In and out within 20 minutes, that was even during lunch time on a Friday! Took my car in before a 6 hour trip, no issues at all. Guys advised me of some things I may need to replace on my car, but not pushy at all when I declined. Look forward to my next service in December.

I called and asked if I could drop my car off during my lunch break to have a rear tire checked. Yeah sure. We can get to it.I get there and pull around to the rear building that did tires and such.. it was basically empty, 4-5bays. I walked around to the oil change garage and they said. No, you have to wait in this line (oil change line) before we can get your info and keys. I wasnt there for an oil change but that didnt matter. They wanted me to wait for 2 cars ahead of me to go through their complete oil changes so I could drop mine off. Thats absurd. Thats why the rear bays are empty. What kind of business model is it that makes you wait 30 minutes to give a little info and drop keys?? The manager talked to me. He was polite and nice but its absurd to expect someone to wait for cars ahead to complete full oil changes before they will let me drop a car off. I wont go back. Goodyear handled my problem like a champ and got me roadworthy for a nice low price

I’m 60 yrs old; and have never enjoyed an oil change until today. I pulled up to the obviously vacant area. Guy came out immediately and asked about my needs. (All employees distancing or masked). Another directed me over the pit. One of 3 Kevins came to my truck window and managed my request. (I got Short Kevin; they have also have a tall Kevin and an ugly Kevin) They were very professional! It was like watching a perfectly choreographed dance. I never exited my vehicle; and observed the same superlative service being given to customers to my left and right. Short Kevin, AJ and Clayton were very professional and consulted me at every milestone of their service (which I was watching!). They were also genuinely friendly!!

The guys over at Express Oil in Muscle Shoals are unbelievable. Lots of drive up oil change places have a faded old sign hanging up that lists their free 200 point inspection, but you end up leaving with no low fluid levels, a stripped oil plug, and nothing more said about the condition of your vehicle than its full of oil. Not these guys, they are in a league by themselves. They do great work, they are knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and most important, Honest! Best of all they have another shop on site with techs that can do a wide range of repairs and diagnostics. Plainly put, you can rest assured that you, your wife, your teenager, etc will drive off with a well-serviced vehicle, Every Time!!

Could not change my oil on my Audi at all. So if you have a Audi don’t bother to go. So not all makes and models

The first time I used them they was amazing. The guy was super helpful and nice. Thus time there was about 8 guys standing around and immediately starts starts dropping things while changing my oil. They actually dropped something in the oil. Out of the 8 that was there one seemed to be nice. Im undecided if I will be back.

Oil change stellar! Made an appointment for tire rotation and balance arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment waited 55 minutes only to find out that I would have to wait an additional hour. What is the purpose of an appointment time if it is not honored. Wasted my entire lunch break.

Staff very professional and helpful. Yesterday I had my oil changed and received excellent service. Today, I had to go back and discuss a concern I had with my car. Bradley and Brandon provided outstanding service. Bradley was able to quickly resolve the concern!!! I highly recommend this Express Oil Change location.

I usually use a different service, but they were very backed up so I drove down the road just to have my tires checked because my TP light came on. The gentleman looked at my low tire for about 30 seconds and told me there was a nail and because of where it was on the tire they wouldn’t be able to patch it and I needed a whole new tire. Also that the tread on all my tires was getting low so I needed a whole new set. The set he tried to sell me was almost $1,000. Luckily I had my dog in the back seat, so I had a good excuse to get out of there and tell them I’d come back later. I don’t know a whole lot about cars, but I know when my tire tread looks low and I’ve got at least until the end of this year or the beginning of next before I’ll need new tires. And as for the one with the nail, my cousin patched it and I’ve driven to Birmingham and back on it with no problem at all. Seems like to me they saw a single woman and assumed I wouldn’t have any sort of knowledge and tried to take advantage.

While working out of town company truck broke down due to a fuel filter. Truck died pulling in parking lot. Shot starter fluid to get fired back up and was told they could not change filter unless a full diagnosis was run on truck. I asked if we could buy a fuel filter for truck and was told no. Asked where closest part store was, I was told and I quote we have several around. Very disappointed in customer service. Will not be back to this place

Went this am to change oil and we thought we got there early enough to beat the crowd. But apparently they didnt have but two guys on deck and we had to wait. Now idk it was fairly early so jt might have had to be that away. The service we got was good but the wait time could have been better.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Will never go there again. They charge $104 per hour labor. Was going to charge me $52 labor to change 1 battery terminal plus $10 for the part. Needless to say...No, I didnt fall for it. Jiffy Lube did it for $10.98

The most convenient place to get an oil change. Pull in to the parking lot in front of the garage doors. An attendant will tell you to pull in to the garage.You dont even get out of the car. You get a good inspection and an oil change at a comparable price in ten minutes.So easy!

Ive been going to Express Oil Change for about 2 years to get my oil changed. Recently, my car decided to break down pretty close to these guys. I got it to the place and they had to order a few new parts for my clutch. The job took twice as long as expected. Unless they were trying to add more stuff to my bill, I was not updated about the status of my car unless I called or randomly showed up. I was severely over charged. When I picked up my car, all my saved radio buttons had been changed to different stations. Coffee, a notebook and some small car part (not even sure what it was) were left in my car, none of which were mine, all of which I threw away. Im glad I had nothing valuable in my car if their workers are this unprofessional. I WILL NOT be going back. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or anyone elses.

I got my oil changed on my lunch break from work. I pulled in, got the works, and was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Literally. Theyre a little more expensive, but youre done super fast. And they do more than oil changes. Ive had a radiator done here, a blower motor, and thermostat, hoses, and belts.

These guys work on commission and not customer good will. The salesman I spoke with tried to sell me a new set of brakes based on my brake fluid level without looking at the actual brake pads. He then tried to sell me some new wipers to replace my two week old wipers. After getting shut down he finally quoted me 95 dollars to bleed the air out of my brake lines. I took my vehicle to a local mechanic I trust the next day and he charged $20. Get a good local mechanic you trust.

Great service but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

While they might be a bit pricey for an oil change they do a great job of checking all the vital stuff to make sure you will keep running. They will get you in and out in about 15 minutes and they didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need.

I went into the shop for my car running hot. 498 to repair, I singed the paperwork happy. Then it turned into 800 and 1200 and plus. I felt like they robbed me. If they had told me up front to expect over 2000 in repairs I would not have let them touch my car.Horrible job do not go to this place for repairs. Just another place that steals money from the working class.

Its a routine oil change. Nothing spectacular.

I was told that before anything was done to my car that I would be told how much it was going to cost me. They added as much as they possibly could to the bill. I told them I did not want all the stuff they were pitching I just wanted rear brakes. They began replacing everything on their list and then when they were in the middle of tearing my car apart they came to have me sign the bill... Outrageous! I had to pay 400 bucks for something that should have cost 200. These people are crooks.

They always take good care of me and even drove to my house once when oil filter was loose and leaking.
