Dont buy from Loftis Furniture, they dont back their products. Purchased a Serta Mattress from the Bartlesville Store, owned by Muskogee, and after 2 weeks it is broken down. They refuse to do anything but give the run around. Nothing but lies. Acted like they would take care of it but after a month if not hearing from them, I called them again and more lies and runaround. No Customer Service!!!

Really appreciated that they did not stand over you and let you look at will but were exceedingly helpful if you needed information. They have such a variety at reasonable prices that you should be able to find what you want. I did!

I went in to buy a recliner and found a good selection and one that I wanted. I needed it delivered to the Muskogee area and was told it would be $40. So I decided to go to a different store to see if I could find something else. I did and the chair was similar. I bought it there and they did not charge me a delivery fee. Bob Loftis lost my purchase because of that $40 delivery fee.

Excellent experience! The salesman was so nice and helped us find a perfect-fitting sectional for our new home within our budget.The delivery fee was so affordable, and the guys who came to install the furniture were friendly & professional.

I used to work for the boss man and he was really good man and he paid me more than I can make it Whitlock.. I cant recommend this company strongly enough. Had a couple of minor flaws with a sofa set, and they went above and beyond to make it right 😉 theyre very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I will do business with this company again. If it were an option I would give them 10 Stars 😁👍***Update 12/2020; *** after multiple calls, and no resolve to have a section of sofa replaced as promised. I will now lower my rating to 1 star. Communication is key. When you tell a customer numerous times that its in the next shipment and fail to call, after said customer had called 4 times over a 4 month period, thats bad customer service. I give up. You guys have lost a customer.

Several years ago we bought 2 chairs here, great quality, good service. We bought 4 more chairs almost a month ago. We keep getting an excuse that they are sitting on the dock waiting to ship. Because of the Obama Administration rules, no truck drivers will go pick them up Sounds like a business issue to me. I need my chairs. I cant get them. I want 4 chairs that I paid for, or I want my money back. Cant seem to get either one.

I went into Bob Loftis furniture prepared to buy a bed. The man was on the phone as I walked in. I saw he was busy so I went on back to the beds. I heard him get off the phone. But he never came back to check on me. As I was walking back to the front of the store he yelled across the store at me. He asked if I found everything okay?I may be old-fashioned but what happened to the salesman coming over to the customer and asking if they needed help?Im pretty sure Ill never darken the door of a bob Loftis furniture store again

Will never buy from this store again.Stopped in left my name and number for repair to be done on a recliner.When I hadn’t heard from repairman, after 3 Days, I called to make sure he had got the message. I was told yes, that he was just swamped and running behind.Today almost three weeks later I called and asked for the repairman.The person answering the phone told me he was out on repairs. I asked if I could leave my name and number. Person on phone made a disgusting sigh and told me he was the only one in the store and was with a customer.Didn’t take my information and I hung up.Wish I could talk to store owner!

I have bought 3 Lazy-Boy recliners at BOB LOFTIS FURNITURE, IF you have problems with a LazyBoy they fix it, I have never even considered another furniture storeThe staff are very good as is Mr.Loftis. Do check them out if you are looking for any type of furniture! You will be happy if you do! I almost forgot their very capable repairmen! Have never let me down!

Attention, General Manager!!!!We have bought a King Size mattress in nov, 2013. Soon after about 18 month it started to sag. In March of this year I call Sealy to complain and they referred me to the local store here in Grove. After lots of complaining finally a rep from Sealy came out to tell us that it was it was not sagging enough or we should pay and additional $200.00 to have it corrected at the factory... No one seems to want to handle this problem . Perhaps, you, at the Main location can give us advise?????
