I couldnt buy the parts on Prime for as inexpensively as they were able to do the job for parts and labor. Quick, friendly, professional service. Quality workmanship that is second to none! I got my first bike here 33 years ago and my Moms bike is still going strong 40 years later (thanks to this last checkup). Highly recommended!

If you have a problem with your bike and you need something fixed on it, take to the bike rack.very friendly and very knowledgeable about certain bikes. I took mines in to have my rim straighted out and now it is great. If you want be on the road and stay on the road, stop by the bike rack for all your bike needs and accessories...have a great day and a great ride.

Good inventory. Employee/owner .. ? has no mask on but the sign on the door says they prefer customers to mask. My remark about it was ignored. Wont be back.

Asked for a new tire twice didnt get what I asked for just repaired the tube!! Third time I went back after getting into a accident due to a flat tire again!! They showed no compassion and didnt care and just said oh well we cant get you a new tire!! Will never go back!!

I work late so when I came in at 5:50, they close at 6, I was worried I would feel rushed into buying something I didnt like. Not the case, the owner let me take my time and try out a few bikes. I found the perfect bike! I will never shop another place! They have my business for all of my bicycle needs!!!

Rude customer service. Bike has been there 3 months when I was told 2 weeks. Gave a follow up call after the 3 week mark and was told I shouldnt be calling and pretty much got yelled at for doing so. I guess they are keeping my bike....?

Wonderful service, very friendly staff and a great selection of bikes. My only complaint, I can rarely get there during business hours. Saturdays are my only option. Otherwise, definitely would recommend checking this place out!

Prices are realistic, repairs are affordable and next day. I have been using them to do upgrades and repairs on bikes since 1996. They also carry unique hard to find accessories and parts. Great place!
