Horrible horrible ! The lady didn’t even know what 417 meant on my gold ! Gave me the lowest offers ever. Said they only offer 60% melt value. The woman who helped me seemed to not know anything and kept whispering with someone in a back room but whoever was in the back room wouldn’t even come out and talk to me like a man. Very rude and insulting . Don’t recycle here. Sell your gold on eBay or try places in Grand Rapids
