The place to go for all things connected to your boat. I have bought speakers and a new radio, pumps,cleaning supplies, oil for oil change, lights for external and inside of boat, etc. Great, knowledgeable people who help you also.

Saw a sign for American Flag drink tumblers buy 1 get 1 free . They only had 2 in the entire store but they were a different American Flag pattern. The employee wouldnt honor the sale.Good luck West Marine. Youre on my list of stores that will fail.

I needed new drain plugs. Bought a two pack of brass plugs $15. Friendly employee. I was only cust in store.

It is nice to have a store that provides great customer service. Its impossible for them to stock everything you may need for your boat but the person that helped me went to great lengths to find the odd part I needed and found it! I had tried other places and searched online with no luck. I am so thankful for the extra effort they put in.

The staff was helpful in helping find what I needed and gave great advice when I had questions. The product selection was better than the normal choices you find at other boat stores.

The Inventory is low. The staff has no experience.It two weeks with following up several times not to get a part out of the warehouse. They had to order the part from another store. but they failed un pack a box and make phone call.

Nice place nice people, just very expensive, cheaper online. This is the kind of stuff why these businesses are dying out. They wont trim their prices to compete.

Walked in unsure how to fix my pump problem. After talking with the store person and them sharing their experience I left with everything I needed and the confidence to fix the issue. It worked like they said it would. Cant get that from Amazon.... Awesome store!

Came in for an oil filter for a Yamaha sold me wrong one had to drive all the back. Tried again and they tried to sell the wrong one to me again called holland west marine and they gave me the right part number to give to the Muskegon location because no one was competent long story short I ended up going to the Yamaha dealer in town and they laughed. Should have went there first

The young lady who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Its nice to have a well-stocked boating store in Muskegon.

A lot nicer now that it has a new owner and the prices are coming down and theyre more competitive
