Awesome product and customer service. Russ dealt with my indecision with patience, I ended up with a 13.5 RS1 shock which he assembled specially for me on the spot, as its an odd size. My 2010 Fat Bob is a different bike now, I love it. Thank you guys

Purchased a set of the 13 RS-1 shocks with HD springs for my 2017 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. Wow, what a night/day difference. This bike now eats up the road imperfections and handles like its on rails. The price point for this type of shock with additional reservoir is excellent compared to the competition. Highly recommend - my only regret is that I didnt do it sooner.
