Had a problem with not only my covid shot with these people, but also my flu shot for myself, and also for my granddaughter! Customer service was not so nice ., It seemed to us on the day we tried to get our vaccine they just did not want to do it and tried to deter us from it.

Most uncaring pharmacy staff I have encountered in a while. Definitely need some customer service training. I was in AL for an overnight stay. I accidentally has grabbed the wrong overnight bag leaving my sons seizures meds at home. My fault yes, but I would think that since I fill his meds at Walgreens at home I can call a local AL Walgreens for assistance. They could not get the meds to go thru insurance so they said I would have to cash pay. I literally needed two pills what most pharmacies would do as an emergency no charge. But whatever I needed the meds. I pull up to the drive thru at 8:44 - pharmacy closes at 9:00. After literally waiting for ONE car to move I pull up to the window at 9:05 for pickup. I told the man I have found good experience coupon to use. Smiling he says okay give me one minute. He goes to the back where I can see the pharmacist talking and through her hands up. At 9:12 she comes back and tells me that “because I wanted to use good RX her system rejected everything and now she could not sell me the 2 pills. “. She claimed her system had shut down bc it was after closing and when she tried to reprice it and now denied me even doing cash pay. Keeping in mind they never even took my good experience coupon to even try to run it. She literally got mad bc I found a way to pay $7.09 vs the $29 she wanted. But my son needed the meds so I then said whatever I. That case I’ll pay your outrageous price - only to be told it was to late now bc they closed 12 min ago. Now here I am stick out of town without his seizure meds. Thanks for nothing staff or Walgreens on Woodrow. Hope I never need to return here.

Went for rubbing alcohol.they were out but they will have some tomorrow nice people

One day your prescription is fine to be filled and another day (another pharmacist) it isn’t. They have no idea what’s going on half the time unless you speak with someone who knows you and knows how you usually get your meds filled. They are few and far between!

Walgreens is good at telling you when it’s time to get a refill but when you go to pick it up you will wait at least 20 mins in line to get your prescription.

There is never enough help in the pharmacy. Usually the meds that had been scanned for refill are not ready when they give a time to pick them up.I love the store. The pharmacists work they cant keep up.

Will not be back at the Pharmacy. Rude employees and inaccurate wait times. Do NOT tell a customer a certain wait time, if you do not plan on it being accurate. Will be having medication and doing business elsewhere!
