I visited this store for the first time last weekend and the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was how clean and organized everything looked. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I learned some valuable information on helmets and the differences in all of theirs on the shelf. I appreciated the time they took to explain it to me. Will shop there again!

This dealership is great. I was looking for some riding gear and they had the FXR gear in stock. Tabatha put it on hold for me and when I came in, she was super helpful and super nice. It was pretty refreshing because the typical experience at dealerships is usually not pleasant. Even though they are over an hour away from my house, I would go there again. Thanks AEO

Really awesome team in Murrieta. Always really helpful and knows what they are doing. Great customer service. Service is spot on. Also really quick and easy for buying a bike. There is not one single complaint I have on this place. Probably why I’m there 2-3 times a week haha. Will always give my business to them and not some rude dealership.

Great customer service and mechanical knowledge. The service dept. is the best Ive experienced . Sam is the real deal, knowledgeable, patient, great people skills etc. Anthony is a real mechanic that has great people skills not to mention his knowledge of the whole motorcycle. These guys go beyond just fixing a mechanical problem, they trouble shoot what might be causing a certain problem and go over with you. Like one reviewer already stated you leave AEO with a smile .Parts dept. prices are for most things are comparable to RMATV and the young parts staff is pretty dialed. Sales staff seems straight forward and honest.KTM North America should be proud of AEO ! They are doing right.

For all your 6D Helmet needs come to AEO in Murrieta, they carry adult and youth sizes. Ask for Mike for your parts and accessories needs. As far as units you could find KTM and Husqvarna offroad and street bikes. Super clean dealership with helpful staff that know their stuff. Also located in Arizona Mesa and Peoria.

I had to plan the purchase from up in northern CA. Taylor made the process super easy and had the bike ready for pickup when I arrived. Taylor gave me updates on the bike throughout the process and was extremely responsive to all the questions I was emailing him. I’d definitely purchase from AEO in the future. Not the best prices but the ability to rest ride bikes is really nice! Limited selection as well but 5 stars because these guys really give phenomenal service and work to give you a good experience.

Great to know of a KTM-Husky dealership in Murrieta. I thought only the US Corp offices/distribution were in the area. Now, I have an alternative to Escondido. My 701E appreciates it.

Took my YZ250F in to get some work done. The staff was super friendly, ready to help, and advise me on what else may need to be done. They’re very knowledgeable and I felt confident leaving everything in their hands. They had it done in about a day, where it would’ve taken weeks anywhere else. They had it all when it came to price, convenience and service.

Been to this store numerous times and they aren’t very polite here.None of the employees greet you ever or even acknowledge you are there.I called service line the other day to ask a question about software for my bike,service person was busy and the lady who answered the phone took my information and told me he will call me back....Never received a call back...Ended up driving to Poway Motorsports(even though I am local to Murrieta) and I tell you what a difference! Every person who worked there was greeting me and asking if I have any questions.Service guy jumped right in and found a software update for my bike and took the bike in the back and was finished in 5 minutes!It is kind of shame that AEO powersports lack customer service training,because it would be more convenient for me to go to my local store instead of driving and hour to Poway to get a good customer service.So far I wouldn’t recommend this KTM dealer,hopefully they can change for better in the future.

Excellent experience. Purchased a new 20 500exc-f and had the suspension sprung & valved to my needs. The entire team, Jeremy, Taylor, Sam, Ray, Mark and several others were fantastic. Amazing customer service, long story short I broke down on my 1290 while headed to work. I had a tow truck take the bike straight to the shop and AEO did everything they could to get me back on the road quickly. Thanks for being honest and providing great customer service. I have owned a few bikes in the past. Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha never have I bought brand new. Never in my life have I bought a bike from a dealership. Well I bought a 2020 KTM 790 adv r from AEO in Murrieta. Absolutely no hassle, no BS just honesty. I really wanted this bike I even checked out other dealership. I got supposably a better offers if I bought that day even though they didnt have one on the show room floor. Did a lot of research on the bike no one was offering a lower price from the MSRP. The only savings would have been frieght charge and the sales rep made up specs on the bike. AEO never BS me and they know KTM better service at a cheaper rate. My experience of buying a new bike couldnt have gone better I have confidence that AEO will take care of me and my bike. What more could you ask for thanks AEO you just got a faithful customer.

So Glad to have AEO powersports in our area, I just stopped in today after driving by and broke my neck realizing omg its open! By far the best buying experience and in-store customer service Ive received for ANYTHING Ive ever purchased. It seems like everyone in the shop rides and knows their stuff, in addition to the owner, who is usually on-site if you have any questions. I was helped by numerous staff members for the different items I needed. First my bike, with Rays experience and expertise he got me set-up with a 2019 Husqvarna FE 350 for the best price in all of Southern California (I spent weeks looking). Then my gear, Chaz spent tons of time with me to ensure I had all the right gear to get me started without wasting money. Finally, the tuning and specs, Sammy in service ensured my bike was tuned to my specifications and took the time to ensure I was comfortable with my bike. Due to my newb experience, everyone at the shop ensured I was confident in my bike and gear before I left and didnt rush any bit of the process. Everyone was upfront and honest, and didnt try to up-sell me on anything just because Im a newb. If youre looking for quality products and customer service dont hesitate to check out the shop, which has tons of gear, as well as the latest bikes from KTM and Husqvarna. Thanks Guys!
