We’ve wanted to give Wild Hero Coffee a try for a while and finally had a chance to stop in. It was a great coffee shop and Mrs. Flip Out anticipates that it will be a new go-to as a work space. She tried their regular iced latte and loved it. Since she likes lighter roasts, she said it was perfect and it had an almost sweet quality to it, even though it didn’t have any flavors or sweeteners. I tried their frozen Cinnamon Delight, and it will come as no surprise to you all, with no coffee or espresso. They used a vanilla base with the cinnamon syrup and it was by far one of the best frozen drinks that I’ve tried. I really liked it. Our barista offered a small kiddie cup of whipped cream with mini marshmallows for Little Flip Out and he thought that was pretty cool to get something at the coffee shop, too. Their pastry case had a variety of baked goods, some baked in-house and others from local bakeries. We didn’t try anything this trip but it all looked delicious. Service was excellent. Whether you stop in or drive through, Wild Hero’s definitely worth trying.

Even during peak time on Saturday morning, with a steady line inside and drive-thru, the wait time was not very long. With a quiet homey atmosphere, plenty of tables and lounge areas inside and a small patio outside, this is a great place for meeting up with friends. Selection and prices are comparable to most coffee shops but I would prefer to support a local business.

I love Wild Hero, I personally believe that it is the best coffee in town. Although I love this local business, the past couple of months have been super slow. I have noticed that there is only one person at the main coffee bar, one person at the drive through, and one person at the register. On busy mornings, this is simply not enough. I have also witnessed an employee on their phone when there was a long line of people. Wild Hero, I love you and want to support local, but Starbucks is more efficient. Your coffee is way better, but time can be everything sometimes.

Great local spot. Love to work from here. Im not a coffee-crazed creature but enjoy the variety and the atmosphere. Great people.

I’ve been here twice now and overall disappointed. The iced caramel machiatto is overly sweet and the iced vanilla latte was bland. I also tried the grilled cheese and was not a fan. The bread wasn’t very good and the cheese was boring. The lemon bar I tried was delicious though! I wanted to keep going and eventually try more things but the customer service this morning was awful!! So, I don’t think I will be returning. Gave it a try but I can make better things in my own kitchen.

Ordered a regular cold brew with 1 pump of vanilla and a small amount of creamer. I got my coffee and they dumped a bunch of creamer in it making it look like sand. So I called up and they said theyd remake it so I go back up and this remake was literally the color of beer, so over watered it looked like they just filled the rest up with water and put tiny sonic like ice chips in it. And I never got a reciept and the lady at the drive was beyond rude.

I officially dont know why the Starbucks even has a line. The food selection is better, the coffee is delicious, the staff is very friendly. Get your coffee here, support a great LOCAL business!

Wow! Their coffee is sooo tasty! We just moved in to the area and wanted to try out a new coffee place. Hubby really liked it also! I had the hot toasted pecan coffee and it was absolutely delicious! Their breakfast paninis were amazing also! Definitely coming back to this coffee shop!😍

Okay so I’ve been going for a while now I love the frozen drinks but for the past couple of weeks it’s absolutely DISGUSTING right now I’m drinking a salted Carmel and my family got the usual but they FROGOT TO ADD THE COFFEE It has no coffee on it whatsoever it taste like I’m drinking creamer so I have to make my own coffee at home and just use it for creamer the new workers are awful and I know there new but still they should at least remember the actual coffee it’s so disappointing I hope u get better employees or teach them how to add the coffee because before there was no problems it was always strong and good and actually had the coffee on it now it’s like drinking creamer and to all who’s read this don’t go it’s better to make coffee at home

I love this place! If you are a real coffee lover you will too, unlike Starbucks and similar coffee chains that focus on sugary drinks, coffee seems to be the main focus here! They also have pastries, lunch and snack items as well!

Java is good, Pennines and quiche are tasty and atmosphere comfortable.Worth the stop, just be sure to specify hot or cold drink!

I got a white chocolate mocha hot, and it was delicious! They also gave my two dogs a pup cup. They loved the special treat. We also got the honey vanilla frozen. Yum!

Great coffee shop experience, staff, and great coffee. I love the vibes when you walk in. Youll see some cool buffalo art on the chalkboard menu and the staff are nice. Good selection of coffee, tea, and pastries. Great small town coffee shop!

I have loved this place since I moved to mustang four years ago. The coffee tastes like butter!!! I cannot even explain. The baked goods though... Omg the Apple tart, and the bacon Quiche... there are no words! Deliciousness beyond compare!!!! So glad I live around the corner!!!

4.5 stars. Consistently good coffee, some unique flavors along with the classics and delish breakfast paninis makes this coffee shop a winner! The line is usually pretty long (because its great!) and doesnt move super fast, but if you have the time in the morning, definitely make a stop.

We stopped here purposely while passing through Oklahoma en route to Minnesota. Start a great little coffee shop with a variety of panini sandwiches and baked goods. The coffee was delicious too. You will also find some gift items like shirts and drinkware for sale. A drive thru, although not used by us, is a must which this place has also.

Amazing coffee, & customer service. The iced salted caramel mocha is AMAZING, as is the iced German Chocolate. I also love the wild honey latte & iced pumpkin pie latte (it has real pumpkin in it)... I haven’t had anything here that I haven’t enjoyed, no weird texture or flavoring. Employees are always friendly, yet get your order quickly, which is great for me. They are sooo much better & more than Starbucks, they are invested & put a lot of time & love into their products. You can taste the difference

Went in mid-afternoon and ordered decaf cappuccino with the apple tart. Its an interesting place. The capp was decent, generous in size (I ordered the giant one of course), and served in a regular cup instead of paper or Styrofoam. I wasnt crazy about the flavor of the espresso, as it didnt have the full body I like. The tart, however, was absolutely amazing! There are tables, couches, and overstuffed chairs to choose from. I sat down in one of the chairs and was engulfed in it... a surprise, but a pleasant one. Nice staff.

I drive from OKC to have a great experience here. I love the workers. They are always friendly and helpful. The chicken salad sandwiches are good enough to satisfy my tastebuds. I also love the atmosphere. It is so welcoming and a great atmosphere to study or have a conversation with a friend.

I only ever get hot tea.. It is really hard to mess that up but the tea is always great! They also have like a zillion types of tea & sweetener options, not to mention an extensive coffee and flavored iced/hot beverages list.

The panini was amazing

Really good! They normally come on the sweet side, but if you want it less sweet, they are always very accommodating. The coffee is fresh, and never burnt. They have a number of good vegan options, and theyve always been able to help me find new ones to try.

Way better than Starbucks! I was a SB junkie until today! My second trip today and everything we have ordered has been awesome! The beans are local grown and we love supporting local business! My new favorite coffee shop.

I love this place! When I lived in mustang it was my favorite place to get coffee. Even when they put in a Starbucks down the street, I went here because the people and coffee were both amazing.

This is the best coffee spot in town and the surrounding area! Love the service, price, and atmosphere. Food is always delicious and coffee made the way like it. I prefer my coffee at a certain temperature, not so hot it has to cool before I can drink it, and the staff at Wild Hero understand and are always happy to accommodate that. Not to mention, the price is great. I was dying for a Starbucks in town until Wild Hero opened and showed me there is far better coffee, I haven’t even bothered to visit the Starbucks in Mustang and have no plans too. Wild Hero is simply the best.

Wonderful delicious goodness. The food and drinks are amazing and the shop is kept very clean. Theres also a cute little store on the inside that you can buy things at.

One of the best coffee shops around. The selection is great and the cold drinks are really something to talk about (try the smores). Its a bit noisy in there and hard for me to work while enjoying my coffee, but other than that its a top pick.

I don’t want to rate low stars because 5 days out of the week this place is fantastic. The drinks are delicious and the staff are great. It just seems like the B team is working the weekends and it’s a smidge frustrating.Not sure if it’s the speaker or maybe a newer person, but we had to repeat our order a few times. Then we got to the window and we were charged for three drinks when we ordered two. When we said that we didn’t order the third drink, she just shut the window. We had to wait and ask for a refund rather than being offered one....Again love this place just some constructive criticism.

This is the very best coffee Ive ever had in Oklahoma. It might be the best coffee Ive had period. Our favorite is usually Stella Nova, because this isnt close to us. We went to a ball tournament in Mustang and discovered it. I wish it was close though. They have so many options, but even the basics are so good. I would go out of my way to get this coffee. We had a flat white and a salted caramel latte with half the sugar. So good.

Visited for the 1st time today. Coffee was quite good. They have many snacks, cakes etc. to choose from. They have a few, I dont think enough, soft chairs to sit on. In my opinion this is far better than S***bucks. Prices are much lower than that other place too.I believe we will return to Wild Hero Coffee in the near future. I recommend this locally owned and operated establishment.

Every time we visit Yukon Oklahoma we visit this coffee shop. Decent coffee and will always choose a local mom and pop over chain coffee. If you are near Yukon visit this place. I really like their scones! Get the chocolate chip (as is and don’t warm it up).

Always fresh never stale or burnt and they wear masks so I feel comfortable going there Starbucks who. Not only is there coffee amazing their tea is to.

Wild hero coffee is a staple of Mustang, Oklahoma. The staff are always friendly and always have my order correct, no matter how busy they are.The inside is very Southern, accented heavily with leather furniture and wooden tables.Their coffee is always potent without being overbearing, and the flavors are absolutely wonderful.Unlike the Starbucks down the street, Wild Hero has a perfect balance of ratios in every cup they produce. This company is, in my opinion (and most others), by far the best coffee shop in Canadian County hands down.

Great spot full of friendly people. Its a great spot to study or to catch up with a friend. High quality coffee served well or they will make it right. There is a Starbucks down the road and I will never be back after coming here.
