Everyone was friendly. Service staff was great, made sure we knew about the quad before letting us leave with it.

Dave, who repaired my bike for me, took the time to diagnose my problem and was able to help me with additional questions I had around winterizing. He was very professional and courteous. Itd be nice if you updated your hours. Drove all the way there just to find a sign on the door that says they close at noon on saturdays during the winter...WELL THEN CHANGE THE HOURS ON YOUR GOOGLE PAGE!

Horrible customer service. Called to ask about an atv for my son, the person who answered the phone was so rude. Told me they did have any which was fine, but wouldn’t tell me when there would be any available, if I could pre-order one or get on some kind of call list. Completely unhelpful. Definitely won’t be going there if/when they ever do get any in stock.

Got a dirt bike and quad brand new from them. Had to constantly bring them back to get fixed. And everything that was wrong would not be fully fixed when we bought them in to be fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Was looking for a moped, showed up, and the first guy seemed pretty quiet but answered my questions, older guy came out and helped us out and helped us find the one that we wanted. Was helpful, place set up my moped and even dropped it off. Would definitely go back and look there first if I ever needed another. He even gave us 20% off a helmet.

This place sucks as a business. The guy behind the counter is not friendly nor does he know how to run a business. The staff is a bunch of hoodlums. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I was told the lead time would be 3 weeks never got a phone call from them letting me know what was going on with my four wheeler so after 4 weeks of hearing nothing from them I went and picked up my wheeler so disappointed in the way they run their business

Ive went to get a moped from here and then they came and got it after promising to get me a title for it. Went and gave them another chance and yet again the same thing. Over priced Chinese made products and the guy in the parts department has absolutely no customer service skills

If I could give a negative star I would. Weve poor tolerated their service for years but now were done. Many times theyve fixed only to be returned for the same issues. This time They had a bike for 2 1/2 months with promises to complete mixed with I dont know when well get to it, not sure. After being given a deadline they finally had it ready and hit me with a 300.00 invoice. Counter guys is rude and staff follows suit of not caring.

Stood around for over 15 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. I finally went to counter and staff was incredibly unfriendly. I felt like I was being a nuisance to them! However, the mechanics that helped load my truck were very friendly and helpful!

Great little shop for motorcycles.

This place is a wreck. They worked on a UTV that was purchased there and I had to bring it back 3 times and it still is not working right. They seem to know their stuff but the repair technicians are inexperienced and do not know what they are doing.

Seems like the gentleman behind the desk doesn’t want to be there nor help the customers.

Salesman is rude. I had questions, it was like I inconvenienced him to get off his ass.
