I went in looking for a bed. And wasnt sure what kind I would like. The guy who worked there was very helpful. He also gave me different options for how they do the pricing. Was very nice and polite. Very helpful and didnt dismiss any question I did have.

This is the worst bed Ive ever had. The matress gets lumpy and turning it doesnt make a difference. I cant wait to burn it and get another one. Very low quality. The guys that own the store were helpful but theyre selling a low quality product for the same price as Pierce furniture. This matress is the worst purchase Ive ever made and it cost me 1000 dollars.

Were looking for new mattresses for the family. Stopped in and were greeted immediately. Kirk was extremely helpful and took the time to explain their products and the differences. Everyone is happy with their new mattresses!

After a terrible experience at a competitor with an extremely pushy salesman, I decided to try Factory Direct Mattress. The man working (Kevin? Im not sure) greeted me, and gave me some overall info on the different mattresses then let me be. I wandered around trying the different beds for probably 30 min trying to decide. If youve been in other furniture stores you know the sales people can swarm like vultures. That never happened here.Updated: I give the in store service and product a 5. Delivery was a 3. So Im splitting the difference and going with 4. I was charged a delivery fee but still had to help deliver my own mattresses. The queen wasnt much problem but the king was so heavy (double coils) the two of us together could not carry it upstairs. So now its sitting on my living room until my husband returns from travel and is able to round up enough help to get it up the stairs. I believe that if Im charged a delivery fee, it should include delivery to the room of choice without needing my help.

This place was beyond phenomenal. The salesman Kirk (I am so sorry if thats wrong) was super nice and just down to earth with us about pricing and options. My parents got a full new king bed and a new queen mattress for my old room. Wonderful experience, I super 10/10 recommend this place for mattress/bed needs
