Hell where do I started got the trailer the movers they hired didnt know what they were doing the fridge ripped off the wall knocked the island off the wall tearing the wall, the fridge door was dented. Had a bad water heater. The fridge has yet to be fixed. Front door was put on the house crooked they have yet to fix it have been asking since we got the trailer in June. Ample amount of trims and boarders that have to be fixed they refuse to get anyone out, they refuse to replace any doors. Asked them to put on under pinning thought took them 3 weeks from that date to even get anyone out there. Theyll wait til the warranties up and just say screw you. Worst mistake.

It has been years since I dealt with these crooks but I hear the same stories. The last which happened not long ago was a sewer hook up that was not completed which caused sewage to back up in toilet in master bath. My experience was first day the kitchen faucet blew off when we turned on the water. The tub leaked when we turned on water and the a/c went out in mid June, all under warranty, but could not get them to do anything about it. All these repairs were out of my pocket. They finally said bring in receipts and they would refund the money. Never did. I have witnessed one person after another buy from this place after I told them not to then complain when they get bit. If you buy from here, you get what you deserve.

Gerald Murray is incredibly rude. Terrible experience working with him. He was very easily agitated and began cussing my spouse and I out for what seemed to be a misunderstanding. I highly suggest avoiding any business with him or Factory outlet mobile home sales.
