Made an appointment online and was contacted immediately to confirm the appointment. Dropping off my car was quick and easy. The windshield was replaced within an hour of dropping off the car. They even handled the insurance claim for the windshield replacement. I didnt need to do anything except make the appointment and drop off the car. I would definitely use this location again.

Had time set up for them to come house and time when they were supose to be coming got a call said they hadnt found out if my AAA insurance would cover windshield. My insurance does cover but used lame excuse he tried to find out day before appointment. This appointment had been scheduled 5 days earlier. They need people that know how to do their job and not wait last second. Went to another company and had no issues.

Our tech was very professional and courteous. When there was a problem with the original replacement windshield he called and shared the info needed and quickly got a new one and repaired our windshield. They are highly recommended.

He was on time and did a good job and it didnt take very long to replace our entire windshield.

Incompetent people. Took car in for rock damage to side window and windshield. I did NOT add recalibration since I was taking it to Nissan when I got it service this week. Well they did it anyway and damaged my car cameras which now is going to cost me $400 for Nissan dealership to repair. Geico wont do anything to help cover cost!Stay away, if you have an updated car!

Waiting room is just a few chairs in their office, but they do have coffee and water. Service was quick. People were polite and friendly.

Professional, quality windshield replacement. They did leave my dash covered with debris from the windshield replacement but it was easily removed with a couple swipes of a cleaning cloth. Id use them again no doubt.

These guys are great! Super respectful and helpful. I was really late due to a GPS glitch and someone called and gave correct directions and although I was almost 1 hour late, they took my car in immediately and quickly replaced the windshield. All in all (besides getting lost, NOT their fault) I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a auto glass repair company. The technician showed up early which was great, and he was friendly. But ! After the work was completed and he had left I went to get in my company box truck and he had put a hole the size of a half dollar in my dash ! Now if the guy would of told me what he had done it would of been no issue at all on my end. But he decided to just leave ! Thats what got me upset . One of the managers called me after I had called them and he said he would fix it if I dropped it of one morning and left it all day .Thats unacceptable because I own a moving company and I cant have a truck down for a day because of Safelite screw up . Dont use this company at all very unprofessional .

This place is full of it!!!! If I could rate it at a zero, I would. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday between 12-5... I traveled several hours for this particular appointment bc this is who my insurance company referred me to. The day of, they called to cancel bc they claim the replacement windshield had a crack in it. I wholeheartedly believe they just didn’t want to come out. I explained that I don’t live in the area anymore, but my parents do; therefore I NEEDED my windshield replaced on that specific day & time. They claim all they could do was reschedule me for Monday or Tuesday. Hmm that must be a super quick shipment... I asked to speak with the manager, they claimed there wasn’t a manager working. Again, this place is FULL OF IT!!!!! NEVER again.

We were sent to Safelite by our insurance company. The technician and service was wonderful. We were in and out of there in a little over an hour. Great service.

Our repair person was right on time and quick. It was painless and looks great.

Caused an issue with our car and wouldn’t fix it. Took it to another company and safelite had to pay to fix what they screwed up after all. Don’t let your insurance company send you to these guys, they will cause more issues. Plenty of local guys that you can choose. Everyone was nice except one guy and he ruined it for everyone else at the Myrtle Beach location.

I called the 800 number and customer service sent me to another facility that was closed. When I called them back they quickly rescheduled me to this office and they took my car in immediately even though it was a busy Saturday morning. Staff was friendly and understanding. Explained the process and the windshield was repaired with in 30 min. 😀

While convenient and recommended by most insurers, I would rate Safelite fair / mediocre at best. Technicians are not very educated in the art of glass installation. Safelite is very technology driven and has a very professional appearance, but the quality of work is usually lacking. We have had three separate experiences with Safelite and I will not use their services again. Each time we have experienced some type of service issue, 1 involving our vehicle to be out of commission at the dealer for 6 weeks, due to Safelites faulty installation. There are many other local glass providers who will serve you better.

When you miss an appointment you dont put that appointment to the back of the line to start over, which is what happened to me.when I finally got someone here he did a great job fixing the problem. he was very polite and hard working.

I had a tiny crack in my windshield that simply needed to be filled in just in case it ever spread. The technician was hours late to fix it, and then ended up busting my windshield to where the entire thing had to be replaced. I guess it was an accident, and I understand that sometimes s*** happens.But then he proceeds to tell me that I would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed which would cost me 100s of dollars instead of the small fee I would of had to pay initially, even though it was not my fault. They also did not accept my insurance because it was out-of-state.Safelite is NOT responsible for any damages they may inflict upon your vehicle. PLEASE be careful with whom you do business with because I was not aware of this and they did not tell me until afterwards. I got my windshield replaced by a different company and paid half the price.

BEWARE this company!!!!’ This is the second time Safelite has been insanely difficult to deal with. First several years ago in the Upstate Greenville, SC area and now here in Myrtle Beach. After preregistration and two confirmation emails saying they were ready to do the work, my husband takes the vehicle to them at the scheduled time. Only to be told they have never heard of our insurance company. This after having spoken to someone in person and them inputting the information by hand. Received a confirmation and scheduled the appointment. “They then say, you can pay today nearly $500 and you will probably get a reimbursement from your insurance company.” They are a rip off!!! Deal with someone else local. These people are NOT to be trusted. So frustrating and wasted time!!!! Wish I could give negative stars rating!!!

We were on vacation and the rear view mirror fell off in the heat. Safelite installed the windshield just under a year ago so we called in, the guy was super friendly and stuck it back on for us straightaway... didnt even ask to see the paperwork. Thanks for providing such great customer service

Staff was very friendly. We were an out of state, walkin customer with a chunk of glass missing where the review mirror had fallen that needed to be repaired. We expected a wait since we did not have an appointment; however, they quickly got the truck around back and in about 20 minutes the glass was repaired and we were on our way! Could not have asked for a better experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

These guys are bandits. They want $130.00 to repair a rock chip. I found a locally owned glass shop that fixed it for $40.00.

First time I had my windshield replaced by them the weather stripping started flapping against my car less than a mile down the road. I turned around immediately and they told me it would be a week before I get back in and I had to schedule another appointment. They got it right the second time but they let me take it down the road knowing it wasnt right.

Tried to get windshield chip fixed, but it was worst after they completed the job. The chip ran about 3 inches...

Fixed a chip in my windshield in about 10 min!! Looks good as new!! Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, they canceeled that the day of. They then rebooked me the following Tuesday, and they cancelled during the time period they were scheduled to come out.

Good work but poor communication. Set appointment online but the instructions did not specify an all day job. And could not locate a local phone number, had to call the 800 number for information.
