There are two P & K Equipment Dealers listed for my area. Each is located an easy 30-minute drive in opposite directions from my home. If a part is needed for a John Deere, one of them will have it in stock. Hopefully.Lessons learned.Call first.Take the part needing to be replaced with you.There is only one person in the parts department.Nice and cool while waiting in Muskogee.Always do a double-check the new part received is the part you need.Nothing runs like a Deere because the parts are not cheap.Neither poorly made nor inexpensive.It is a 30-minute drive back .

Person I work for spent close to 25k on JD Tractor from P&K. The thing has been a lemon and in their shop several times. They can’t fix problem but charge the heck out of this late 70’s Lady I work for. Not to mention our JD baler.obvious it needed new sprocket and chain on 1 side. Nope can’t even tell anything was serviced but they can wash’em up good Service dept. is garbage and should stop ripping off elderly people and run a honest,legit business.
I was very impressed by the worker in the parts department, there was an elderly man being waited on before me and the worker was very patient.He treated the elderly man with kindness and respect something that is getting rare these days.I would recommend P&K equipment to everyone.
I ordered a Zero turn lawnmower from Lowes after contacting P&K for a quote on the unit I wanted which is a highly rated John Deere. He told me that the units are the same and there really wasnt an advantage in buying it from them. Lowes was supposed to deliver it Sunday. After they advised the unit I purchased was accidentally sold to another person, I contacted Jeff and he put the unit I wanted aside for me. I really appreciate quick and honest service which I feel very comfortable I will get from them.
My experience with P&K equipment was very excellent. People like Brittany and her service techs makes a very expensive job so much better to handle. They show kindness and professionalism in every area. I certainly will be back. They are John Deere owners best friend. Thanks so much Brittany.
Bought a weed eater from them. Started it and went to use it and immediately knew there was a clutch issue. Took it back to them for the warranty and haven’t gotten any news or the item back in 6 weeks. We are a family of industrial and residential mechanics and it should not take that long for a clutch repair. I am very disappointed in what I’ve seen so far.
They never got back to us....Promised to call us back . Talked a great game but that is as far as we got... Very Disappointing

Edit:I always enjoy ordering/picking up parts here. Larry and Josh ( I think)are super knowledgeable and helpful. Pretty fast turnaround on parts too.Can’t speak for the current service dept, but I had a bad experience with the service dept with the former owner. I do all my own repairs now, so it’s a non- issue.

P&K is the place to go for parts for your John Deere.Very polite, clean, and helpful people work there. Easy to find, CLEANRestrooms, displays have dog friendly coats, and your dog is welcome there inside.
Doing business with employee, John Hollingsworth, has been very enjoyable. He exhibits the example of providing customer satisfaction. If all Grissoms employees were as accommodating, Grissoms would be the dealership to do business with.
Will only go here as a last resort.

Bought a mower. One week e later they called and said they were missing a mower and would i confirm my serial numbers. Two weeks later it wouldnt start. Took it back and they called and said it was missing a part in the carburetor. Called me back again saying they had no record of me buying it there and that the mower had never been registered for the warranty. I had watched the salesman fill it out at the register when I bought it. Had to bring in a copy of my invoice just prove I bought it there a few weeks prior.
Well... husband bought a tractor, was told it had a 2000 mile warranty, it had 212 miles when he bought it now when an $80 part was needed they said theres no warranty. Whats up with that?
