1/10/2020When I had problems, Chris, the owner stepped in and stepped up. After many issues and time spent, Chris ultimately overcame every hurdle and delivered outstanding customer service. I have adjusted my review based on this. when the owner of a company steps in and delivers you know his company is worthy of the 5 stars.Thought I found the answer to all my problems when I came across this website. First few orders went well. I have obsolete compressors and was amazed to find replacement parts available. Spent thousands on special order parts and can not use them or return them. Called with my concerns and problems, was told they would check into it. Months go by, no contact. I send an email, instant contact, explained my issues with pictures, over a month again and no reply, keep hearing that they are talking with the manufacturer. So now I sit with broken compressors and thousands of dollars spent on parts that I can not use, and one veryupset boss.

We have been ordering parts and oil for our compressors since 2014. Always great service and prices. Great website, easy to search for what you need. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: The owner called me and made things right. I appreciate that he took the time to call me, listen to what happened and asked how he could fix it. Great job Industrial Air Power!!Caution buyer! Their web site lists inaccurate inventory and when I tried to reason with their customer service that charging me $35 in overnight shipping fees for a belt that was listed as in stock and that I didnt receive for more than two weeks he argued that it wasnt their fault. Huh? Seems to me inaccurate web site info is their fault--especially when you need a critical part next day!

Ordered a hose for a diesel compressor with a specific part number. The description said the hose was the specific length hose I needed I ordered and waited 3 weeks for it to be sent. When I received it it was 12.5 “ short I called and emailed only to be told the manufacturer changed the length of the hose multiple times and there’s nothing they would do.

I could not find the correct gauge for my Sullair compressor. These guys not only figured it out but they had it in stock! Thanks for all your help.

The part I needed for my Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor was no longer available...IAP had the switch I needed in stock and shipped it right away.They even followed up with an email to let me know the part was shipped. Great Customer Service. My Air Compressor is back in service thanks to IAP!
