I always like shopping at bath and body. I find to many things and spend money every time.

The manager is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met in my entire life.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I ended up getting new shampoo, conditioner, plus wet wipes. THANK YOU!!

Love the selection, our mall in muskogee is empty except for 4 stores, this being one, and I always love the free coupons

I have always loved shopping @ Bath & Body Works. They always have a large assortment of soap & lotions & they also give me the best coupons to save me more money via my email account. If Arrowhead Mall closes, I just hope that this store will continue to grow in Muskogee with a new location. Just saying!

It smells good in the place but every time I go there, they follow me and stare me down as if I’m gonna steal something. They asked me multiple times if I needed help when I said no, but they didn’t ask the white woman anything. I purchased my items as usual but was stopped to check my purse but I didn’t have a purse. I had a wallet.

Your employees need to be trained for better customer service. Not a hello, may I help you, nothing. Most of your stores employees are super nice and helpful... not Muskogee. As far as your product though... LOVE IT! I love your sales and great coupons.

Great deals. Use the coupons. You can also look them up on line. Wait for the items you want to go on sale as well. The staff is usually so helpful.

The candles are OUTSTANDING! The scent permeated my entire house.

The girl that was working here today was awesome, very helpful but the store looked like it had a tornado go thru it. It is usually bad but today was worse. They were out of alot of the wall flowers that they had on sale and you couldnt find the candles to get a sample smell. I live in a small town and this is the closest one for me but I usually try to go to the ones in Tulsa because they have more selection and are cleaner and more organized.

Bath & Body Works is My FAVORTE Place in the whole world. If I were rich Id buy the whole dang place out. I wish it was my bathroom-closet. Theres not a day when I havent thought about Bath and Body, cause all of the beautiful & attractive smells of lotion, perfume, soap, candles, shower gels and more. Its the only shop I buy from every time I go to the mall and Gosh the best thing about it that my boyfriend is always all over me and cant stay of because of it. I am so glad of the creator of this place. They made my life more happy and now I have somewhere where I can buy Christmas gifts from and wedding gifts, But mostly for myself and I hope its not wrong but, I only take surveys in the most more than once until I have enough to buy what I want at bath and body and I dont mean to betray my business in Avon, But I love Bath & Body works stuff better, Seriously! And I just wish that I can have the whole shop to myself so I can get the stuff before someone else does. Dont mean to sound rude but, Bath & Body is my life. Its an All start/All Thumbs Up. Who doesnt love bath and body works? Except for the fact that you need a pallete cleanser for your nose in between smelling so many things. PLUS the wonderful women that worked there told me about a website where I can get awesome coupons for bath and body works. I got 25% off because of that. And they were already having a bogo sale plus 20% off clearance. Woot!
