I would be careful with Walmart pickup. Some associates at this location are very shady. I highly recommend using another location for pickup and delivery.

This walmart is probably the best one Ive been to. They still have a bunch of employees and they really do help you put if you need it. The online shopping and curbside pickup kiddos are on the ball and I havent see the pickup line backed up once. One thing that I wish walmart and all of these other big chain stores would do is drop the prices bc of how much money theyre saving worldwide bc of the ppl who pay and bag their own stuff at the self checkout. Or they should give the ppl who self checkout lets say at least 2-3 times a month like 15% off their entire bill and you should get a punch card that you get punched when you exit to leave. Maybe a $25 dollar reward for every 5 punches. Anyways, this walmart in particular has an amazing staff and every person there is helpful. I do not shop at any other Walmart even if they dont have what Im looking for bc I know they will have it later in the day or the next day. 10/10 I do recommend this particular store to all my friends and family.

Dont have enough people to check you out. Do it yourself or forget it. No floor help. Other big stores do why not Wal-Mart? Do they want to lose more business?

I prefer Wal-Mart to the competition because of lower prices and wider selection. I dont care for checking myself out, but I understand that everyone is short handed due to higher than normal unemployment benefits and competition from the booming marijuana industry in Oklahoma, so I do my part. I like this location best because it is most comfortable to me. In spite of the layout of stores being almost identical, I live nearby and will go out of my way to shop here. If I cant find something in store, they have a great website with timely shipping. You can also pick up items ordered in the store.

Im not going to lie, I hate grocery shopping. But did my shopping online today. They were quick efficient and saved me from having to brave all the other people inside. Tina in the pick-up department was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for doing my shopping for me!

Store itself is fine but they are doing construction so a larger portion of the parking lot is un-usable

The employees that work the online order service are a joke! They wont answer their phone, they will ignore you until you sit at the back of your vehicle and maybe they will finally realize you are there or furthermore you have to go in and ask them to locate your order! You might as well spent the time shopping because these lazy kids arent speeding up any, waste of time.

This is a decent Wal-Mart but is a little lacking on selection. There arent any items that were really missing, just didnt have the brands I was looking for in a few areas. I honestly think that is just because its a little smaller than most in the surrounding metro area. All in all a good place for a quick shop or picking up groceries.

If you have trouble walking and you need a cart to ride. You might have trouble.I had to change to 3 different carts while I was there. They kept trying to stop on me. In the middle of the store. Finally I just stopped shopping and left the store. So just be prepared to have to keep exchanging to different carts..

TJ in customer service was not helpful! Rude and unhelpful. I was trying to return an item that I bought on Walmart.com and was picked up in store on 10/30/2021. This was not a ship to store item, it was an item that Walmart picked off the shelf and placed in the pick up area. TJ did scan the receipt as well as enter the order number on my Walmart app, but neither of them worked. TJ then refused the return and referred me to the store on 104th street as they have a larger inventory. That doesn’t make sense because this item came from the Mustang store. She then referred me to Walmart.com and told me to take it up with them.Valid receipt and TJ, the front end team leader, refuses the return of an item.

It looked better then it had in the past.

It is what it is. Large store, large variety of items, often larger than desired quantity/size of containers. Could not get logged into the app to find stuff because it wouldnt sent the code to my phone.

I went into the Walmart SuperCenter in Mustang, OK to buy 3 bicycles on Sunday afternoon. Chase, an associate in sporting goods, greeted me and helped me during my whole transaction. Chase showed me the size chart for bicycles, so I would get the right fit for my sons and helped me pick out accessories and safety equipment for their age group. Chase was amazing! I have never had an associate go above and beyond like him before. It was a breath of fresh air. During our checkout process a manager came by and was really focused on having some empty boxes moved. Chase was curtious, did his task, then continued completing my $600 transaction. Walmart is lucky to have such an outstanding associate there to help moms like me. Thank you Chase, I know my kiddos will love the bicycles and accessories!

The gentlemen that loaded my car were very nice and helpful. They did a great job loading my groceries.

Its crowded, they rotate the seasonal stock way to fast and the employees try to avoid you. One time a women was making lefts and rights up and down the isles with me calling out. When she finally stopped she didnt kno nuffin and took off. Make your way towards the center of womens clothing and youll find a gaggle of female employees standing around doing stuff. I know it sounds like Im picking on the ladies but it seriously seems like theres some gender bias in their hiring practices unless it heavy lifting. Would love to see a break down of the ratio of employees and the turnover. Wouldnt go honestly If I had a choice.

Went in to buy a battery for my remote control ceiling fan, easy to locate battery center, easy self check out experience

Well, its Wal-Mart, what can I say. Hate to love the place and love to hate it the same time. Bathrooms are always a mess when I go, so I stopped using them except to wash hands... still messy all the time. Most cashiers are friendly and efficient. Those employees that gather groceries and other supplies for online shoppers etc. REALLY need to be more courteous to in-store shoppers. I realize we are all busy, but a little courtesy goes a long way. The deli is completely lacking in variety- you can do better Wal-Mart. Selections are waning for too many items, and this occurred pre-pandemic, so again- you can do better Wal-Mart. Considering this is THE store to shop in for Mustang, I think it could use some major improvements.

Its a good Walmart, still has actual cashiers and not just mostly self checkout lanes like the Yukon one

Not a bad place. Definitely needs to keep up on their stock. Cant find the Tyson honey chicken tenders there, the hazelnut coffee mate brand is usually empty.......other than that, its a Walmart.

Good store, friendly staff. Stock gets a little low some time but thats what you get in a small town. Not really an issue, its worth coming to this store.

As usual in this store (actually all of the stores Ive ever been to) never enough ppl to check out, long lines in the 4 lanes that had lights on. Self checkout area had approximately 10 ppl waiting in line. Overall, great prices. Also, low or no stock for alot of vegetables that I went for.

Other companies are playing checkers while walmart is playing chess. Instead of hiring robot employees and kiosks like fast food is doing wal-mart provides you the opp to be the employee because there is NEVER a cashier line open. Its always fun checking out $400 in groceries via self checkout at 5.30 in the evening because the only register open is the 10 items or less.... 🤷

Walmart pickup is handy . about 95% accurate but pickup between 5:30 to 7 takes longer than going in and shopping

Super impressed with the pickup service at this location. I just started doing pick up and the employees have been very friendly so far and the produce they pick out is better than what I pick out on my own! Glad I started utilizing this service. Should have done this a long time ago!

I can usually find what Im looking for at the MacArthur Walmart. I cant say the same for other locations, unfortunately.

If you just need groceries, this walmart is good. Everything else is harder to find due to spotty stocking. Spend the extra few miles and go to the reno Walmart if you really need a thing and dont want to hit multiple stores.

Unlike the super stores in Hawaii the stores in Oklahoma seem to have better prices on their veggies and meats. This could be because of location to the supply. And shipping cost associated to a product.

It is an average Walmart location. I would say fairly clean. Most of the time they have what I went to the store to purchase.

Just did an online pickup thru their outdoor pickup and they were super fast and efficient

I came to get two new tires and an oil change and was the first in line before they opened. I was initially upset because when 8am hit, no worker was in sight and the side door was locked and there were 3 cars behind me. Then a worker came out, walked around outside but did not acknowledge any of us, and walked inside. The man behind me in line must have walked around to the front entrance because about 10-15 min after 8, he walked out with an employee who passed my car and went to his and was checking him in. I was upset that I sat there and was passed over, especially after seeing an employee come outside and not help anyone even though it was open hours, so I went inside as well to get help. I went to the counter and a gentleman inside told me to get with the guys in the bay to get a ticket written up. I went back out there and the man that walked around outside earlier was there and would not even acknowledge me. I guess the gentleman saw me just standing there so he came out and yelled, Hey weve got a customer! but that man just mumbled something and walked away! The gentleman ended up helping me and wrote my ticket up. It was a mess.I now understand why they skipped over me to help that other guy. The man that was in line behind me was extremely aggressive and told one of the other employees that he wanted to kick your as* and you are lucky I didnt just slap the sh*t out of you. He was horrible!!!! He not only said it once to one employee, but twice to another! No wonder they helped him first. He must have been very hateful to them. It also makes sense why he was standing outside the door banging on the glass. That customer was making my very uncomfortable and I started to get anxiety when he was making physical assault threats.I want to give 4 stars to the auto care center staff (not 5 because of the guy in the bay) because they de-escalated a potential hostle situation with that angry, hateful customer and although they were swamped first thing in the morning, they handled it well. Props to the employees.

Mustang Walmart has to be the worst Walmart in terms of check out in the 4 states I drive each month. Never enough workers.Poor, Poor, Poor.

There was a kid named Justin in electronics helped me pick out a phone and get it turned on. He was patient, kind, and polite. Yes sir, no sir all the way around. Amazing employee. The manager guy of electronics not so much. More employees should seek out to be as helpful as he was.

Nothing on shelves. 2 scanners open. Had to get on the ground because milk was at very back of fridge.

I wanted to give the loudest of shout outs to Matt in the auto dept. I was getting gas at the Murphy and noticed my tire was completely flat. I drove through the parking lot on the rim to get to the automotive center to find it was already closed. A gentlemen spraying the parking lot let me know they were closed and when i asked does any one know how to put on a spare, He then called for Matt. Matt offered to patch it or replace and completed the replacement in 22minutes! He was great and so kind to do that after closing time. Please see to it that he is recognized in a great way! He obviously went above and beyond when a coworker clearly had no intentions of even helping someone put on a spare tire. I know what it is like to be off and ready to go home and now something else comes up..but Matt stepped right on up and did it so nicely! The thing that impressed upon my mind the most, is he said he could not have sent me out on the road in good conscious..I do not know how to change a tire, and would have had to drive 6 more miles to my patients house on the rim with hazard lights going, hoping maybe her elderly husband could have changed it in the dark. walmart -closing at 6pm, is way too early! That auto dept is the most essential staff you have other than cashiers, and Matt was an Angel today!

The customer service via the pickup and delivery was wonderful. Today I had a young lady who very polite and helpful. I was there waiting maybe 7 minutes and then she brought my groceries out to me and I left.

I like this Walmart because well 1 it is the closest to my home & 2 they do have great customer service. I would only take off a star because they dont carry a lot of things that it seems the other Walmarts nearby have. But overall they are good! And they have a very good pick up which I am rarely impressed with in this area!

Ive never been so disappointed in a walmart. I order grocery pick up 2 weeks ago sent my husband to get the order and he was givin the wrong order. I called immediately and for 2 weeks now we have been giving the run around no money has been refunded nor have they attempted to fill the order. We spent over $300 ive done walmart grocery pick up since it started and have only been govin the wrong order once in norman walmart they were prompt in resolving the issue. This walmart cant even get back too me. Bad buisness.

In the last 6 months I have had to wait over 20 minutes for a pick up order, WHY? BECAUSE THEY LOSE HALF OF MY ORDER AND HAVE NO CLUE WHERE IT IT. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANOTHER WALMART EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER OF PICK UP. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! ALL WALMARTS ARE BAD.

I like the local employees here. They really go above and beyond for their customers. The down side for this stir is the minuscule grocery area. Groceries are arguably a large part of the draw for consumers who frequent the only Walmart in Mustang. Mustang has the charm of a small amazing town amid a booming influx of industry as well as households.Nearly any day of the week, one is guaranteed to find a nearly impassible grocery section during high traffic periods. This is due to tight/thin isles and a multitude of people looking for the same products. Things like yogurt, cream, some prime meats and fresh vegetables are guaranteed to be sold out.I think this store could benefit from either downsizing the adult clothing sections just a touch, or the toys/hardware/automotive sections with low turn over to supply their customer base more effectively. I’m fact, if they added a good storage section (maybe large portable temp control containers in the back area outside the store they could keep everything on hand, while only having enough out at a time to supply immediate demand.The long term solution would either be to expand the store, or add another Walmart to the west or east of the main commerce area of Mustang. This would draw other businesses to these locations as well. With the population more dispersed, existing businesses would gain profit due to larger numbers of people frequenting the area who normally not without the presence-of a highly coveted store.Quite frankly, if the latter suggestion isn’t taken by Walmart in the near future... Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Crest, or Sprouts may very well find monetary reason to do so instead.

Despite the normal defining trait of sub-abysmal customer service, I was quite pleasantly surprised to be treated like a person and in a professional manner and with some decency and kindness it was kind of amazing.I know I want to underscore the young lady that helped me at the in-store pickup, however that I am even slightly shocked and amazed that I got any kind of decent treatment in customer service here or at any Walmart is kind of sad but this experience was quite pleasant and I give her specific service 5 plus Stars. Walmart only gets three stars because my past experience has been as I said before sub-abysmal..... then just in case that does not give you a clear representation of my experience in the past with Walmart and their customer service Im talking below the Marianas trench so in the negative thousands of rating.

I actually shopped in Walmart for my entire list for the first time since COVID hit. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff - even during this stressful time. I was greeted by multiple employees and asked several times if I needed help finding anything. Great job, guys!

Always do a pickup order. Great way to shop. Occasionally get a substitute item but usually is quite acceptable. Walmart app is perfect and makes it so easy. You get notifications when your order is ready and pickup is a breeze. Thanks to all the young people who are providing this very needed service!

Was needing a phone case for my lg they didnt have anything even similar to what I needed

This is the only Walmart in Mustang, and its usually poorly stocked, which often results in an extra trip to another store. When we go to other locations we have better luck finding what we need. Not sure what the situation or problem is there, but until they step up their game, well try to avoid going to this locatio as often as we can.

I order from the app for pickup & never have a problem. If there is substitution, they always email in advance so I am aware. Service is always prompt! If I do need to go in, my only complaint is there is never enough handicap parking.

Went to WM to check out the gluten free section, was very limited on items to choose from, and the Employees stocking the shelves in that area were not up to speed in knowing anything about these items when asking questions about the Glurten free items.

Mustang is the worst Walmart!!! This was the worst experience I have had at a walmart. I was ran in to, cut off, and pushed out of the way, by customers and employees with the huge stocking carts. I encountered 15 employees out of 14 isles with some kind of stocking cart, each one was either blocking an isle, cutting people off, or blocking the way. No wonder the people of Mustang walmart are so rude. They have to apparently deal with this every time they shop. Why??????? Would you have employees stocking the store On the busiest day at the busiest time no less, which is Saturday morning? What happened to stocking during the night Or on a slower day so that we could actually walk down the isles during the day? Also no one was adhering to the Socially distancing or the one-way direction on the isles? This store is very poorly managed.
