Cal Oaks liquor it is an incredible stop the place is immaculate clean everything you can imagine is in this beautiful store I really do mean beautiful it’s so clean labels forward so you can see what you are reading a cigar room control temperature which is very cool there is so much the store is offering the general public you might have to ask where an item is the best part about it is Conversation with the owner as well as employees A very outstanding team they make you feel at home this is not a place where you just run in and run out there’s too much to look at the varieties incredible and of course you got the conversation and a new friend five stars is not enough the prices are great plenty of parking outside which is a whole other story it is very clean out in the parking lot around the stores and the other stores along with beautiful trees grass area and other stores within walking distance of your car. I certainly do know you Will find your favorite beverages snacks ice cream it’s all there.you take a moment and walk-in even just to look around you don’t have to purchase anything but I’m sure you well this is my store of choice when I’m in the area I do go out of my way to come here and when I arrive I am greeted so nicely nothing generic I start with a conversation before I even shop and after shopping another conversation before I leave. Less selection than large liquor stores, but what they have shows both good variety and taste. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are competitive.

Easy to miss and prone to closing early. I tried to get some vodka a bit before midnight - its posted closing time - and was disappointed to see that liquor stores can no longer be trusted as the pillars of regularity they once were. Next to a Subway and Papa Johns; near a bank and cosmetic surgery practice. There is a walkway in-between the building this establishment is housed in and the next that leads from the parking lot to Cal Oaks, just past the stoplight at Monroe, allowing for quick and secretive pedestrian passage.

If you want good prices, great service and great selection. Come to Cal Oaks liquor Murrieta. A friendly and warm Community spirited store. Joe who runs the store is awesome always friendly and great conversation! My wife and I would rather shop here then BevMo by far.

Great selection, well maintained, clean and friendly. Everything is tagged with a price so there arent any overcharge surprises when you go to pay, I love that.

Hidden Gem, not too many places sell hard alcohol, liquor stores anyways in this area. Due to the zoning regulations of the city alcohol is allowed to be sold past a certain time and hard alcohol isnt allowed in a number of places, but if you need it and you need it late this is your Sanctuary there open till midnight normally and they have a great selection with a knowledgeable staff. I wouldnt buy snacks and a bunch of other stuff here because they tend to be on the pricey side but as far as alcohol goes if you need drinks for your shindig well you found your spot.

Their ID scanner doesnt scan out of state IDs apparently. Dude sat there staring at my ID for 3 minutes and then wouldnt let me checkout. Presented him with my Idaho ID as well and still wouldnt let me buy. Would not recommend this location. Staff is not helpful
