I spent $5000 on a shed, it showed up with some damage, things happen, I just wanted some touch up paint and a new panel. It told almost 3 months to get the panel and some paint. I had to call corporate to get anything done. I stopped in to get the paint and Bill couldnt wait to run out. I never received an apology or a were sorry. I hope I dont need any warranty service because based on past service Ill never get any help.

Do not reccomend! Spent 2 grand with these guys and I go in store to ask a question about a truck cap we purchased. Bill didnt speak and some kid answered my question. As I left bill was greeting customers coming in the door. Feel like they got our money and the hell with us. Wont be back!!!the kid didnt have a clue and bill was basically ignoring me.

I called the shop asking for prices and Jasper answered the phone. He had to call me back with a quote and labor for my truck which he did very quickly. I purchased a PIT BARREL COOKER from H &H and the experience was AWESOME! Bill Brownell showed me the new product and made the deal work. I even bought some accessories for the smoker. I have used it 4 times and could not be more pleased with it. It cooks between 265-295 consistantly. Chicken wings, Ribs, and Butts turned out great.
