I love how they spot treat any areas I ask and my carpets look amazing when they are finished!! Talking about a company that cares about doing good work.. I mean, I wish all companies were ran the same way. I had mold issues in my addic. The owner himself came by and ran meticulous inspection of the work to achieve. Required the best prep to operate properly, then achieved a thorough work.The techs were very knowledgeable about what they had to do. They paid attention in keeping my kid and pets safe and even pointed at other details in other areas of my house that needed to be fixed eventhough they were not the company that was going to have to take care of these other unrelated issues. One of the techs even came back one morning to point and explain what he saw to the people handling work orders for my neighborhood.I definitely recommend this company. You cant go wrong with them.

Very satisfied, I used RotoPat for my carpet cleaning for several years now. After a huge storm, I had flood hit my house and it was a disaster! Talked to pat the owner yesterday about getting our carpets cleaned through this business again. Today, a guy named Gary came by and others came by aggressively refused to shake hands, didnt even want to look at our carpets before saying they were too bad last time to do them again and claiming his boss made a mistake and hes above his boss, came inside and looked at the first floor and told my step mom with severe anxiety that he doesnt know how we can live here and were all filth. Comes outside and she asks for his name. Terry she asked, he said with attitude a raised voice and waving an intimidating hand motion saying Gary! With a G! Like I told you on the phone! then came to the door and shut our front door hard in her face. She cried nonstop for several hours and had a severe panic attack and couldnt breathe. She didnt raise her voice once or swear once yet this grown man on the job in his 30s treated a lady alone like this. She claims she was scared to speak thinking he would hit her at one point.The carpets arent even that bad and isnt that what a professional deep cleaning carpet service is for? Regardless, it doesnt excuse this disgusting behaviour.

Roto-Pat to the rescue!!! Over the wknd, I woke up by the sound of dripping water in my condo. I had a leak in the plumbing and the floor was soaked. It was almost midnight and I didnt expect to actually talk to anyone at that time, but they answered and came out immediately. They sucked up all the water and set up drying equipment. Because of their fast response, I wont have to worry about mold (which they are still monitoring just in case). Everyone was very professional and put me at ease. Thanks so much!! Awful customer service. An agent for the company refused to clean our carpets because we were told it took them too long to clean out their hoses last time they were cleaned. They dont deserve a 1 star rating but their isnt an option to give less.
