The absolute WORST customer service ever!!! I will let everyone know about my experience!!! I ordered a sweatshirt that was NOT the correct one and they said that they didn’t check to make sure it was the correct one and they could only give me my money back, not able to remake the correct one because they need at least 12!!!! I ordered about $200 worth of product from you figure out a way to make your mistake right!!!! It is funny you say that the correct item was out of stock!!! When I talked to Chad he told me it was a miss pick from your wholesaler, the item was in stock and you guys didn’t catch it!!! I do not appreciate being lied too and I do want my money back!!! I will let R-P know how I was treated!!! Not to mention I got an email when I placed my order that says “shopping is secure and 100% guaranteed” and “ In the unlikely event that fulfillment of your order is affected by manufacturer availability of product or delays beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.” If it is the case it was out of stock I did not get notified!!

They have a great variety of team sports apparel and jerseys. The store is way smaller but they still have everything needed for sports or corporate apparel. My stars were low because it was not great customer service and the cashier was very unpleasant.

Its okay. Customer service lady is new so come with patience and understanding
