I would recommend Coastal security networks to do another project with us. Their team is awesome (Brandon, John and Matt.) They installed 32 cameras and 13 access points at the hotel. They were nice, professional and made sure to update us on what they were doing. Made sure we were content with their work and showed us step-by-step on how to work the equipment.

Matt w/ Coastal is the BEST! He even figured out a way to SEPARATELY wire our back door AND the DOGGIE DOOR! We can arm the back door but leave the dog door open so the cat & dogs can come & go, OR we can close the dog door cover & arm it along with the door - BRILLIANT! And, we had reached out on a Sunday. He was at our house the next day by noon. The system was installed by 4pm, & and he came back after hours to teach us all how to use it. They are great!

I can’t get up with Matt and he want return my. My garage door keep disconnecting from my system I call him over and over again he will not return my calls. This is the worst business I have ever done with a company. He was polite and nice when he put the system in but I would love for him to take it out because he I can’t get in touch with his company.
