was absolutely amazing! He was in and out with diagnosis in less 20 minutes and we were all fixed! He was extremely courtesy and very professional. Another great service call by Matt! He quickly diagnosed and fixed what I thought would have been a major leak behind the dishwasher and it was a minor clogged tube. Replaced it quickly and at a very reasonable rate. I could have been taken advantage by another plumber and that is why I call Family Plumbing Heating & Air. I know they are honest and trustworthy about the diagnosis and the fix without ever ripping me off.
