I love me some bluewater cabinets. They did the cabinets at our remodel and we love them. We became friends with the staff ever since and keep up with them. I have even worked for them a time or two when they were swamped. If you need good cabinets for great prices and countertops then this is the place to go! Friendly staff and they do a 3D model for you to look at to see if you like it or what you want to change.

Do not do business with this company. Failure to communicate once they take your money. Numerous appointments were scheduled for install of cabinets and they were no shows. No phone call. Nothing. When I tried to call a number of times there was no answer during business hours and you could not leave a message because the box was full. Flat out bold face lies about appointments and products. I finally asked after 2 1/2 months of no shows and being put off for them to send me a picture of my cabinets which were in theory ordered and arrived in early September. They sent me a pic of a different cabinet. I informed them of the error and requested the correct cabinets pic be sent. Nothing. Most likely took the money and never ordered them. Moving on to a reputable compnay.

Well, my mom and I are the latest victims of this company. We have been waiting since October, the second week, to have our counter tops and dishwasher cabinets installed. Just like everyone else, my mom paid all of the money up front at the urging of this company. We are beyond unhappy with Blue Water Cabinets. Not only do we not recommend that anyone should use them, we also recommend that you do not think about using this company for anything. Do your research and use Lowe’s or Home Depot.

So happy with our kitchen. The owner went out of his way to meet all of our needs. The workers that came out were very friendly. Very proactive. Highly recommend them for all of your cabinet needs.

Blue water cabinets owner (Josh) is very unprofessional it’s been 6 months and cabinets are not done. Has already been paid and work is not completed. Excuses after excuses. My advice is to pay for material and labor when completed. Workmanship is way below average. Would not use them to put cabinets in my barn. Very badly ran business. Stay away

Very unprofessional. They do not communicate anything to the customer. They miss their install window once, twice, three times and going on 4. The story keeps changing, its never their fault, theres an excuse for everything like not checking the weather and only having an open trailer. The counter top company didnt order enough so its not bluewaters fault. I feel like Ive been robbed of my money for the past month. This company is terrible.

Bluewater Cabinets, owner, Josh Rickman ... Worst person in the world to do work for you! WARNING ... He is very unprofessional to work with ... He lies, cheats, deceives, and takes short cuts ... He shows up, stays 15, 20 minutes tops ... Never shows up when he says he will ... It took him 5 weeks to do a 3-5 day job! To start off, the wrong cabinets were ordered ... and it went down hill from there! Then when he did do any work, it was shoddy, to say the least ... I could go on and on and on, but I think you get the message. If anyone is planning on redoing their kitchen, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! do back up checks on them, you will see bad reviews after another.

These two are lowbreed they stole my wifes money and never came out. We file a claim at the courthouse and they said we were the 6th one this year. Any of the positive reviews are lies. They will rob you!!!!

We were not pleased with the service, product, or professionalism of Bluewater Cabinets in Florence, AL. They left our project incomplete and in a terrible mess. The cabinets were not good quality and missing components. We tried contacting Bluewater several times to try and fix the problem but never could get a response from them as to how to rectify the problem. Very disappointed in this local company, and will not be using them again or recommending them.

Beware. Wrong hardware, faulty installation, incorrect cabinets and unprofessional. Ive made every effort to be polite and ask the owner to come view/correct my cabinets. He continues to lie and miss meetings. Very disappointed.
