This place was awesome, I stopped to look around and they had some great prices on shirts and frying pans, anyways I will definitely be back.

They have great products at reasonable prices. The only issue I have with this particular store is that its messy. I spent a good 15 minutes going through a pile of unfolded jeans to find my size. There were alot of employees standing around talking rather than straightening. I did not have a single employee ask if the could help me even though 3 employees walked right by me

This place is as if a Tractor Supply and a Dirt Cheap had a big fat baby. This place literally has everything... the only problem is that it is filthy and everything is totally discombobulated. It appeared as if they had plenty of employees but none of them spoke to us or ask did we need help. Most of them we saw were in groups chatting, and none of them seem to mind a bit that they were working in a total mess of an establishment. I guess its all about the management, or maybe lack thereof. Sad really... I wanted to buy a tractor.

I bought a $100.00 worth of a product THEY recommended to control insects on my lawn and it turns out it said in the fine print Not for use on lawns The the product is Sevin Ready to spray with a sprayer that clogs up and wont spray, I put in my lawn sprayer and it clogged and ruined it also. They gave me part of the money back and would not refund the rest. I shop there a lot but will not go back again. Theyre selling a product that doesnt work properly and wont stand behind the product.

I personally love this place. You can find anything there. Need it? Rural king probably has it. Great prices, great employees and quick lines at the checkout.

A bit difficult to deal with. They did not want to honor sale ads. However, there is a hal that works there, tall red-head, walks with cane and she is phenomenal!!! Cant remember her name. She knows the store inside and out. Joy to work and deal with her. We thought she was a manager only to find out she was a floor sales person. She NEEDS to be in management!!

Have been to other Rural Kings in the past. This one, by far, is the most disorganized store Ive visited. Most of the staff were just milling around staring at their phone or talking among themselves. Checkout person didnt say a word to us. Not a hello or thank you for shopping with us. The only reason for a second star is the pricing.

Yall were so rude. I called to make sure they had what I needed, no one answered. I called twice no answer. So I drive down and ask two women if they had what I needed and they very rudely told me no, no Im wrong that tjeu dont carry that. Okay, I pull up theor website (that very clearly said they carried it in store with the stores address). Will never go to again.

We walked in 5 min b4 closing time... Everyone was very nice, we grabbed what we needed and was out of store in 7 min flat!

Curious it looks to be very low on stock of batteries and all the food items. Im used to shopping at store in Zephyrhills FL. And they are always fully stocked. I know Covid is going on but you cant sell something if it isnt on the shelf.

Great selection. Theyre the only store in north Alabama that had Yardmax Concrete Mixers. It was worth the drive!

They have so much Inventory, You can order and pick up items, well trained associates and advise. That is one MEGA PLACE! GO HAVE FUN WITH THE FAMILY!! Something there for ALL!!

Rural King is a good store with a wide variety of products, usually at very good prices.

The place absolutely looks horrible. The checkouts are always backed up too. Really used to love the place. At least they have popcorn again.

Handicapped parking at front doorway. Ramp area on entrance and exit side. Big store there in Muscle Shoals. Lots of merchandise. We looked at gun and ammo safes, as well as firearms. All my favorites, Taurus, Ruger, S&W, and other major brands in display case. One as low as about $250 while others ran 400, 500, and 600 dollars as most expensive. Pretty good choice for prices. If in West Alabama, will go back there.

Shout out to two of the most amazing salesman! Matt and Desmond who went out of their way to help my sister and I get a chicken coop in our car! They were totally amazing and helped us take the coop out of the box piece by piece and put it in our car after we misjudged the size! Never complained, extremely helpful. These two gentlemen are the type of salesman that make me continue to drive an hour and half to shop at Rural King! Thank you so much Matt and Desmond!

They have a wide variety of products. They have some high-end, quality tools, but it seems the tools I need are either not on the shelf or always sold out. Employees I have encountered were helpful for the most part. Better than some other local retailers for sure. I will continue giving them my business

If I could post a negative star I would. Ive been on the phone for a week how about a gazebo I had ordered when they told me that they had 18 on order. But it came time to get it it was the wrong one. They said it was the same maker and everything so it better be the right one by the time we inbox it. We also waited 20 minutes outside to be able to pick up our gazebo in the back of the building. Somebody had to come find us. Unsatisfied with her visit.

RK Guns is horrible!!!! Worst customer service and worst shipping I have ever experienced online. I literally mean the worst ever. I have order from them several times and it gets worse every time. Will never order from them again. They messaged me to send them my info. So I message like they asked and get the same answer. Then I get an email this morning saying they are canceling my order bc they are having trouble getting my item in stock After 3 weeks waiting. When I had to wait on it to come back in stock to even purchase it. Guess they wanted my information on IM so they could cancel my order. Pathetic. Didn’t offer other option or anything. I guess that Rural King does not like when you point out their shortcomings. I’ll be sure to let everyone know.

I love the store. This stores has everything. The shelves could be straightened. The store is not very clean. My cashier was super nice,! They carry everything to womens sandals, rain boots, mens and ladies work boots. Men and women clothing. Dog and cat needs. A little of everything. Plz go and see!

Nice store. They have pretty much anything you could need. From tractors and equipment, livestock feed, tools, plumbing,yard decor, fencing, fishing and hunting and much more. Some things are sparse due to Covid. It is not a discount store though, items are normally priced.

They need more employees to help keep the store nice and neat and stuff where its suppose to be located at. This day only had 2 registers that the card reader was working and people ready to check out. I bought a battery for lawnmower and got it off the shelf where it was marked a certain price and got to check out was 10 dollars higher and also happened to the man in front of me too on his car battery. Please hire some more help.

Good and cheap farm store

One of our favorite places. They have everything you need for your home, tools, clothes and shoes, groceries to animal necessities.

Great selection of products. Some of the isles are cramped but still wide enough for a cart to go thru. They allow you to bring in your pets on a leash.

We found what we needed at Rural King. We noticed several items we could use that you would not expect to find in a rural type store. One thing that needs improvement on is the number of cash registers open to check you out. We also needed help with finding out about something that we were looking at. Maybe someone walking around with a information tag would help!

Its okay. Kind of like the country Kmart. Some things are decent priced other things are ridiculous high priced . Find Anything thats on clearance and you will be lucky to get more than 10% off full price even if its missing 50% of the item. Tonight they had some Justin brand boots for only 40 bucks as a deal of the day which I actually found some and was about to buy them when I stopped to think about it... When I pulled one out of the box initially part of the insole simply fell out where the glue apparently melted or failed. I looked up reviews it seems that this model used to be good but I think they cut corners now way more than they used to several years ago. The staff are usually nice though. Thats always a plus.
