Y car has had problems since day one. It vibrates really bad when I drive it. It has a really bad squeak in the wheels. I have taken it back 2 time to have it fixed and the problem is still there. I dissatisfied with with the way my car is. I got a 2020 car and I was hoping to have no problems. I have had my car 2 months and it is still messed up. I so disappointed with this I guess I will pay out of pocket to have my new car fixed even though I got anew car so I wouldnt have problems with it now I have more.
First time buying alone and all I can say is Tiffany did a great job. Her attitude was great as well as her customer service. She helped ease my anxiety with the car buying experience and patiently walked me through everything even going so far as to stay 2 hours after closing to make sure I was situated alright after the whole ordeal was done. Went in for an oil change a few weeks ago, which I love that it is free for life, even more so that Muskogee honors it from another state (could be a Toyota to Toyota thing, but I honestly do not know, so I’m pleasantly surprised every time)!! That’s a huge bonus for customers as oil changes are about $100 anymore!! Ended up needing to get new brakes (I expected), able to set up an appointment to have these put on. I also ordered a new skid plate that the service department installed at this time, free of charge!!While waiting my 4 year old and I looked at other vehicles, and test drove a couple. Ryan was awesome for us to work with! He was friendly, not pushy, and really went the extra mile! I did not end up buying, but I totally recommend talking to him if you need anything or want a solid, shoot you straight experience.

I offered to leave my phone while I ran for my wallet however the Service Advisor said he would take care of it. I will get you back in future business and word of mouth. Call to talk about purchasing a new vehicle the lady over the phone was insisting that I drive there after I told her I live in Tulsa and that I was hoping to do everything over the phone. I told her I would have to takeoff work to come there but I don’t wanna drive all that way to be disappointed in an offer I’d rather just get everything prepared over the phone before i take off work and drive there I’m a very busy person and that’s just what works for me. But unfortunately since that does not work for her or your dealership I will not be using you. I will use somebody more local for my business who is willing to work with me and not make me feel like the only way to get a quote is to drive there.
We thought we would be able to get a few more vehicles by looking at Toyota and what they offer. We pulled in to parking lot but 25ft later 3 golf carts 6 salesman and more jogging to I think fight by drawing straws. We just left

Cost me $136 this morning for a Diagnostic that involved them telling me they couldnt get a radiator until tomorrow.Im in from out of town and tomorrow wouldnt work.Would have been nice if they could have split the fee with me. I wouldnt recommend anything complex be taken to their service department.

We bought a vehicle on April 21st for over 62,000 we looked at it bought it the next day with a check of full amount never did they offer extended warranty, they said we would get a print out of the car fax, didn’t get one, full tank of gas neither of that.. 3 weeks into having vehicle.. we are having electrical issues, a dry start to engine, and water on passenger side where floor mat goes.. make a long story short we took it in on June 9, and they still have my vehicle, the first 2 weeks I called once to see how it’s going or what’s the status and pretty much my car has been sitting there not being worked on.. going on 3 weeks still no answer no communication.. this is frustrating don’t know if car is being worked on.
Friendly service, great used car prices. Free oil changes when you purchase from them. I just got my first free oil change and it was quick and really free. I was told there might be an hour or so wait but happily my car was ready in about 20.
They had a truck I was interested in posted on there site but with no pictures at all.. I contacted them twice to see if even just a picture taken on a cell phone or 2 could be texted to me or emailed so I can determine if I wanted to drive from tulsa to Muskogee to test drive it even.. I was blown off both times so if there not willing to even do that I would not take my time to give them any business of mine now or in the future...
I personally didnt feel like I was treated fair about my credit score,I was told that they had plenty of lenders so I took the long drive over to visit with Conner, the salesman,he took my info and even said they had approved others with worse credit score?? Then returned a few min later shaking his he saying I needed a cosigner .I even did a credit check before I left and had several people contact me saying yes come on in.i hope in the future you spend more time helping the customer get into a vehicle.what would you do?

Vlad in financing was super friendly and he also went ABOVE & BEYOND getting us a better rate the following day! I dont think we could consciously buy a vehicle anywhere else after this. The treatment weve received has really been outstanding.

Let me start by saying that if I could give a 0 star rating I would. I went to this dealership on 04-17-2021 with my sister and my mother to look at a vehicle, the salesman was decent. The floor manager was a total disaster told us that with our credit and money down the only car he had was a 2014 with 150k miles on. Mind you the salesman told us that banks don’t like financing vehicle with high miles on them. The floor manager told us that he had one bank that deals with people like us. Later told us to go to a different dealership and possibly get our own financing from another bank. When I asked about another vehicle he shot me down by saying the only vehicle I could get was the one he showed me. Overall a horrible experience and would not recommend dealing with this dealership.
My husband and I came to this dealership to see a vehicle we saw online. Salesman was very professional and polite. We gave our offer and the finance person walked over to speak to us. We explained we were not needing financing since we were paying cash. He stated they lower their prices online to get customers from Tulsa in and he couldnt go any lower. Then he hit me with the ever so popular thats what we paid for it line. Thats when I knew he just didnt want to do business with us. Judging by the look on his face, we seemed to be a nuisance to him. That point was made even more clear the very next day when the dealership lowered their asking price. I wasnt alerted about the new price by the dealership. He didnt even give the what can we do to earn your business. He clearly didnt want our business. Was it because of our skin color? I absolutely think so. He gave me no reason to think otherwise.

I could not be happier with my experience at James Hodge Toyota in Muskogee. I went to them after I had visited several other dealerships. I am so glad I did. Not only was the type of vehicles they offered a better quality but the prices to. I had a chevy cruze I was trying to do a trade in value on. My own dealer who I had purchased that car from came in under their offer. Then when it came time to look at pricing for the car I wanted, I told them what I had to pay. They were more then willing to work with me. The process of talking about price was painless. When it came to the day for me to pick up my vehicle I didnt know I was taking it home then. I didnt have my personal belongings out of my old car. Hunter, the same gentleman who helped me through this whole process, helped me get the stuff from my car. My experience with James Hodge Toyota began in July 2015 when I purchased my first brand new Blue Crush 2015 Toyota Corolla. I promised my salesman Corey Fabian if Toyota did me right I would be back to purchase my next vehicle. James Hodge Toyota has been good to me, so guess what? Im Back!!! I recently purchased a Black 2021 Rav4 and Corey Fabian, along with Mr. Thompson, and the awesone finance guy have made me an Extremely Happy Customer!!! Great Job Toyota!!!💞
My wife and I had an appalling experience here. There were a number of issues that we experienced there, not the least of which was poor customer service. I had already purchased the vehicle before they told me that there was no 2nd key. As a result, I had to pay for a 2nd key out of my own pocket. Additionally, my passenger front tire had a gash that was supposed to be repaired before the purchase, but instead, they asked me if I would like an estimate of what the repairs would cost. I got the truck home to realize that a plug was leaking in the rear differential. Its also worth noting here that I had to drive 53 miles to get these things taken care of because of all of the conversations that I had with employees there over the phone, not one told me about The Hodge Promise pickup/delivery service, so I had to take the vehicle myself. There seems to be a real departure from value creation for their customer base. I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. If no stars were possible, I would have done so.*Original purchase date: 3/31/2021*As of 6/8/2021, I still have not received the title for this vehicle.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We took a test drive, did all the paperwork and drove off with a new car in a reasonable time.
I took my car to have the transmission serviced on my 10yr old manual scion. They told me they would not service it because the mileage wasnt high enough (they said its due at 150k but im only at about 115k). I imagine they want me to wait till it breaks so they can have me in a corner, because i cant think of another reason why your service manager turned away a customer. The service manager had a dismissive attitude and his demeanor suggested i was just wasting his time. They have lost my business and if youre out of warranty i would highly suggest against using the dealership because in my experience they arent friendly.
Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Never had to push for a better deal, they really took care of me. I will own my 2013 Toyota Corolla for years to come. Thank you David and Stacy Hunter and the rest of the sales team for making this an experience I wont soon forget.
Before April 2020, They were extraordinary, go above and beyond to make sure Im satisfied with my visit. Even fixed my gear shift handle on my new 2016 4 Runner that was loose without having to ask. I love the free oil changes, it keeps me inline with my maintenance needs.Update March 2019In 2019 I drove an hour to purchase a RAV4, met Robert Nunez and was extremely satisfied with Robert. Purchase was smooth. FAST FORWARD to April 2020Contacted Marti Z. about about a 2020 Tacoma, asked for a price, was given a ridiculous starting point which stated this was the Out The Door Price..... sent back a counter offer and didnt get any response.Next day sitting in my car waiting on Grocery pickup I get a call from Marti Z. A COLD CALL, message states are you or Alex interested in buying a vehicle?I didnt return it as I assumed that my email from the day before was totally ignored therefore I didnt call back thinking they were not interested in my counter offer. I sent her two text on that day and said please take me off your call list. I was to the point but polite. You are cold calling a current customer and since you werent interested in my offer I am no longer interested in buying from your dealership.Received another call that same week on a Friday early evening while working at the hospital. Took the call and it was Marti Z. she stated who she was and asked if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle again.Sitting next to a fellow co-worker who is a witness to my state of speech I stated I want you to take me off your calling list. You shut me down when I counter offered on that vehicle and I am not interested any longer you need to stop calling me. She started crying and telling me how she is going through something right now and as I continue to say in a calm voice you need to take me off your call list, you need to stop calling me she HUNG UP on me.I then get a email from Brian Eads he states he was told I was interested in a price of a Tacoma. I called him to say that I had spoken to Marti Z and ask her to remove me from her call list and what ensued during that conversation. He states that he is aware of the of conversations with Marti Z. that she said SHE wont deal with me! and has passed me along to Brian. I said let me give you a little history of my side of the conversations, so I told him as accurately as possible what happened with Marti Z. He said that she had a family member pass away and that she was obviously upset and needed to take some time off to deal with that. I agreed and said she shouldnt be calling customers in her state of mind. She was understandingly troubled due to her loss but I added that although I sympathize with her situation that this is business and she should have passed me along to someone else before the hysterical crying incident on the phone.I had unfortunately have been taking my vehicle to them for a free oil changes every 5000 miles that is complimentary but I will not be doing that anymore nor will I ever use this dealership for any of my business. They have obviously had a change in their dealership that has changed their appropriateness of how to handle business. I would not recommend them to anyone now before that I was happy to recommend friends and family. Such a shame that businesses turn into this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Customer service is lacking a lot. Called to schedule an appointment for an airbag recall and the whole entire process was just very upsetting. Took close to three weeks to finally set up an appointment from the first phone call I made. Besides the lady that transfered me to the service I needed, and the gentleman that actually created my ticket the 2nd time I called, everybody else made me felt rush or was rude and sometimes both.First time I called, the person asked for my information and told me he’s going to create a ticket and will call me back, but never did. I waited a week and called back. I got a different gentleman (very kind) who couldn’t find my information so he asked for my information again and created the ticket right on the spot and put in the order for my part and said will call me back when the parts arrives, but didn’t.After over a week I called to check on the status of the ordered parts. Took me three calls to get an answer because the guy said they’ll call me back in an hour because the man I should be talking to is still busy at the window with another costumer, but I didn’t receive a call an hour and a half later. So I called back and he directed me to a voicemail inbox that was full so I couldn’t even leave a message. Frustrated, I called the third time, he rudely told me the part was in, told me they left me a voicemail but dodge my question when I asked, “when did you guys send it?” because I certainly did not receive any voicemail for both the contact information I gave. We did finally set up an appointment but the conversation was very rushed and his tone of voice was very rude like he didn’t have time for me. Super disappointing.
We purchased a new SUV from James Hodge Toyota this evening and received top notch customer service. Our salesman was Kenley Choute and we were treated liked family. We highly recommend this dealership and Kenley as a salesman!

Scheduled an oil change this morning and honestly would give less stars if I could. Everyone there was rude and not wearing a mask and were laughing at my wife for protecting herself by wearing a mask. Will never go here again, and if you care about protecting your family you shouldn’t either.

Unfortunately agree with the posting 3 months agoPurchased a new vehicle, but on the lot as a used 2020 . They would not budge on the price. Then got the call the next day from Brandon. What can we do to help you with this purchase. Worked with them and they agreed to go down 1, 000. Little did I know, I paid almost 4, 000 over MSRP. Was given a sheet about Fair Market value and how their price is less then that. Little did I know Fair Market value is not how this vehicle should have been priced. But based on MSRP which was not disclosed. Found out by the MSRP sticker being in the glove box. Should have done my homework so my fault. However, felt the dealer knew what they were doing. Buying a new car should be a pleasant experience with no haggle deals. Their sales tactics are old school and for a family owned business would expect more personal customer service with fair pricing. I tried to reach out to them, but I am being ignored which makes me even more upset. For those shopping at this dealer do your homework and be prepared for unfair deals.
Worst Customer Service Ever...Family and I have purchased multiple toyotas from this place. Never had an issue before but this last visit was it for me. Service department refused to service my suv. Could not get a straight answer initially as to why they could not. Service advisor Patrick Singleton did not give a care in the world about me as a customer. When i finally asked to speak with a service manager or general manager no one wanted to offer any kind of assistance. Finally had to call the Hodge Ford Dealership to speak with an available manager. Total disrespect and no concern or regarding for the customer. When issue was brought to light they wanted to push the blame on me as a customer. I also filed a complaint with Toyota itself regarding care and service at this dealership. Buyers Beware!

I know it can be hard to say one had a pleasurable experience st a Car Dealership, but James Hodge Toyota did Very well by me. While the sales managers and finance team are good, the real upside was the Salesman. Michael Barnes. Ask for him by name regardless of which vehicle type youre interested. I was on the market for a truck and didnt know much about Toyotas strengths and competitive advantages over the Classic Big 3. Michael explained (and I further validated via extensive research ), that even while being a good value for the money, the dependability, reliability, and top in class resale value, make the Tundra trucks worth a serious look. Built to fit in between the strength of traditional half ton and three quarter ton, these pickups are very versatile and have a Wide range of trim options. Michael Barnes is Very easy to get along with - listening to your needs and budget and matching you to a rig without the typical pressures sales folk normally use. Hes young, but very knowledgeable and committed, especially on follow up. Quick to respond to texts, calls and emails. Give him a call. You wont be wasting your time or get hassled as you may at competing dealers.

While visiting fam in Muskogee on a Saturday afternoon I had the left front strut on my ‘05 Tacoma split in half. Limped into Hodge & talked to Paul in Service Dept. Told him my situation & if at all possible would like to get back home same day. He drove my vehicle into the garage & allowed me to go back with the vehicle & have the tech (Casey) diagnose & discuss my problem, and cost, with me. Impressive. I then asked for a loaner but they were out. However, ten minutes later they had a brand new Toyota waiting for me to drive. The bosses car! Got a call two hours later & my truck was ready. Excellent customer service!! I’ll drive from Tulsa to Hodge for my next Toyota purchase. Thank you!
In the past at other unnamed dealerships we have had horrific experiences and we were dreading the process of a new car purchase. We couldnt have been more mistaken! This has bèen by FAR the best car buying experience weve ever had. Kenley Choate was our sales consultant and was so courteous, professional and honest, we felt at ease within minutes. There was NO hard pressure, NO stress. We were also extremely impressed with Dave Thompson (Sales Manager) and Vlad Cortes (Finance Manager). These three men renewed our faith that buying a new vehicle doesnt need to cause a health crisis for the buyer! At the end of the transaction (which didnt even take an hour!) we were totally stunned at how easy and stress-free the whole thing was. We will highly recommend James Hodge Toyota!

It took almost 2 hours to replace 1 flat tire. Not only that, but the service advisor tired to sell me a tpms sensor saying it was broken. I asked him if they drove my car around first to see if the sensor disappear, but he would not say. Insisted if I wanted to replace it for 285. Worst toyota I have seen.Service is Slow and tired to sell me something I didnt need. Sensor light disappear after 2 min of driving.
I purchased my 2013 Toyota Camry new in 2013 and there have been no issues with the vehicle. David and Staff have provided excellent service keeping routine maintenance performed. I have 140,000 plus miles and still going strong. Thank you James Hodge Toyota. Now, I have just purchased a 2018 4Runner due to the excellent service provided by David and Staff with my Camry. The same professionalism was shown by Michael Barnes, Sales Associate, during my purchase. I always have an awesome experience. The service department always takes good care of me. Today, I needed to get in on short notice and have my oil changed. I called and spoke with Patrick and he told me to come on in and that they could bring me back to work. They brought my car back to me at work and even washed it! Thank you all!!!

Had a great experience buying a vehicle at James Hodge. Salesmen Brian E. and Erick F. worked with me and I felt very comfortable with them. They had the car I wanted and I got a great deal. It was pretty simple, and thats what makes the difference. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle.
Sat in my car for well over 30 minutes at the service station before an employee even acknowledged me. They also managed to serve another customer who got there well after me. I only came here because of the paint chipping recall and very disappointed. Even tried to call ahead to schedule an appointment and they wouldn’t do it.**update 6/7: they didnt do any sort of inspection on my car that normally comes with an oil change. I guess they felt the need to neglect that since they so graciously gave me my oil change at no charge. They determined my paint did qualify for the chipping recall, had me go to the hundai place to have an estimate done, then told me they would call me when they got that back. I have not heard a single word. and when I called back to check in, they gave some bs response about someone not being in and that that person would call me back. Given that they seemed to have no need to take my name or number down, they must know who I am. Im sure its gone all around the office that im the girl that gave the one-star review, especially since employees were making snide remarks about their slow service right in front of me while I was there two weeks ago. Never heard back.
Pick another dealer . i went here after shopping online and talking with the sales staff.... The sales staff were ok .. They tried to super lowball me on my trade . the wait was super long
The personnel were kind, professional, they were not pushy or try to force vehicles on us. They made the buying experience a pleasure and we will be returning to them for further vehicles in the future. They gave us a good price on our trade and didnt try to sneak charges or other hidden fees in on the paperwork. The price they said was the price we paid.Thank you

I had a very good experience buying my Toyota Sienna van this time salesman was courteous and knowledgeable Alice was the finance manager. I had additional issues with paperwork for my 2015 van that I had bought there and Chris was extremely helpful in getting me the necessary documentation. Matt Barnes the salesman was very courteous professional and went to Great Lengths to make sure that I was satisfied this time.
Have to take a second to bragg! Service Department Always goes above and beyond expectations here. They were totally swamped with business this afternoon, but you’d have never known it the way they took care of every customer that came in. Fast, friendly, and always professional! Gotta give credit where credit is due. Great job! You’ve made a loyal customer out of me.

All-in-all it was a really great experience. I walked in ready to be pressured and hassled. I even came with my sister(who is full of sass and takes nothing from anyone) and her husband(ex-military, numbers/haggler guy) to help back me up and make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off.While I’m glad they came, it really wasn’t necessary. Everyone was incredibly friendly, I was never pressured, and we got a really good deal for my trade-in. Our salesman Josh was very accommodating, even after I tried to do donuts and make my sister car sick during the test drive. I had to come back the next day by myself to finish some paperwork and felt very comfortable doing so. I realized after I got home(in Tulsa)that I had left something sentimental in my old car, and when I contacted Josh about it, he informed me that he had already made plans to mail it to me. Even though it was all signed and done, he was still trying to go above and beyond to help me.Our only complaint was sitting for almost an hour waiting to just talk to the finance rep. We understand there was someone else apparently ahead of us, but it was also fairly late already when we got there. We were all exhausted and getting hangry.Aside from that, I would absolutely do business with them again, and even my small entourage was pretty impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Even if they were tired and grumpy.
Bought a 2018 4Runner in November of 2018. My brakes started squeaking about 2 weeks after that. I have multiple videos and witnesses and James Hodge won’t fix it. I even have the extended warranty. I absolutely LOVE my 4Runner (beside the embarrassing squeak) but would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.
Everything went smoothly and I feel like I got a good or special deal.

Overall the service is ok but the staff in the service department are not very friendly. All, except one, that I’ve dealt with acted like it’s a bother to help me or answer my questions. I love my Toyota but I wish I would have bought it from different dealership.

I recently bought a brand new car from James Hodge and will definitely go back! Josh Thompson was phenomenal with answering our questions and really making us feel like friends and not just a sale. Austin Yates also helped in helping us make the decision that was best for us. These two made our car buying experience much less stressful than experiences I’ve had in the past. I appreciate all they did and will be finding them next time we want to buy or trade.
Had a wonderful experience buying a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from James Hodge Toyota in Muskogee. Theyre entire staff was very welcoming and allowed me to shop without feeling pressured to buy. They found me the exact vehicle I wanted and even delivered it to me at my job! Micheal Barnes was excellent in handling the sale from the start to the end. Had my 35000 mile maintenance checkup done yesterday, couldnt be happier. Everyone is so nice, even fixed my gear shift handle that has been loose since I bought my 4runner two years ago and I didnt even mention it. Service rep was so awesome, gave me a coupon for my tire rotation. Really enjoy going there. Super busy and still fast service.

Using Toyota care here is awesome. Came in with a normal service and they definitely went above and beyond. David Cox did a fantastic job of catering to my needs and when I had questions or issues, they became his top priority!
