Horrible first experience, my car was cranking but not starting due to now power to the fuel pump fuse, so that means no fuel...well somehow my timing chain is bad car barely cranks over and they said they did the free inspection until I asked for the service technician that inspected my car and wanted them to put the jump box on it so I can hear it for myself. well ironically ALL the mechanics clocked out and wouldnt even come put the jump box on my car to show me... seems a bit fishy? well theres more because once I got my car home I notice the plastic over my powersteering and washer fluid reservoir was loose which is ironically above my camshaft position sensor. hmm doesnt add up. 10/10 will highly discourage anyone to stay away from here.

This place is a joke they never give you prices over the phone they always say we need to look at it so if u have it towed there n dont like price get ready to pay for a double tow.this is the only shop that wont give quotes over the phone.call any other shop n they give u a price on job with no head ache.My advice go somewhere else that has a good costumer appreciation.

My first experience was 8 yrs ago. Brought a 2003 Passat in before a trip to Florida. Asked for timing belt to be checked and replaced if needed before trip. They told me belt was good did not need replaced and ended up replacing tie rod ends before my trip.3days after I got back from Florida thank God my timing belt snapped. Killed engine. Car was junk. After speaking to another repair shop they did not check timing belt at all. It would have took much longer for them to do then my apt was. Fast forward 8 yrs. Alot can happen. I decided to try them out again.Yesterday I brought a newer very well mantined 2015 for a wheel wobble. I made sure to tell them all the parts I replaced. Including letting them know all 4 tires just were replaced. I was thinking possibly A to Z just doesnt properly check over the vehicle beacuse its free based off my last experience so this time I made sure to at least schedual a full synthetic oil change with the lookover so they were still looking at me as a paying customer and not a free job. After wating 9 hrs after the time they wanted drop off they call to say nothings wrong that will make it wobble and I should check for a tire imbalances. Clearly no one even took the car for a ride even after speaking with me because the car wobble is very easy to track to a specific tire.They offered to replace a axle. Which was not bad just had a ripped CV boot. And told me it probly would not fix the wobble...So... After another 9hrs wasted Ill be dropping my car off at another shop to fix the same wobble thats still there.

My experience was horrible...they charged me hundreds of dollars to repair my power steering.... guess what....I still have no power steering and the day I picked up my vehicle the power steering went out...they said I needed a power steering motor but Betten disagreed.... I would not recommend A2Z to anyone!

My daughter had a free estimate done on her car and they didnt tighten up the lug nuts and the wheel fell off while they were on the highway 2 pregnant females and my 2 unborn grand babies lives were in danger cause of their incompetence and neglect to check the tires before she left the shop. I also had other issues with someone arguing with My Wife cause my car problems were not fixed (corrected).

Bill and his staff are the best there is. I went there with a leaky drain to my oil pan and all they had to do was tighten the drain plug. Other repair shops said I needed a new oil pan that would cost $750. My service was top notch and quick. If you are looking for someone you can trust you should bring your vehicle here for all your needed repairs.

Took it in because it was blowing hot air instead of cold. First it was a standard ac job. Then its leaking and I need a new system. Then I need a new radiator. I drive it home, it doesnt start the next day. A pin was missing from the battery hold and there was no coolant in the reservoir. Never going back.

They are professional and caring people. Never had a bad experience here so far. They get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Real Nice, just yesterday Melanie called me​ to say A2Z had to lay off a technician and didnt have any resources to pay for the damage they did to my Monte Carlo...i spoke with the attorney about getting access to your banking and list of assets. Keep in mind there is an additional charge for interest since the date of filing until the judgement is satisfied.

They dont do smart start interlock devices anymore so dont go there for that but the two dudes behind the counter were super nice.

Dependable service completed for me during the past 20years.

Made an appointment about a month ago for a standard transmission flush. Told them the make and model and was quoted a price. Upon getting there i was charged 40$ more.I had made sure that my appointment time would be during the day and i asked about how long it would take, so i could make sure to get my daughter from school on time. They didnt seem to care and only started working on my vehicle when i reminded them of my time constraints.The day after getting my vehicle the transmission fluid hemmoraged out of my van because they had nicked a seal. It was a hassle to get our van towed back to A2Z, and it was a hassle to get our van back. They seem to be extremely disorganized, so if anything goes wrong its even worse.We have been smelling transmission fluid for weeks. We finally took it in to Joes Service Station and they told us that the transmission fluid was so full it was overflowing and causing problems and was dangerous.The entire building at A2Z smelled like cigarettes, its obvious the employees smoke in there. Male employees use the womens bathroom even when there are women clearly there. So gross, so unprofessional, thanks for screwing up my familys only means of transportation.Dont go here.
