Ordered an above ground pool and a deck ladder, and paid cash up front in December of 2020. The pool did not arrive until August of 2021. When it was installed, 1. It was installed crocked to the deck. They said there was nothing they could do to make it right, resulting in me having to make $800.00 in modifications to my deck to resolve their mistake. 2. The pump and filer was installed above grade to the power source so any water would drain towards the outlets which presents a safety concern. Now they say there is nothing they can do to make this right. So now I will have to put out more money to correct what they can not do myself. 3. The ladder I ordered and paid for in advance did not come, and now they say it will be 2022 (At least 6-9 months) till I get the ladder so we can get in and out of the pool. I guess I’ll just have to order my own ladder from In The Swim so we can use the pool the little time we have left this summer.If you are looking for a company to purchase and install an above ground pool, who offers great customer service, IT IS NOT Elko Pools and Spas!

I was in the market for a new pool table. After some research, I decided to go to Elko. I’m glad I did.As soon as you walk through the door, you will be greeted by an Elko staff member and or an Elko owner who, through their actions and energy, let you know customer service is a top priority.Josh was the salesman who assisted me. Josh was knowledgeable, personable, professional and responsive. I was also assisted by Kimberly Elko who was also knowledgeable and very engaging.I am very happy with my purchase. The entire transaction was flawless from purchase to installation (installers were great too!). Quality products, competitive pricing, and great people.

I called in August to have my pool table moved that I originally purchased from Elko. I was told they will call me in the beginning of September to set up the date. We have called twice now and today they said they dont have anyone that can do it this month. I gave them 6-8 weeks notice for the move and they didnt do anything to contact me. I asked if they knew anyone in the area and the gal flat out lied on the phone. I contacted another company in Conway and they are able to move the pool table in less than 7 days. They said on the phone that she sure does know who they are but he doesnt understand WHY they dont recommend him at all. He has known them for over 20 years. I cant believe how callus they were in not recommending someone else to do the job. Even stating they didnt know of ANYONE in the area. I will never recommend them again to anyone. I sent over the past 4 years a minimum of 10 friends to their business. It will NEVER happen again. I do not recommend Elko as they love to sell the product but when it comes time to service or move they dont know anyone and cant recommend any other company. Run dont walk away from them.

Josh is fantastic to work with!! My new hot tub will be delivered next month. I went there this morning to pick up schematics for the wiring of the hot tub and Josh was more than helpful.

Ordered hot tub in Sept 2020 and was told it would take 6-8 months to arrive. 6 months later we called to check on status and was told it wouldnt be in until Sept. 2021 - one year after order. We cancelled the purchase and was happy to have our 50% deposit refunded.

We hired Elko to install an I ground pool and concrete around it. We visited many pool installers before making our decision. From the moment we walked in their store, we got such a good feeling. They’re very family oriented. They’re open and honest, timely and a pleasure to work with! They helped us achieve the back yard we dreamed of. I would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience was fantastic from purchase to delivery. Josh was very knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions and concerns.The delivery team was phenomenal! Hands down the BEST Delivery team ever!!!! They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clean. They explained how they planned to get the hot tub up onto our screened in patio. A year ago I had a hot tub delivered (2943 moss bridge), yesterday I needed to have it moved to a new address. On both of those days, I was fortunate enough to have Bam come handle business. Yesterday him and 1, yes just 1 other person, managed to move it from my fenced in backyard, to their truck then into a garage. I looked up the weight, its 830lbs dry, Im sure theres a little water left in it so its probably closer to 850+. Dudes a beast. Also gives off a very positive vibe. Going to need to move this thing again in a year. Hoping Bam shows up again then.

The Elko delivery and set up crew were clean and very nice. They assembled out Spa very quickly and neatly. They picked up after themselves. Bam the team lead even sang while doing their work. I highly recommend these guys to install anything Elko sells!

Horrible. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Once we placed and our and they got our money there was absolutely no communication at all from the staff. I would call to get an update, which they couldnt give me right away. They said theyd call me right back. Days would go by and I still didnt hear from them. I was supposed to get my pool in July, then in July they said it would be shipped July 30th. I call them August 10th and they told me it didnt ship.They were waiting on parts, it would be September or of October. I canceled my order and requested and refund. They said they mailed my refund. Two weeks later I still didnt get my check. I had to go into store on September 9th to pick it up. They knew on Sept 4th that I would be in on the 9th to pick up the check, but it wax not ready when I got there. It took them 45 minutes to get the check for me Nc the store was totally empty. Horrible customer service!!

We purchased a Hot Spring Spa from Elko this past January after moving into our new home. We have been delighted with the quality of the Spa as well as the customer service at Elko. AMAZING!!! From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place for a hot tub. The staff were extremely, courteous, polite, helpful, and well informed on their product line. We were able to browse without any pressure and after we made our purchase they took over and set up everything for us from the delivery date, the installation and the electrician as we needed a 220 line. I live up near two hot tub stores up on RT 9 In Little river. Walked in both stores and was treated poorly cause I was not there to spend $5,000.00! Elko on the other hand was happy to help me with my $49 dollar purchase of a new jet and chemicals. Kim Shaw was helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I will return gladly.

If I could give them a 0 star that’s what they would get. Bought a spa 2 months ago & the small pieces of wood at the bottom are broken & they say it can’t be covered under warranty. They are terrible & I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. According to the better business bureau, they have several complaints against them. Do yourself a favor and buy one somewhere else...... they are terrible & don’t have a clue about anything

The spa I purchased from Elko is one of the best things I have every purchased. You can buy a cheaper spa but those are crummy compared to the spas Elko sells. They have the best quality and a great show room.

I ran in Elko Spa on January 15, 2019 since my grandkids were coming & my spa was looking funny. The lady at the front desk walked me through the steps to clear it up. I am somewhat weak on keeping it up. I was a bit doubtful on a few hours notice getting the funk out. I did exactly what she said and 3 hours later my spa was crystal clear. Then I tested it again with doubt, to my pleasant surprise, it tested perfect!! Thank you, Queen Elko Spa! FYI, she did not over sell me, either!
