At this particular Edible Arrangements I have always had great service! The store located in Norton Shores has always had a great reputation with me, but yesterday topped the cake! I had a birthday arrangement delivered to a dear sweet friend. I did not pay for anything extra. Whoever the deliver guy was went above and beyond and during the delivery sang Happy Birthday to my friend! Her and her husband loved it! Thank you guys so much!

Delicious, fresh fruit. Good chocolate, rich & smooth, not plastic like some dipping chocolate. Friendly, professional service. On time, ready when requested.I ordered online ahead, didnt really feel that was as user friendly as it could be, but that doesnt reflect on this particular store.

I got one as a gift and it had mold in it a day after getting it. Pretty gross that the fruit is that old.

I had included the correct Recipient and the correct delivery address in the Delivery Instructions and the arrangement made it to the intended recipient despite my mistake. Everything was so fresh. I could just smell fresh fruit and chocolate as soon as I opened my box. The display was beautiful. I have no complaints. I would love to have these catered to my wedding.

THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY WIFES EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT. IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON HER BIRTHDAY. THIS IS A SPECIAL OCCASION THAT SHE CANT GET BACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR. VERY DISAPPOINTED. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!

My order had a small window of time to be delivered and they nailed it! The arrangement looked amazing and tasted just as great! I love the personalized card that i was able to create and send with the basket!! I WILL be using these guys again in the future. Thanks!!

Service was so so my first time there. Didnt get a decount coupon for my next visit which was 6 days later and I told the girl I would be back. The second girl was much nicer.

The arrangement I ordered was beautiful and delicious. Highly overpriced. They forgot to include all the balloons I had ordered. When I went in to pick up my order, no one was at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes. And when she did come up she wasnt real friendly. She seemed overwhelmed. In her defense, it was Valentines Day!

We bought the white chocolate dipped bananas, they were awesome. Its hard to find good white chocolate. Thanks guys!

Cashier had no knowledge of their products or current sale items in the store and the signs were right in front of her. We spent $25 on rotting strawberries. Never received a refund or an apology. Weve had good service in the past here so Im assuming it was just the one employee. We havent been back since.

Warning - Apparently if they send a driver who decides they are done for the day, you’re not getting your arrangement. This is despite their website saying they take same day delivery orders as long as they’re received 2 hours before they close. I made this order yesterday, so there is no excuse of them not getting it there today.They called me earlier today and said their driver couldn’t find the house. So I had to ruin the surprise I had planned for a friend for her birthday to confirm the cross streets (that were exactly what Google and Apple Maps shown), and give them those, along with a landmark. Never heard back saying it was delivered, so called back and was able to provide them with my friend’s mom’s phone number, and then she called back and said they wouldn’t be going back there today because their driver was done after the last order they were delivering now.This store is only 6 miles away from the delivery destination.Very disappointed by the lack of care, especially considering I selected edible arrangements because they can do next day orders.I expected more from their brand.

Good job on an anniversary gift basket

Ive been wanting to go in to an Edible Arrangements for ever now just never found the time. So today I decided to come in to get something for my mom for mothers day. There was nothing available ( understandable it is only 2 days from mothers day) but then I asked if you guys could do a dozen strawberrys with out the chocolate I told her because my mom cant have chocolate. The lady said she would not do that. Then when she took me to the book to see if maybe there was something I seen I wanted she insulted me by pretty much telling me I couldnt afford $110 by saying heres this oh wait no thats $110 as if to tell me I couldnt afford that much? Im not sure why she fliped past what she assumed I couldnt afford. I own my own company and make more then enough to afford anythin you guys have to offer. I cant believe my first time in a Edible Arrangement I was treated that way. Never again.

Tasted great very pricey. Has to be something very important to get this again.
