I visited the Market Commons only to find this store is closed and basically stripped down to a few empty counters . . a sign on the door says its closed with no information on when it might re-open (if ever). Whoever manages this property should have gone onto Google to edit store hours/days so consumers would know. Not a good reflection on those who run the store. Heading to Best Buy to pick up an iPhone SE.

I have an older MacBook and lost keys off the keyboard. Unfortunately Apple doesn’t have replacement parts and the cost of replacing the keyboard is very costly. They recommended using an overlay to solve the problem at a fraction of the cost! I appreciate their courtesy and professionalism. Will definitely be going back for my Apple needs!

I was very pleased with the results and they are straightforwardness about the fact that my computer is old and outdated. They did replace the hard drive and everything was still on my computer that was there prior to the installation. The young man in the tech department are extremely polite and very knowledgeable. The fellow at the front desk however leaves a lot to be desired.

Good service. The only thing I didn’t like was they said I could come between 10-10:30am to get it fixed because they have walk-ins during that time. However, when I got there they said they don’t do walk-in repairs during that time so that was annoying to hear one thing over the phone and another once I got there. However, they fixed my phone in an hour and it works just fine now so no complaints on that end. The people were nice and I would go back to them to get my phone fixed.

God is so amazing while visiting Myrtle Beach I locked myself out of my phone. My husband took me to the Sprint store and they were not able to help me, one of the employees referred us to CityMac. When I walked in the services great and Chris went over and beyond all measure to deliver to get my phone back working. Chris also gave a great bargain, thank you Chris for all you do. ❤️

My speaker on my iPhone 7 decided to stop working, so I popped in and the store manager Chris Ditulio did something 🤷🏼‍♀️ And it seemed to fix it.... until the next day 🤦🏼‍♀️. I came back in the next day and was sent to the gentlemen in the back section of the store who diagnosed it as irreparable. I got a new/used IPhone 8 Plus and had no idea how to switch things over so went back to Chris and again he didn’t hesitate to help me. I truly appreciate his assistance. Chris was great, however it was very busy with customers both times I was there. He needs some help! I was disappointed in the lack of inventory of both phones and cases.I had to order phone, I had to wait for it to come in, and had to go to Best Buy to get a case because there were none to fit new phone, as Chris had expected a shipment before I got there. Business seemed very unorganized..Chris was an excellent listener and extremely knowledgeable...just needs some help to wait on other customers and help keep inventory better stocked.

When I went into the store I was serviced immediately. I am not an experienced technology user and I often have questions and issues. Steven and Quadra were most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They both took the time to explain to me what they were doing . I will definitely return to this store!

The store manager, Chris, provided great customer service as helped me find the best solution to my broken phone issue. He laid out all of the possible options and helped me pick the one that would benefit me the most, without emptying my bank account. When there was a shipping issue, he was direct and informative about the issue which was reassuring and comforting. I felt valued and respected the whole experience. Would highly recommend to other apple/Verizon customers. Intend to go back with any other issues.

We had a problem with my I- phone when we were in myrtle beach and were told by a Verizon rep to take it to City Mac for help. I’m not sure who the gentleman was who helped us at City MAC but I think it may have been David. Best experience ever. I dread getting new phones and stress about getting all my stuff transferred and they did a complete duplicate of the old phone for me. T-Mobile claimed they couldn’t do it. I mean City MAC got me my pictures, texts, down to my wallpaper and settings. So worth the money and the drive!! Also, the staff was extremely courteous. Will definitely continue to come back here again and again.

I visited the city Mac store in Myrtle Beach for a new iPhone and iPad…. The new products needed to be ordered from Verizon. I worked with Allen and he did a fabulous job taking care of everything. Verizon created some bumps along the road but Alan did a great job keeping me updated and getting everything set up once the equipment came in. I would definitely rather visit this store then deal with Verizon directly!!!

I came in to market commons city Mac the other day, I’m not too tech savvy, but Jack was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me decide which upgrade was right for me. I love my new phone and he helped me learn how to use it. I previously went into Verizon and I made a much more pleasurable experience with Jack. Will defiantly be coming back!God bless

Zero help, was told the product I was looking for was not available, I found the product but the sales person had zero information about the product. I google info on correct information. Almost seemed he had no interest in making a sale

David and Rakia are the tip of the spare, educating people on their products, teaching about the tech and making sure they have all the information they need before they leave! I needed hardware installed as well as software. Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done. New Hard drive, RAM and operating system moved. they finished with lightning speed!!! was literally done the day after i dropped it off!! i even had a few follow up questions the next day and they were more than happy to get me the information i needed! CityMac delivered 5 star technical and customer service in dealing with my iPad issue. As a devoted Apple platform user (phone, pad, music, tv, books, etc), I find working with CityMac, a licensed partner of Apple...much better than dealing with Apple direct. More focused attention...and follow through. Same $ value as working directly with Apple...but with more intimate service and communication than you get with the “mother company”! Much better off going through CM than Apple!

The customer support is amazon and Apple level. I texted them a long time ago (in December 2019) about tying to find AirPods Pro. I eventually found some but I just received a text message saying that they saw I was looking for some a while back and wanted to let me know they had some in stock. Took nearly 30 minutes for the process to get started (I had an appointment set) and was told I will have to wait for the technicians to return. Returned an hour later to a line or people waiting on one guy. Had to wait 30+ minutes just to pick up my phone. They are not very organized.

I am so disappointed that Chris, the store manager, hasnt returned a phone call about a purchase made while we were vacationing.We need to send a purchase back for refund and no one seems to know the process.Apple store doesnt do business like this!I am still expecting a call from a professional store manager!June 17....did hear from Chris, followed his imstructions on sending copy of receipt, and still have not been refunded the purchase made on June 3rd???

The staff at CityMac in Market Commons greeted me warmly and gave me a short wait time. I was particularly impressed by David, the technician, who was extremely patient and thorough as he explained and fixed the problems on both my iPhone and iPad. Although this store is forty minutes from my home, I will gladly drive there again should I experience any other problems with my Apple devices.

DO NOT BRING YOUR APPLE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE! The manager is alright but there are two black guys who are highly aggressive and should not be working there at all! If they worked for me theyd be fired!!!! Who says to a customer that they have come out to CONFRONT a customer!?!? In my opinion this place should be CLOSED DOWN AND NOT AFFILIATED WITH APPLE AT ALL!! Who in the heck wears a beanie hat and urban coat at work anyway! Severely not professional at all! Walked in with no appointment this young gentleman actually greeted me as I came into the store. I had a phone that was broke and he went over all my options with me to where I could actually understand them. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. Phone problem solved to satisfaction. Will return to this store due to location, and friendly, competent people. I just hope with the turn around in employees in todays work force the same gentleman is there the next time I return.

My Mac Mini seems like a brand new computer! Eric answered several questions I had and was patient, kind and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. I went there today and thought that my iPhone is done. I was no longer able to charge it. The two employees over there wanted to check if it is just a simple cleanup of the charging outlet. The young lady tried for 5 min at the back of the store without any luck. Then the young man tried a few times and was successful. They didnt charge me a dime. They could have told me stories about how expensive it will be to fix it, and I would have probably would have believed them and would have lost a lot of money. It is so hard to find honest people anymore. I will go and by my apple needs there in the future, and I will recommend everyone should do the same. Thank you for being so honest.

Very informative and willing to help with my problem. Given two options and I chose to purchase a new computer which they agreed to retrieve my information from old computer to new one.

Had issues with AT&T so went to City Mac / Verizon to change service. Kamri was very helpful and knowledgeable about iPhones. Overall, everything went as promised. Dinged then one star because there were issues getting one of the phones activated so it took three+ hours to get everything set up. Also, no comfortable chairs to wait in.

I don’t know the guys name (young black guy)but he was really professional and answered all my questions and help me get my phone working again.

It took a week for the battery to come in and I only had to leave my MacBook at the store for a few hours for installation.
