I eat at Butchers Vegetables at least once or twice a week and the food is always good. My fave is the easy tom with no egg. Seriously tho, everything here is delicious. I highly recommend the juices. Today I had the Stuffed Mediterranean Quinoa Mushroom with a Bring the Beet juice and it was amazing. Ive been a vegetarian for most of my life and its wonderful to finally have a spot in Muscatine for high quality cuisine from a staff that cares!

Everything is fresh and tasty and cooked perfectly. Chipotle has a nice kick to it. The garlic avocado toast was a real treat.

Butchers Vegetables is a healthy choice for a filling lunch! They have a variety of options of lunches and smoothies. The easy Tom is my favorite! Everything I’ve eaten is delicious though. Their place is always so welcoming, cute, and clean! Customer services is awesome as well.

Extremely welcoming workers and the food is even better. Sweet potato quesadilla is a mouthwatering hit and is one of the best quesadillas I’ve had. Portbella burger was surprisingly good considering its not beef and I’ve been an Adamant meat eater most of my life. Went here on a whim and sure am glad I did. They also packed my meal with some bonus fruit and a lil flower. A sweet touch nonetheless. A++

I ordered the buffalo cauliflower salad with a mango mix smoothie. I wished I took a picture but I was overly excited to bite into my meal. Food was flavorful, delicious, full fulling and importantly healthy. I already planned to return and try the other menu options.

So my friend, who is vegetarian, has been eating there since they opened and has always raved about the food. When she brings it back to work it always looks fabulous. Ive had sample bites of it and it has always been tasty. Last week I tried the Buffalo Cauliflower Sandwich...OMG, it was a great sandwich. Today I had the Buffalo Cauliflower salad. Best salad ever. Im sold! I could eat there everyday.

I cannot express how amazing it is to have a restaurant in town where you can go to get healthy, delicious food! It took me way too long to come try it out. I tried the Chipotle Bowl and it was absolutely delicious. Im not the biggest fan of Kale, but they made it delicious. Ill definitely be back to try more of their dishes!Comparatively speaking it will seem like small portion sizes for the money, but I definitely think it is worth the money for the quality of food.

I finally took time on my lunch break to drive across town and try this adorable little place. They have the best lemonade Ive ever had! Not to mention the portobello burger was so flavorful and delicious! You ladies are doing vegetarian food right!!!

Im not vegetarian, but I like trying new foods. Their Black Bean & Portabella burger was AMAZING. Low carbon footprint feel to the place; No plastic bags, and Im sure they grow/cultivate a lot of the things they serve themselves! Yes, absolutely, I recommend this place. I dont eat out for lunch often, but Ill be swinging by again soon.
