Obviously the reviews here truly define the professional and ethical practice of this CVS! As a reward member and long time CVS customer I have never been subjected to the complete ignorance of the staff and pharmacist at this location. Not only did the pharmacy make a critical mistake they also had no resolution or offered any help for their errors. Consider this a very serious situation and imagine you or your loved one being exposed or even harmed by the unethical practices including blatant mistakes at this pharmacy counter! Unbelievable and inexcusable! My suggestion is Walgreens or any other pharmacy in Muskogee. There is no legitimate reason or other excuse that would forgive these folks for the errors and mistakes made here!
The staff of the pharmacy always try to go above & beyond to make sure that patients RX needs are met and cared for. Ive tried the Walgreens Zoo across the street and Im thankful for the caring staff at this CVS.
Was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to find out about flu shots. Made an appointment for a 1:30 time thinking lunch would be over when I got to the pharmacy was told the pharmacist was taking lunch. Wouldnt you think the time slot for lunch would have been blacked out. Wasted my time and gas driving there. Will never use them again. The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldnt post this any other way. Very disappointed with the pharmacy.
The most unfriendly incompetent Pharmacy I believe I have ever used, I never went to CVS pharmacy I was transferred to them because they bought out the pharmacy that I originally used what a mistake if they cant screw up your prescriptions they wont answer your phone calls plus They try to make you buy prescriptions test strips that you never ordered claiming that your insurance does not pay for the ones you actually use. What can I say when it comes to the sorriest Pharmacy there ever was CVS answers the call
Made me drive from Tulsa and then told me cannot test you because we don’t have the right testing kits. This is my first and last time using CVS pharmacy

Worst Pharmacy ever! They dont answer the phone and they are slow about everything! One lady told me to switch to Walmart or other pharmacy yet when I did I had to check up every couple hours trying to get them to send the info to another pharmacy! Ridiculous how are they even in business?!
Ridiculous! Waited for 25 minutes on phone for the pharmacy to answer my call. Needed information only a pharmacist could answer about my scripts. Had to hang up without an answer. Changing pharmacies !!!
I attempted to call and ask about a prescription and I was on hold without anyone ever picking up for THIRTY MINUTES. Whatever the reason, that’s absurd. I know a lot of pharmacies are short-staffed, but if this was the reason, because they were so busy, then corporate needs to get them more techs.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with. Pharmacist never answered the phone the 40 minutes I sat there waiting for my prescription. Pharmacists laughing and joking about the phone calls not being answered. Out of the 6 months I used them, three times they were out of the drug I needed. Will never use a CVS pharmacy ever again. Will change insurance company to avoid it.
I’ve shopped at many CVS’s and this is by far the WORST one I’ve ever been to. I had an issue every single time I went. I stopped going to this one and now I drive an extra 30 mins to Tulsa’s CVS’s.
They dont care about customers, stood in line to check out 10 min. they did call for another checker, but 10 min. later still no 2nd checker.
