Went in knowing I am picky with the shoes I want and hard to fit. Within 10 minutes, the knowledgeable staff found me a pair of shoes that fit perfectly. Will definitely return.

Scheduled an appointment a week and a half ago, got the time off work. The appointment day was the following day and I had not heard from them so I called to make sure it was going to be as scheduled. A man answered and assured me that yes may appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Later I see that I missed a call from them ( now after hours) that they didnt have anyone to see me and I would have to reschedule. I will not do business with a sloppy run company especially with my health.

They did a great job repairing my tall hunting boot that has a heavy duty side zipper. Recommended!!

The business owner decided to no longer accept Medicaid patients (along with multiple other doctors in Muskegon). Evidently helping out those in encumbered financial situations is not something they wish to do anymore.

I have flatfeet I went to the doctor over it and They couldnt help the insurance wouldnt pay for orthotics . However I found this place and they repaired my old orthotics and saved the day and since then I have ordered new ones from them and they are wonderful great service great people thx
