We live in a motorhome and only come back to Muscatine for a short time in the spring. We have our mailbox there for the last four years, and find the service excellent, we call them on the phone and they will send our mail to us where ever we are at the time. They are always friendly and go over and above our expectations.

Very friendly staff, very clean store and lots of options wether it be postage stamps, mailing something or shipping something.. I had made graduation invitations and they were way better than what I envisioned.. I have had several pictures copied and they turned out amazing! And all I did was email the pics... AND they were done with in a day.. fast service!!!

I love all the services that Mailboxes has to offer. Its so nice not having to travel out of town to get what I need done. The staff there is so friendly and will go out of their way to see that your needs are taken care of. Becca Shoppa and her staff are the best.

The owner picked up my return package from my work and shipped it UPS, no charge. I am unable to get out that way in the winter and she helps make my printing and shipping needs much much easier! Shes a sweet heart! Would definitely recommend this place!

LOVE THIS PLACE! They returned my package to Amazon at no charge, just had to drop off with the UPS print out! I also get my business cards and fliers printed here and the quality and price are the best that I have seen! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have worked at Mailboxes for the last three years. We do not charge for drop offs. We do our best to service anyone who walks through our doors, in a timely manner and with great respect to our customers.

Very disappointed with service. Took items there to have shipped since wanted them to package. They charged 35 % more for just shipping cost than taking to post office. Seems high for just 1 package. When asked about it office manager just said that is just cost of doing business. When asked about not being able to use tracking # the next day they were going to check on it and call me but they never did call. Will not use them again.

Charge extra dollar for almost everything.Plus i found out a package drop off isn’t free as other ups location.
