Good place to deliver, it takes a while because they only have one dock for receiving and it a blind side backing usually 1 hour to unload

I think this place is first come first serve. Was in and out at no time. Will definitely come back if I have to deliver here

Receving department really good the forklift driver is really helping about the dock and unloading

He is a very nice guy. He wants to make sure his job is done right and safely. Before I was a truck driver, I worked factory jobs and it is not easy work. He is an older guy but at least he is working and not feeding off of welfare. I am very happy of the way he unloaded my truck. No complaints. I am an owner operator and I will definitely go back again for him to unload my truck again. Everyone has a job to do and he is doing his part! Great job man!

Drivers, you need to watch these guys. My husband and I were at the loading dock & thought we were unloaded because one of the dock workers came out, gave us our bill of ladings and told us we were good to go. We slowly pulled out of the dock, we heard a bang, and they hadn’t pulled our forklift out of our trailer yet.

The reason I gave 5 star because they took my delivery almost by closing time and didnt create any problem. I didnt see that old guy people mentioned in previous reviews Thank God I didnt see him other wise i was going to look for nearby truck stop . I talked to one of lead guy and told him about that old guy reviews people put and he said he know that . I wouldnt mind coming here again .

OTR beer blindside back, though now they no longer let people in the dock beside you on the last 2 docks, so theres more room. One man operation for unloading, no complaining here.Pike Pass registers fine [PRIME and other drivers no problem] on the last toll that says Pay Here, just roll up slow and itll give you the green light.

They allow early delivery. I arrived at 4am during closing hours, this facility has overnight parking, the workers woke me up and informed me they are ready to start unloading. 😃😃😃 My appointment time was a 1pm appointment. The only bad thing is the docks are blindside backing. Other than that this is a great place to unload or load.

People are really accomidating here. Hope to come back.

Let me tell you about the so called old guy who works there.... he is a very good person and employee. He has been there for 32 years and takes pride in his work, he wants to make sure his work is done right the first time.. You people dont have a clue what this man has been thru in his life. You could only wish that you could be half the man he is. Budweiser should be very proud to have an employee like him..... so people I hope you need to think about how you talk about someone when you dont know the person😠😠😠😠

Very slow. Maybe they should make appointment times. Arrived at 0700 and still waiting to get unloaded at 1400.

Took 6 hours to get empty.....was delivering beer.

Do not be in a hurry here to get unloaded. the old guy here on the forklift only has one speed - extremely slow, very slow. he stops for 10 minutes every time after every single pallet he takes off to look at his paper work. then he has to stop for another 10 minutes to look at something else. then he stops for another 10 minutes to talk to who ever walks by. then after all that hell go get another pallet off ur truck. and the whole process starts all over again and again after each pallet being taken off. Bring ur lunch and dinner and a sleeping bag. he always knows how many trucks will show up and purposely plans out before hand how long hell milk each truck till 2pm when he goes home.

I dont understand. I really dont. How does this old man still work here? He turns a 10 minute job into 2 hours. Why? How can he be that slow. I grew a tree outside by the time he unloaded 3 pallets!

Seems like the old guy is the main issue here. Treated drivers as they were stupid
