Called about having a tire replaced to make sure they had the size. Asked if there was a good time to bring in my vehicle or if I needed to make an appointment, was told “no, now is great”. After getting checked in, I waited 2 hours for them to replace one, single tire. The lady that checked in right behind had 4 replaced and was gone before I was finally able to leave. Guy at the register was really friendly though.

The work seems to be in order. The guys at the front counter were very responsive to questions and were warm and friendly. It was a joy to go in a place and experience customer service, that was kind. Doesn’t just happen. These guys made it happen. Thank you Big O

If I could give lower, I would. My fiances tire needed patched, and when they patched it, it was done improperly. We came back, they were very unwilling to help correct the patch job, but eventually did decide to help. It wasnt two days later that the tire went flat again, and I decided to take it to a different tire shop, where I was told after the first patch was done improperly, and our tire was ruined at that point. So thanks to Big O Tires I am currently replacing two tire that have less then 15k miles on them. I will never give them business, and would recommend literally anywhere else.

Brought an older truck in for ball joints and alignment. Everything on the truck is rust welded and they could have easily said “they couldn’t do it”. They persevered, even lost power for a while, fantastic job, professional staff. While I waited I listened to the staff deal with others in a calm, explanatory matter.Honest and skilled.

Brakes started to grind yesterday evening. Website gives an option to make an appointment but I decided to make an appointment first thing this morning as they open. I called and the employee said to come by as they only do first come-first serve. They open at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and they explained there were two brake jobs ahead of me and four oil changes. They believed they could get my vehicle fixed by 6PM if they could get started on it by late afternoon. i agreed and stated I would have the vehicle back to them by noon. The desk employee said no, I had to leave the vehicle. If I left, then they would remove my vehicle from the line-up. I tried to argue the point of leaving my vehicle until later but the manager got an attitude and would not work with me to find a solution. He was a solid My way or the highway with no empathy for me not having a vehicle and having to wait until evening. This is my only vehicle so I agreed. I started calling around and reached the Big O tire in Yukon. The person there said he would help me in every way possible, just come to him ASAP. I got my keys back and went there. Yukon is about 7 miles away. I arrived, they started my vehicle as soon as they had an opening and I was back on the road again by 10:30 AM.If you have vehicle trouble, go to Big O in Yukon. The Big O in Mustang is understaffed and has an attitude. They arent worth the trouble to seek help from.

Great staff!!!! I especially was impressed with the mechanic pretty boy tim howard. He was professional and proficient, but most of all he is easy on the eyes. Ill definitely be back!!!

The guys were great. Explained up front that it was a VERY busy day and I would have to leave the car--which was fine. When I did bring it back, they actually finished quicker than I expected and did a great job. I had two old tires that needed to be removed from the 60 year old rims and they did that also, at no charge. I was VERY happy and will definitely continue my tire needs with Big O Mustang. I was warned not to go here, that I wouldn’t get out with just my flat fixed. That they would tell me it couldn’t be repaired because the mail was in the side of the tire wall. Mind you they didn’t even offer to show it to me.Just said I’d have to buy a new tire.Single older woman, stupid me. Never again. LADIES: Don’t go there, ever.

Very nice caring folks who arent pushy about selling you stuff you dont want but willing to help guide you when you are ready to buy. Very efficient, friendly and good stock of general use tires. Plus lower overall prices than some other tire stores.

They mounted and balanced brand new tires, did a good job. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars was my volume was turned up as high as it would go when I turned my car on to leave ( no I didn’t leave it like that ) and a personal guardian angel charm I had in my console was tossed in my passenger seat.

The other half took the car in to replace rear tires and alignment. Took the car in at 10:15AM and was promised it be done in 2 hours. She walks there at 12:30, they have only changed the tires by now. She was promised the car would be done in an hour since there was another car ahead of hers and getting the tires off that Porsche was a little harder than they thought. They said they will give her a call in an hour.So, she walks over there again(since she is staying close to this location) at 1:45PM and guess what, they havent started working on the car yet. She has to be at work at 2:30PM and the manager promises it will be done in an hour and took $15 off the total bill. What a saving!Save yourself some time and effort and skip this particular location. Id rather spend $15 extra and drive a few miles far from this store and get tires changed there. Ive not had any issues with Big O in the past. I will still be a customer of Big O but not giving business this location.

Oil change, rotate and balance tires. Good service, got me in and out fairly quickly.Next visit was for tire repair, had a flat. They told me it would be looked at immediately and it was 45 minutes before they touched it. Would have gone somewhere else since it is just a flat repair. Probably wont come here next time.

Had multiple items needing completed. Rotate, oil change....add to that new struts, rear, cv boot, bearings. See LOTS of stuff.The staff were knowledgable and kept me informed the whole time, gave me a ride home as it would be a long one.I use my Jeep to transport my mobility scooter, being without it is kind of hard for me being without it. They have taken care of me since we moved here in 2017, so they understood the need for my Jeep.Like I said they kept me informed and KNEW the deal. I felt like a KING, they called and said theyd stay and get the Jeep completed completely. Could not ask for harder working and dedicated to the customer. 2 hours after closing the job was complete and away I went. Felt like Thank You wasnt enough so I bought lunch for the store the next day. WELL WORTH the little I did for the ENORMOUS JOB they did for me.GREAT JOB!

Got my car inspected and was told only issue was my alignment was off, as I get it done my car still had poor stability due to bad ball joints and struts, paid 168 all together just for them to cancel the warranty which I understand warranty is voided if you tamper with the suspension components but it would have been better if someone ACTUALLY told me my car needed new joints and struts before the alignment, either they didnt tell me on purpose or they dont know how to inspect for defects. Well enjoy the money I wastefully paid to the company.

Big O Tires of Mustang has the most professional service writer/salesman out of all the repair shop Ive been to, their technicians are very experienced and managers are polite and helpful when theres something customers dont know or are unsure about they are very good about explaining it. They didnt give me good service because they wanted to sell me four new tires!! I only had to get one new tire and an inexpensive one at that. They were rude to me. I will never go back there again!!!

Disappointed. I would not go back nor recommend to others. I went in a few months back to get a tire rotation and balance and asked them to take a look at my brakes to see how much time I had left to replace. The person who checked me out was a manager at the Norman location, apparently, and said I had a few months but pads and rotors would be needed which I expected. He quoted me around 350$, Im guessing without labor. When I took it in today I stated I was in for my brake pads and rotors I also mentioned over the phone two days ago I was given a quote of around $350. JD said hed throw in a tire and balance rotation for free if I took it in to them and I said great. Thanks, JD. I brought in my car a few days later and a few hours later was told ONLY by an automated text that my 2015 toyota rav4 was ready. When I picked it up my total was $624. I would have never had the brakes done if the price was that much, They should have spoke with me first. So far I feel as if the techs did a great job but you should NEVER have to pay that much for brakes. I would have taken out the brake line flush and disposal if that was the case since i never asked for that in the first place.... and purchased the cheaper brake pads, IF I was notified. I asked to speak to the manager at 1130 but he was on lunch break. I waited for a short time but he never arrived. Great work I am sure for over $600 dollars but definitely portrayed some horrible sales and business practices that took place on my unfortunate behalf. If you want any more info feel free to ask.

Did a great job on my tires took longer then quoted. Said my car would be done at 530 and my car didnt go back till 545. Other then that great service.

Just dont spend your money here they give the run around about collecting on your warranty. Never trust a place that employees tell you not to get your car worked here because for some reason his manager was high balling on breaks and he didnt know why. Lets just say they wont fool me again. Im at Sears as speak paying for new tires on a car I just bought tire for last June. Stay away please just go to Sears were they treat you like family and honors thier warranties.

If I could give a negative quality of stars, I would. This establishment just repaired the incorrect tire on my vehicle. They’ve had my car for 4 hours, charged me, and upon entering the vehicle my PSI still reads 8. They then tried to convince me it’s a sensor that needs to be reset. I assured them it’s not, then they discovered they fixed the incorrect tire.

The gentlemen that work there were very polite and efficient. Surprisingly it was ladys day (Thursday) and, as I left, received a beautiful yellow rose.

Took my Toyota Tacoma in because it had a shimmy in the front in. They done a alignment and didn’t fix the problem, we where told that it will need 800.00 worth of work. Took it back to the dealership we bought it from and all it needed was the tires to be balanced.

My tire sensors were not reading right thought I was going to have to replace them. These guys just reprogrammed them and did not charge me. These guys are great!!!

B.S.! I went in to Big O Tires for a simple patch for a very small hole and the manager refused to fix the tire, and he insisted I purchase a new tire. The hole from the nail was not into the sidewall of the tire but in the edge of the radial belt; the nail was not in the shoulder of the tire. Yes the tire can be fixed and it is not against DOT regulations! #1 I grew up in the tire business for 20 years with my grandfather and father where I patched, plugged, balanced, and even grooved tires. #2 I worked for Michelin for 4 years building tires. #3 I work for the DOT! Look folks a dishonest hustling business has no place in a town full of good honest people. Take your business elsewhere. You dont need a new tire every time you get a nail in the thing. It is true that a tire cannot be patched or plugged if there has been penetration in the shoulder of the tire leading up to the edge of the sidewall; however, a puncher in the tread on the edge of the radial belt is not grounds for a new $200 tire but a simple patch. Stay away from Big O Tires in Mustang, Oklahoma and save on the expense of tire repairs when you go elsewhere.

I took my truck in to get aligned. I told the service tech it had just had a complete new front end replaced less than 1000 miles ago. As a 10 year automechanic, I did it myself. I just took it up there to get aligned. He gave me a 1400 quote which included wheel bearings I literally just replaced that morning! I took the truck to another service center and had them look at it and in 1 hour I got a call to tell me my truck was ready....68 dollars. When I asked why it was so cheap he said, it was all brand new hmmm.

Went to get alignment done and they got salty when I wouldnt let the replace idle arm and lower ball joints. They were in perfect working order and verified it when I got the alignment fixed down here in Texas because it was worse after I took it to Big ol tires. Dont recommend and dont plan on going back.

Ah man... This place, I USED to drive out of my way to use this store... Wednesday I had a BIG O brand tire separate, I bought the road Hazzard warranty, and was charged $25 for mounting the new tire...I told the guy he should have told me I had to pay a fee for the tire I didnt ask for he gave me a smart answer acted like I was out of line... Ive never been charged for a flat here, Ive bought THOUSANDS of dollars in tires at Big O, I guess with hibdons moving in they have to start charging for EVERYTHING. BEWARE of policy changes here... I then told Jerome he would see it on his Google review he thought it was funny... Well Jerome gouging your 30+ years customers even for $25 is unacceptable. I hope the $25 was worth losing our business. Hibdons fixes their tires for free.😊 Update! I had a SECOND Big O brand tire separate I just replaced the set not worth the money n down time, being charged for their defective tires.

My experience was great i showed up 20 min before closing in need of two tires on a Saturday of all days and they were more than happy to help me out. No bs just good old fashioned customer service THANK YOU BIG O!!!!

I took my tire in to get a nail hole plugged today. This nail has been in my tire for 2 weeks now. It didnt really leak very bad. I was having to put a little air in it about every 4 days. The guy at the desk seemed to be acting a little weird. He told the worker to really look over the tire to make sure its fixable. I still had almost half life left on the tire with no cracks. After the guy took the tire back the sales guy quickly ran back there and came back out 5 minutes later. Said itll be ready in a few minutes. 15 minutes later they rolled my tire in with an extremely loud hissing noise that wasnt there before. Turns out i suddenly have a hole in the very edge of the tread and you cant fix the sidewall. And unfortunately the only tire they have for my truck cost $173. Im done! Im taking my business elsewhere.!

I like Big O so much better than the new Hibdons in Mustang. I feel like they take care of the issues I have the first time instead of having to go back because somehow the mechanic didnt notice my car was still out of alignment. Tires are usually cheaper. They fixed my flat for free. The only time I ever choose Hibdons over Big O is if its a timing issue. Big O has a smaller garage and sometimes gets a little behind. Probably because they have so many loyal customers due to their work ethic.

This was a rare corporate shop that didnt try to up-sale and add sevices I didnt want. PLUS they re-attached a loose plastic piece under the bumper for no charge. I WILL be back.p.s. I also like that they open an hour or more earlier on Saturdays than the other shops in the area.
