Let me start out by saying my wife and I are fans of Starbucks, using the drive thru 3-4 times a week. Today we decided to go inside and sit down.We understand that most Starbucks have been closed down to inside dinning for quite awhile. But now that its open again, its time to do some cleaning! I couldnt get a good photo of the room divider, but the layer of dust that was on it was very thick. The flies were so bad we went to our car and ate.The lounge chairs are really showing wear and have scared the wall behind them. I believe that all standalone Starbucks stores are company owned and they have the funds to maintain them.Yes, we know help is hard to find but paying someone an hour or two overtime to clean up might be worth the investment.

I frequent this Starbucks daily and while I love the baristas and the service it really gets upsetting when I drive there during open hours to find it randomly closed. If they are closing for whatever reason before normal hours they shoulf update the app at least. It’s very very frustrating

I recently moved close to this location and the one in hales corners on hwy 100, and I am routinely left with a poorly made drink at the one in Hales corners so I am glad I found this location. Let me tell you, I LOVE this location here on Janesville. They make my drink right every single time, and even if I have to wait a little bit (it’s a pandemic right now, 5 extra minutes is completely okay), the staff members are super friendly and courteous.Last time I went, they warned us at the speaker that they had a newer partner on bar so it’s a longer wait, and I’m a former Starbucks partner so I know how tough it can be at first so I didn’t mind at all. When I got my drink, it was great except the new partner used marshmallow whip instead of regular. I called the store and they told me they’d remake it for me next time I’m in. They’re super great, highly recommend this location.Thank you Moorland & Janesville team! :)

I occasionally use this Starbucks location, as I am around the area, but yesterday, Wednesday, June 10th, I realized that this location was not open. Typically, they were fairly slow, but were far from a long wait. But yesterday, they had set out a sign in ground of the drive through saying that they were open, but that customers would have to do an online order or go through the drive through. As through the online order, there was no place to pick it up as they locked the doors, and the sign aforementioned was blocking the drive through. I even tried to walk up to the drive through window, but the person/people inside weren’t even working, as one tried to signal me but it took me a minute to understand. Then the people seemed to disappear, and I had waited 1/2 an hour. I had paid, and used some reward points, but nobody even helped me as I called their location several times. Luckily, a Starbucks nearby was able to help, and were friendly about it. It still annoys me that it even happened

Best fricken service you could possibly imagine, theres a girl named Margot who will put a smile on your face.

You can sit at the menu board waiting 10 minutes some times before anyone says anything. At least let people know youll be with them in a minute.

I really do like Starbucks buttttt this time I am very disappointed. I order a sandwich and tall drink and they ran out of my sandwich, which was sad but understandable, yet the thing is my drink was not full and I paid almost $6 for it and it was a tall!!! It was a fourth whipped cream. I am very disappointed. Next time I come in my drink better be filled to the brim. Thanks.

I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times and have been disappointed 9/10. The staff is super nice. However,The drink quality is poor. Iced beverages are 90% ice, drinks are mostly flavor/mixer syrup with way too much milk. I’ve asked for frappe flavors to be turned into lattes. The staff at other Starbucks will happily do it and they are always great! This Starbucks won’t do it. Also, going through the drive thru; I’m not a fan of a wet straw and sticky coffee running down the side of my cup.

Im always amazed that despite how busy this Starbucks is, at least when Im there in the mornings, the baristas are always smiling. They are friendly and my order is always perfect. I usually order a basic Cinnamon Dolce Latte and bakery. Always a positive experience.

This Starbucks was not as clean as most Starbucks that I have been to (but they could have just had a rush), however the staff was very friendly and my drink was delicious as usual. On a side note, I just want to add that I have read many reviews for many different Starbucks establishments and I have found that some people give a lower rating based on the price of the products. I find this to be silly... because everyone knows that Starbucks is expensive, and even though it is not always true about all products, when you come to Starbucks you know that youre going to get a quality product every time.... and you are actually getting what you pay for.

It was crazy busy there today because they were giving free reusable cups out. The lines were obnoxious but I gotta say the staff was like a well oiled machine. I got my sandwich but never got my drink or I would have been late for work. Mush too long of a wait for me.

The service here has been pretty good. Some morning are slow, but its not that huge a deal. It tastes like all other Starbucks, so its consistent to the brand.

Fantastic still make espresso with the press you can taste it and get your caffeine bump not like the new machines great employees Dave makes a great cup of coffee.

The darn music in there was so loud it was very annoying. I couldnt hear her n vs. vs. My coffee drink was as it should be. Im not a body builder, so very difficult to push open first door upon exiting. Why is it that by 3:30p.m. so much of the bakery is gone? Why dont they stock up more? In Canada they have cases of food, we are the U.S.! Why cant we have such a nice selection like fruits n yogurts, etc? Starbucks is too high priced but I keep going there. Ugh!

Refused us service (walking) in drive through and no alternative option was given to purchase. Very disappointed with the girls attitude and unwillingness to provide any alternative after standing in line after 10 minutes.

This particular Starbucks makes my coffee just the way I like it strong! I cant get it that way at other locations for some reason. The staff is always kind and courteous If a mistake is made they are very quick to compensate and correct it. I definitely recommend stopping.

Fairly new (and convenient) location. The Baristas here are very, very nice. Just as an aside, getting out is a bit difficult - you cant turn left onto Janesville Rd when you come out of the parking lot. ;-)

One of my favorite locations. Some locations seem to make better drinks, this is one of them.

I went through the drive-through and placed an order. Gave girl at drive -through a $10 gift card and put the remaining amount on credit. Person working there charged full amount on my credit card and kept gift card. I guess she needed it. Will never shop there again. A great way to loose business.

I had decaf coffee so it was good as always but the 2nd drink wasnt ours and the drive thru was a 20 minute wait from waiting in line to order,pay and get the drinks on aSunday at the Muskego location

Service is great, but I think all Starbucks are overpriced. I would give them five stars if they offered deals sometimes.

Fantastic coffee! And the gingerbread latte was amazing. But this is a new starbucks so its small, the decor is blah and the furniture is cold.

A great spot for people who like to browse the web while they sip- every seat I could see had conveniently placed power outlets. I was treated to the same friendly service I am familiar with receiving at other locations.

Again you pay more hoping to get that perfect coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks. They always get my order correct and have seasonal goodies in stock.

Maybe less stars only because it is so busy. The crew is good, just crazy busy.

I visited today to order a tall Cold brew cascara and it was not good. The woman making it seemed to have no idea what she was doing and made several mistakes (though I’m certainly no coffee-making expert). The coffee itself was overly bitter, and I’m a frequent black coffee drinker. I had to add sugar to it because it was bitter and burnt tasting. The environment was also very awkward with no music playing and none of the workers seemed to be communicating with each other. Overall a slightly awkward and unsatisfying experience.

Worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Never is my order right if ordering more than one drink at a time. Also they are reallllly slow in the drive thru. No personality from employees whatsoever. I will go out of my way to not go to this location.

One adjustment might improve indoor quality. Replace or pad chair leg bottoms so the unbearable noise on those clunky chairs banging on the floor as customers scoot them around is quited. Just a thought . . .

I am so sad that I just moved back to Waukesha because I visit about two to three Starbucks a day, which indicates I do have a problem, but this location has by far the best baristas and greatest personalities of any Starbucks Ive ever been to in my life. I may just drive that far out of my way to go through the drive thru and receive the most genuine 3 minutes of my life that I have ever gotten from the service industry.
