I used the Walmart app to submit my refill. It was so easy. I was able to pick up my prescription on time. It was great.

Sat in line for 10 min then get told to come back in 30 min bc they are going to lunch. Come back wait in line another ten + min then get told it still isn’t ready and to wait another 10-15 min. Very slow service.

Getting pretty unhappy!I plan a lengthy vacation (diabetes meds!) and go to them about 5 days before Im supposed to go to get script filled. They say, too soon. Supposedly we get that fixed, day before vaca, they tell me its on the truck. Next day, they tell me must have been an error it didnt show.30 minutes away from my plane taking off and the guy asks me where Im going, maybe they can send the script there! On an effing cruise ship, water all around, no WalMart anywhere. NOT THAT ITS ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD IT HERE AND READY!So, instead of a fun vaca, I spend extra hours and blood sticks having to monitor blood sugar more closely than usual and lowering my own daily dosage to get through.Then, when I get back, my doctor renews my scripts AND WALMART GETS THE DOSAGES WRONG?! Too high on one and too low on the other! How is that possible, IT WAS RIGHT ON THE DOCTORS FAXED REQUEST!Getting really fed up with you rons, seriously thinking about taking my biz elsewhere.

Never going to Walmart pharmacy again! Every time i go to any Walmart pharmacy Im met with rude and incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor and stick to the smaller pharmacists. First they cant get information correctly typed in the computer then hassle me to get my childs medicine yea i must have forgotten his birth date then tell me why the instructions on the bottle say one half teaspoonful but the dropper they gave me goes by ml i looked it up that doesnt even translate evenly!!!!
