This is very sad! This is in the reserve, we paid 15 dollars to jump out of the truck and be surrounded by trash. Our driver’s deserve better pilot!

The buttons on three consecutive pumps were faulty and wouldnt take payment. Three strikes and you are out. Go to the much newer and nicer QT just around the corner.

This is one of those cool ones has good parking red pumps for diesel and for gas need to buy some good showers here theyre nice and clean better than others Ive seen inside you can find a Subway which is always good for some good breakfast or a healthier choice in pizza the typical Summit stand with hot dogs and coffee I recommend this place for a while and stuff its pretty close to the highway that it doesnt get that crowded

Friendly, helpful staff. Great water pressure in the shower. Clean bathrooms. This is one of the cleaner Pilots Ive been to.

I like to go to pilot they have alot of OU stuff and Bible covers really pretty they have T-shirts. The cashiers are very nice and helpful.

Convenient placement. Clean set up. Plenty of pumps and windshield wash.But some of the employees are rude. Makes a truckers day a little better with a bit of kindness.

Great place to stop for the night, arrived at 8pm and there was still plenty of truck parking, their showers are clean without wait time, and they have delicious cold brew coffee.

Easy assess from highway. Clean toilets. Gasoline prices are competitive to most of the surrounding stations. Prices are good and always some deals on. They keep pizzas fresh. Staff is friendly.

Iam a frequent pilot and flying J customer... but on this location they take forever to attend customers.. also please do something about d flys at subway..there are all over d trays 👎....not a good image.. hope y’all do something about it

The staff was very courteous and friendly, restrooms were clean,coffee fully stocked and ready! Plenty of places to park, only down side was food left on grill area too long, those that have read my pilot reviews are aware that this truckers wife loves her corndogs!! Other than that very pleasant stay for 10 hour break.

Nice and Friendly staff and their bathrooms are clean, lovely decorated & smell nice. The manager (Tye) is extremely & helpful. Whether its stopping for gas, grabbing a quick bite in one of several options they have have for a good meal. Nice, clean place for a family stop.

It has a lot of parking

Stop rushing your pizza oven or recalibrate it. This is twice in a week I have gotten doughy pizza crust. Its literally raw.

Always try to stop at Pilot and use my loyalty card. Bathrooms are always very clean, food options are usually very good, hot and tasty. Staff are always pleasant.

Excellent place for gas, munchies, and many things you may need for traveling/trucking. Its always been very clean, the service has always been excellent, and the gas prices competetive. What more can a traveler want?

I always stop at Pilot Travel Centers when given the chance. Discounted gas and usually the best coffee on the road. Pretty clean bathrooms too. I am not a trucker, but they take good care of me.

This place is very easy to get to from the road. It has wide areas for fueling bays, so its easy to get in and out of, even if you are in an RV or pulling a trailer. I like that you can get Subway or other varieties of food items here, because I often dont want to make another stop.

I am having trouble with their gas. For vehicles...my Equinox and Ford pick up are not running good

This has station is usually cheaper than QT. I was very surprised on how clean the store was with all traffic that comes in here. The bathrooms were extremely clean!!!! They have fresh hot food as well as a Subway!! Great, friendly service

Cashier needs to find another line of work. I believe she is in training but that is no excuse. She had another employee advising her.I go in all the time. This is where I stop to get my gas. When I gave her my card to scan. She rolled her eyes.Customer service is the key to keeping customers coming back.

Very nice Pilot. It has very clean showers and restrooms. And a really big parking lot so there is a lot of room for everybody.

Not sure if its because they sell so much gasoline, but I get better gas mileage when I buy from here.

When coming off the road I look for the nearest Pilot Travel Center to take my shower & relax. Here is a few pictures of how our shower room look like inside. The only thing that I would to see is vegetarian & vegan meals being served for those who do not partake in eating meat. Vegetarian & vegan foods would make my day alot smother instead of finding a elsewhere to eat or settle for Fries, Pizza or Subway all the time. Please include these foods into your store. Thank you.

One of the best places to stop on hwy 69 in Oklahoma. Friendly service, Great showers, everything is clean and well maintained. Good food, and if truck stop food isnt what youre in the mood for, theres a 24/7 Subway inside.

A great Pilot for fueling and overnight parking it’s quite and clean inside and out the staff is friendly and helpful the showers are very clean and so are the restrooms they also have a Subway inside which is very good

Its a good place to stop for food. The prices are a bit high. But what the heck.

Usually pretty crowded and it is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Their gas has ethanol in it as well. But if you dont mind the ethanol, they have a pretty good assortment of things inside. They also have a little cinnabon kiosk.

Its a place to park. I didnt have any problems here. The people were friendly and the facility was relatively clean.

I visited and fueled up my truck and grabbed some food and snacks to go, some items are a bit overpriced but thats the convenience fee tacked on tangibles for truck drivers as though we are filthy rich. The restroom was very clean and private. I didnt check shower facilities at this location but if the showers are like the bathrooms then the place is probably just as clean.

This was the best one we have used showers at! When we decided to sale our home and become otr truckers the 1 thing I had a issue with my disability is handicap showers and every place we have been to the handheld shower has been broke, or missing a chair or something has made it very hard on me.this place has everything I needed and even a curtain which was nice because I do need my husbands help but its also nice to have a little me time in some hot water while he brushes his teeth n stuff. So thank you so much! Not to mention the staff was very awesome!

Cleanest bathrooms Ive ever seen. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and most importantly to me, approachable.They offer lots of hot foods. We picked up a few rollers, and I was disappointed that they werent hot right off of the machine.Dont get the chicken gyro roller. It wasnt good at all (not their fault, just warning lol).

Fix your shower app! My shower reserve option is still stuck on a shower from weeks ago and I can’t get anyone from customer service to pick up the phone! Shouldn’t have to wait a hour on a god damm shower

The Pilot is fine. I mean, its a gas station, nothing glamorous. The Subway inside however is staffed by some the most inept people Ive had the displeasure to encounter. THEY CANT EVEN MAKE A SANDWICH RIGHT. Its almost painful to watch. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SUBWAY.

The subway here is decent, it was well cleaned everything on the line was well stalked and looked nice. The staff on the other hand, while not exactly rude, wasnt the most inviting individuals. It seemed as if asking the lady behind to counter for a sandwich almost annoyed her. Perhaps dont work in a customer service industry if your not the friendly type.

Theres something to be said about a business who has standard practices that instantly enhance customer experiences. The immediate greeting is awesome. I enjoy checking out with the Cinnabon lady.. She is so friendly. Keep up the good work. Start carrying my cigarette brand and Ill Have no reason to stop any place else on my commute :) (camel #9 shorts :))

One of our favorite places to stop and shop. While traveling. They offer a lot of different items for car trucks. I always stop to get a new pair of ear rings.

Bad experience at the pumps!!! Ended up with a flat tire and no where to repair it, still 4 hour drive home because of hazard of entrance not lit curb popped brand new tire but pictures to come because we arent the only ones by the looks of it this has happened to!!!!

Clean restrooms, the most important part. Soup bar and coffe bar. No beans coffe machine. Been a several time ago there, all the time smell good . Not too easy to get in and out cause of the signal. Thank you keep it like that for the future

Clean showers, and you can drop your trailer without any worries of getting towed! If your gonna leave it overnight all you got to do is sign in on a clip board. My only gripe with this pilot is they still dont have bean to cup

Best Pilot Center. Been to many, the people here are great. Lot does not hold many trucks, room is limited. Ask for a blessing.

Not impressed. This truck stop was showing its age. The restrooms were showing age, the sodas werent cold enough because the chests werent cold. Floors were dirty. Its in an older town in Oklahoma and I get that but could use some updates.
