Called store number, no answer. Went inside and owner was very kind. I dont think she knows the store phone number doesnt work. Either the ringer is turned off, or it is a different phone number... They do sell some pretty neat instruments and their accessories. I bought an electric guitar and amp for $305. Pretty good quality, was just missing a 1/4 cable to connect the two.

Personally I have never actually been in this establishment clothed or likewise yet I feel like Ive never been serviced like this in my entire life also hues music rocked my world in my limited vast ideas of this place are mixed at best.thank you hues you never left me unsatified

Had sign posted for curbside appointments only due to covi . No big deal I understand, so I call, mind you I can see the lady whos working behind the desk and I can hear the phone ring. She doesnt answer, I knocked on the door and she looks at me and gestures for me to call. I call again and she still doesnt answer the phone. Will not be doing any business here.

Not the best bedside manner on the phone. Customer service speaks volumes. ill be looking elsewhere.

I tried calling this business more than a dozen times while it was open, and no one even bothers to answer the phone. Is this how small town businesses operate?

This is the worst place Ive done business with. Had had my sons instrument for weeks and never got back to me with an estimate. I have confirmed that I want them to fix it on there day I dropped it off, on voicemails (because I rarely get an answer to my calls) and by responding to a text message. They complained that my cell phone isnt local, I have only dealt with the guy in there until the lady leaves me a hateful message weeks after I dropped it off telling me that they just want me to pick it up and refuse to touch it, I just called and talked to her and because I didnt tell her directly that I wanted it fixed them my business is no good to her and then she hung up on me. These people are rude and unprofessional. They have no accountability for the fact that they dropped the ball on this one
