We recently inquired about installing a phantom screen at our home in April, within two weeks Joe with Riverworks came out and gave us a quote. We explained that we were ready to proceed with the order. After several weeks I decided to call because I had not heard from anyone about our order. The man I spoke to explained that Joe had been let go and although he didnt have any of our information in the system he could help me complete my order. I gave him all of my information/ email and he instructed me to send over the original quote since he did not have any information. It has been over a month and I have yet to hear from RiverWorks Design studio. I even tried to text him to confirm the email and I never received a response.I understand that this is a busy time for many companies, but I just feel that the level of professionalism is significantly lacking with this specific company. We were willing to pay for the screen and have the phantom screen installed, but due to the lack of interest from this company we will no longer be purchasing it from them.

RiverWorks Design Studio is top notch. Their work always goes over and beyond with the outcome being absolutely stunning! I highly recommend them for any of your design needs!

Anyone who is remodeling or building a new house should definitely go by Riverworks and check out their showroom. Beautiful.
