Installer was sub standard. I wanted places fixed and he was rude and yelled at me. When I called him to come back and fix he told me to give him to Monday or Tuesday. I assumed he would fix on Monday or Tuesday. He said I was a lier. He is definitely a bully. He thought my husband wasn’t home. But when my husband came in, he was ordered out of house.

I like the variety and location this store has to offer but prices seem to be higher then other flooring stores. The employees are very nice and helpful too.

All was genuinely nice and caring. Excellent selection of flooring there.

Seller and installers did a good job, did have to call them to fix spots twice. But the quality of the manufactured hardwood Elm/Gunstock is awful. Scratches very easily.And its only my husband and I. Im glad I dont have kids and pets on it daily.DONT BUY IT. DONT.

I’ve bought bought several items from Economy over the past couple months for my house renovation. The products are great.The customer service on the other hand was awful. You usually have to hunt someone down to get any help. Today, we didn’t have to but the one who did help us, Jennifer, is the reason I will not be purchasing anything from there going forward. Very rude and acted like we had no clue what we were talking about.

Needs to update their hours. Drove an hour and didnt know they closed at 3 instead of 5:30
