Friendly people and the meat is great. Place is always clean. The meat selection is awesome and we are never disappointed when buying steak, burgers and chicken here. There are a ton of sauces and seasonings here as well as different cheeses.

When we lived here about 10 years ago, we would go to the meat block and they always had the best products! I have never bought ribs that compared to the ones there!Now that we have moved back. I am so happy to have such a great place, with great quality meat and great customer service!! And to see the expansion and so many more things, makes it even better!! And when an owner takes time to help customers and even carries your things out for you, That is when you truly have an owner who cares!!I highly recommend The Meat Block!!

At a time when discrimination is running rampant all over the US it was so refreshing as a woman of color to be surrounded by such nice white people. It was my first time visiting this meat store and the impression impressed upon me was wonderful. The older gentleman approached me and asked if he could help me with anything and from there the ambience only grew better. He was engaging and professional. He even gave me a knife that they normally sell for free as a first time customer. I felt a little awkward because I was shopping with a relatives ebt card but they never made me feel unwelcome or unappreciated. Ill definitely be going back. The women were nice but the old man rocks! Btw they sell variety packs/bundled deals!!!
