If zero stars was an option, thats what should go here.. I called this store to ask questions about a Goodman heating and cooling system. They informed me that I must have a license to purchase these items and they hung up on me without hesitation. Why so rude? I will not use this supplier.

Terrible! Called and talked to Louie and this guy was so beyond rude it was unreal. He has absolutely no customer service skills. I am truly appalled.. Im gonna drive the extra 45 min to Tulsa just to avoid him and his terrible attitude. Johnstone you guys really need to look into this guy. Im sure hes pushing more customers away than just me. Go to the tulsa store.. Ask for Doug.. Hes awesome and very helpful.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend using this location strictly due to how they handled my call. Representative was very rude and short with his communication, cut me off several times during the call. My company will never use this location if at all possible. I have not been treated this badly by a vender in my decade of working in the HVAC trade.
