I rented a small truck to pickup in mustang. I get there at the time I requested and they didn’t have a single truck. I waited while the lady called around and they were going to bring one to me in an hour. I head back to yukon and as soon as I get there she calls me and says that I have to go pick it up. Sooo I head towards OKC to their big rental site and they don’t have one in my size I RESERVED. I ended up driving to the Home Depot in Edmond to get a truck. I could’ve finished moving in the time it took me to chase down a truck... they discounted big time but it was not worth it. Especially not knowing the area very well. Next time I’ll stick to U-Hauls.
