Absolutely love City Bites. The price is right, and the food is fresh. Their Italian sandwich is great. A much better option than any chain sub shop.

I go here with my bestie during lunch break on Fridays... Their baked potatoes are phenomenal!!! Only draw back is they only carry Pepsi products

The California is great.... Bean sprouts are awesome but the Philly made me a little sick, tasted great though.

Worst sandwich ever! The bread was hard and not cut but torn open and put together horribly. It’s literally like a rolled sandwich. I love city bites but will never go to the mustang location again.

Ordered the chicken Baja salad. Not as described. Was a handful of Fritos topped with shredded iceberg and only a few bites of chicken. Disappointing salad. I threw it out after only a few bites

Very disappointed in this business. I have a friend who has severe allergies and has had her order messed up on multiple occasions, on one occasion ended her up in the ER with a severe reaction. She went in to have her ordered fixed just the other day after her order was made incorrectly and HAD TO PAY FOR IT. She proceeded to write a negative review and it was REMOVED. It’s very disappointing to see customer relations being of such little value or importance. Do not recommend and will be telling my friends of my poor experience.

Over priced and not even good. We waited at the window for our food for close to 15 minutes then got our food home opened it. My sons kids Mac n cheese looked like it was kraft from three months ago and reheated. 6 dollars for that!!! I’m not even going to go into any detail about the other foods besides the fact it’s not worth what you pay at all. Girl working the window was nice though! So go her. Lol

Got a couple Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. Prepared quickly and were very good. Ill be back!

My favorite place to grab a quick lunch in Mustang. Local Oklahoma company, extremely friendly and personable staff, place is clean and well-kept, fast service! Best sandwiches in town!

My wife considers me a fairly picky eater and when she suggested we meet at City Bites I was skeptical due to a bad experience years ago. Boy am I glad we went tonight! The Beefeater sandwich is amazing steak and potatoes with cheese and sour cream. It is savory and filling. Plus their cookies are pretty darn good too. You could make a trip just for the cookies.

6/23/20 at 1805hrs. Absolutely disgusting and very poor sanitation practices. The young kid who took my order came from the back carrying a broom and had been cleaning. He didn’t change his gloves then touched my cup, the register then got the people in front of me there to go order, while never changing his gloves. This is the second time this has happened at the Mustang location and there won’t be a third time cause I will never go back. Worst part is there was no manager on duty just for young guys prob no older than 19. Of course they won’t be on point when the goofball manager is gone.

Love city bites! Very sweet people! They have a good variety to choose from and a very clean environment. Their tacos are my favorite but they also have very good sandwiches and spuds!

I really like their cookies. The sandwiches are pretty good. I wish they had more options for the soup of the day but i think because of their size they looking it to two choices.

Its a decent enough place. Drive thru is typically slow but the food is better than most. Employees are nice. Nice change of pace place to eat.

City Bites is a great place for lunch. The prices are reasonable and the food is really good. I get a turkey sandwich or wrap every time, and I havent been disappointed yet. Fast, friendly service too. They are part of my lunch rotation.

Good food. Great & friendly service. Huge portions on some items. Would be nice to have either 1/2 portions or maybe a pick 2....1/2 soup, 1/2 sandwich or 1/2 baked potato, 12 soup, etc.

Went into the store at this location on 01/18/2017 at approximately 7:30PM. I was the only customer in the store, and realized that they would be closing at 8PM, but I figured they would be able to knock out my order pretty quickly. I ordered two large Garden Gobbler Melts and a regular Turkey Melt to go. The young lady taking my order was pleasant enough, but once the order went back to kitchen things went downhill. I heard huge racket as though someone was banging spatulas or knives on a flat top. This went on for at least 10 minutes or so, after which the young lady gave me my order. I took this food home and gave it to my step daughter and wife. The garden gobblers, both mine and that for my wife, were lacking some of the ingredients and seemed as though they had been skimped on, whats more, they were both so super salty as to border on inedible. My wife wound up throwing away most of the bread and eating what meagre filling there was. I am highly disappointed, I have ordered this sandwich literally dozens of times from other City Bites locations, and have never had this disappointing experience... until today.

Its always busy, but its only because its the real deal. Super delicious sandwiches and super huge and loaded baked potatoes. Their desserts are amazing. The service is on point. Would recommend this place anytime!

Me and my husband sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before we just drove off, tried to get their attention nothing. no one was in the drive thru and no one we could see inside, and this isn’t the first time.

Girl working the register cant seem to listen to you when your giving your order to her,bl had to tell her multiple times the chips my child was wanting for her kids meal

Today was my 2nd time to order online and pick up an order from the Mustang, OK, location. And, all I can say is YUMMY! My first order was the Baja tacos & the ultimate peanut butter cookie. The tacos were just awesome and that was the best peanut butter cookie Ive ever eaten in my life. Today I ordered the Chef salad and it was amazing. I never thought anybody could make a better Chef salad than my Mom, but City Bites did. Of course, I ordered another Ultimate Peanut Butter cookie; which I cannot make a habit of doing, but Im now looking forward to trying a lot of their other menu selections. This place is fantastic.

I love the sandwich and soup here but I tend to have problems when I come in here cold food etcetera. The place is run by a bunch of children and I dont think they care much about the quality of food.

Not my cup of tea but is a very popular place to eat.

Had a simple order-- one 6 in California sub and one Spring wrap - tomato wrap. and a pumpkin cooke. Could they get it right? NO! Slow evening - Tues- only car in the drive thru- not more than a couple cars in front of the store. So - not busy. Get home and it is two sandwiches. I ordered the wrap because I dont eat or like a lot of bread. Ugh!!Called-- oh they had excuse for it -- but did way I could come in and exchange it- NO- Im not going to waste my gas(live out on far edge of Mustang) and time driving back in!! Finally said I could come in anytime in the next month and they would redo it for free.I use to work food service - it is not hard to get right! If you have questions - ask me!!Daughter told me to always check the order there before you leave....guess this isnt the first time.

This place is ridiculously expensive. 1 whole sandwich and a half sandwhich. 2 bags of chips and one drink. $30+ never coming back. On top of that we were the only ones in there and it took 20 minutes to get it out
