I gave this 5 stars because I love the Simpsons so much .... However.....The staff at the Movie theater were kind of abrasive and rude ( namely Vicki ).. She was very snappy and rude and seemed to be targeting my family for some reason. She told my son he was going to caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the statues when he was simply posing for pictures with them. It is very pricey for a short film and the gift shop doesnt have a lot of stuff.

This place is so cool! Definitely have to check it out if you’re in the area. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Donuts are delicious and show was fun!!

This place was a one of a kind experience for me. Took me back to the 90s. It was clean and new and the store was soo cool! If you like the Simpsons Id highly recommend it.

The outside was pretty cool. The staff were friendly. Restrooms are blocked off. The day we went the voices and 4D effects were off from the film, but it was still pretty cool. The gift shop was bright, clean and well stocked. We were disappointed that they didnt have Flaming Moe shot glasses. So we settled for some Duff beer merch. and a Flaming Moe energy drink.

Fun ride and experience! The Kwik E Mart was cool and enjoyed a Squishee. I wish they sold magnets for my souvenir collection. I ended up buying a T shirt and Squishee decal for my car.

We stopped here while visiting Broadway at the beach and we are so glad we did. Loved trying the Duff Beer so cool and good. The slushees they had was really good. Love this store and will be excited to come check it out again.

Did not know this place was here but what a pleasant treat for Simpson fans. Loved the show and the kwikemart. They kids loved the squisheeeees lol if you love the Simpsons you have to stop here.

This is a 4D/5D movie done right. I had a bad experience at Ripleys version but was super pleasantly surprised here.The seats rumble and move with the movie, theres water spritzes, air shooters etc. Its all a super cool experience and anyone who even remotely likes the Simpsons will have an absolute blast. I consider this a must see if youre in the area.Couple of FYIs: They play the movies every half hour and you buy the tickets in the kwiki mart.

This place is amazing! I’m not really into the Simpson’s but we went because my husband loves the show and our expectations were exceeded! The 4d show is amazing! It seems so real!! Love the market part as well. We had an amazing time! Highly recommend this place!

Nice 20 minute 4D show. Tons of Simpsons memorabilia.

This is the second year in a row I’ve returned for a Squishee. The store is super cute (any Simpsons fan will fall in love). The ride was surprisingly really good! The motion, smell and water effects were all on point! (90 degree weather = Aztec theater with AC and water effects!)

Warning there will be stuff popping out at you and flashing lights!We decided to try this attraction out and we weren’t disappointed one bit actually passed our expectations! The seats move with the sound affects,there’s actual water that splashes you for certain different scenes! It was a lot of fun and certainly interesting!! Highly recommended

What an amazing experience, I bought the tickets using a coupon code we got through our resort and ended up only paying 26 dollars for 2 adults and 1 ten year old. You just cant beat that price. Tons of funny scenes to take pictures with and a life size Kwik E Mart straight from the show full with items from the show you can purchase.The 4D show was about 30 minutes long but very interactive and fun. If you can get discounted tickets, I would highly reccomend taking yourself or your family here.

We had a great time watching the show! It was a little of wait, I believe they do shows every 30 minutes. Would’ve loved for it to last a little longer, but in the grand scheme of things it was great! Very entertaining! Everyone in my family enjoyed it from my 4 year old to my grandmother! We even got to take pictures with homer afterwards!

Most of our experience was a blast. The 4D was clever and had a lot of surprises. And if you are a Simpsons fan, there will be plenty to see in the lobby of the theater as well as in the Kwiky Mart next door.The only disappointing thing is that someone there takes a picture of you and our family in front of life-sized statues of The Simpsons family. They tell you up front the photo is free and they give you a card with a QR code that is supposed to link to the image. Unfortunately in our case, the image isnt there and despite having emailed and called them, I havent been able to reach anyone. Which is too bad, since otherwise we really enjoyed the experience.Update: They were able to recover our photo, which looks great. As I mentioned, it was a great experience and I appreciate that we were eventually able to get the problem solved. Overall, I would definitely recommend this.

The experience itself wasn’t worth the money. We went at 9:45pm, August 23; As soon as we get our tickets we try to find the line (that was nonexistent) and your very rude employee, Sadie, came running to the front door to scream at us. She told us to get in line “with everyone else.” But there was no line or any other people. She then went on to tell our group not to touch the ropes in the line because “if we get hurt, then she’s responsible.” Hurt by a rope??! So maybe drug test her; or just teach her how to talk to people. I work in customer service and she just doesn’t have a personality for it. I hope you rethink your staff. This is her for reference.

This is great for any simpsons fan! My family and I loved it! Not to mention it is also handicap accessible! Totally recommend!! Staff was great and kind!

Love the store and all the merchandise. We took pictures with the characters. Loved we got a picture to have of the whole family. We enjoyed the show and the staff was helpful and friendly.

It would have been better if it was longer and more effects. The price should be lower because the duration of the movie and the effects are not worth the current price.

A little pricey at $15 for the 15 minute movie but I got my money worth. Effects are great, 3D is great and they kept the social distancing and masks well. Parking is free and very close. KwikEMart is a lot of fun and better than whats at Universal.

If you love being treated like a cash cow you should ABSOLUTELY make this your tourist destination! As an ex-employee of this establishment I can tell you exactly why your family shouldnt go here and support this terrible business.For starters, I can tell you the show is not worth $17 a ticket. It used to be $15 but when raises were issued tickets prices suddenly went up. I wonder why? They show you the short Maggies Longest Daycare and some Simpson episode bit about Bart stealing the subway, which can both be viewed on Disney+ for free. Theres specials effects like bubbles, water, and moving seats but when the entire experience only last about 30 minutes, but the actual show itself is about 15 minutes. The other 15 is spent in the waiting room listening to grating songs and episode excerpts. Youd be better off spending what you wouldve on merchandise and tickets on something more compelling.Of course, if you dont want to see their overpriced show you could always just stop in and buy a lard lad donut right? I wouldnt recommend that either. Simply turn the box upside down and youll see pools of oil seeping through the box. Its also common practice as well to freeze the donuts that werent sold the day before to be sold again the next day. So much for that sign that says Made fresh daily!. As employees we are actively encouraged to lie to customers about this as well if asked.What are the squishees you might ask? Dont bother, its only rebranded icee sold at a higher price. It may not be as memorable but your family would be better off going to a 7/11 and watching cats fight in the parking lot before you spend your hard earned money here.

Surprised I was able to do the motion ride while pregnant! Definitely recommend it wasnt jerky had no issues. It was super fun! The wait was less than 15 minutes and the shop was fun too! Everyone was super nice!

Watched this twice! Still just as fun! $15 Adult $10 for 12 and under (it you are not a local). It’s 15 minutes inside the lobby to take a complimentary Simpson picture and watch a small film then go in to the theater for the 15 minute 4d movie. My kids 12 and 15 loved it!

This is our 2nd time going here in 2 years. Our boys absolutely love it. I was a little disappointed that the show hasnt been switched out after 2 years of showing the same thing. The show is great, however, I think that a few on rotation would be better. I wish they had a night were they showed a longer simpsons film, that would be fun.

Took our son here yesterday. Store looked cool outside of the place looked cool. 4D show was not worth the money. My son liked it so that was good.

If you are a Simpsons fan you will love this place. Though I wouldnt suggest doing the movie. Just buy yourself a t-shirt and a donut.

I went to this location last week. There was a older gentleman working and he was not nice to anyone. I don’t know why they would have someone like this working at this location that couldn’t of been nice or helpful. We wanted to check this place out, and did, only to be treated poorly. I would not recommend this location. Please go to the hundreds of other stores that Myrtle Beach has to offer and avoid this place at all costs. I don’t want someone to go here like me and my family just to be disappointed and upset. Very disappointing, do better!

Amazing, I only live an hour from Myrtle Beach and I am also a Simpsons fan. The 4D movie is approximately 30 minutes long and is awesome and worth the money. It’s fun and more accurate to the show than Universal Studios, definitely recommend.

Great 4D show experience, bad photography. Family had to take multiple pictures first two we had the person to the right cut off, 3rd picture never came through. 4th attempted we asked to use our phone in addition to their camera. Glad we did because their 4th picture came up so dark on my phone. Staff was friendly thoughout the whole thing but wish we had a good picture after so many attempts!The mart was big, lots to see but they only had xs and small size shirts.

Came into today very iffy about stopping here but my kids wanted to and I’m glad I did !!! My kids knew nothing about the show but we met this very sweet and very caring young lady in the Kwik-E-Mart by the name of Idasia ( I apologize to her if I spelt her name incorrectly ) and she helped fill my kids in . She explained what it was how it works even let us know one of the surprise effects they were so excited and I was too . She even introduced my kids to one of her top choice of squishee and they loved that as well . She really helped this become a memorial experience. We love the show and the features . Can’t wait to return again to this wonderful establishment .P.S. Cherry is indeed the best squishee lol

So cute! I love that they have an assortment of squishies to try, pretty cool! It almost seemed a little bare, but it was straight to the point and it had some very cute things to look at, definitely worth the trip.

Just got back home from our first trip to Springfield! What a place! I loved how simply done everything was. No weird characters to try and generate interest, just pure Simpsons fun. We got a Duff energy drink and a Giant Lard Lad donut. The Duff was very tasty and the donut is MASSIVE! (photo includes wifes hand for scale) The prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the area this store is in, which is Broadway, which is NOT CHEAP! If youre a fan of the series and get the chance, this should absolutely be on your list of places to come see!

I came to celebrity circle mainly to see Kwik-E-Mart. The outside looks great and is very exciting, but when you get inside, its quite bare in my opinion. It was still cool to visit, I was just expecting more once you get inside.

SUCH A FUN EXPERIENCE!!!! This is a MUST for any Simpsons fan!!! The Kwik E Mart is fun, filled with plenty of Simpsons merch, Squishees, Duff and Flaming Moes energy drinks and of course Buzz Cola and Lard Lad donuts. And the Aztec theater...you HAVE to visit!! The Simpsons in 4D is an incredible experience...and that is an understatement!!! There are 2 short films and the seats move, the theater fills with different scents, you get splashed with water (its literally just a small amount. Droplets of water really) and you get the sensation that critters are running past your feet/legs. SOOOOO worth the money!!!

Great stop for ever fan of the show! Lard doughnuts, slushies and more! Make sure to get a photo with the cut outs as well!

The store is well put together. The fountain drinks are yummy and can be paired with hotdogs to make a combo.

Its about 15 minutes long. There are effects of air bubbles, and movements. Took neices and son. He is 4 years old. He loved it. Scared him at first but was laughing a minute later. The mart next door is cute. Great photo oppertunity. Donuts were great too. We walked around after which was fun too.

Cool little place located in Broadway at the Beach. They sell most things you could get at a regular gas station but everything is Simpson themed. They sell drinks, candy, doughnuts and more. The restrooms were cleaned and well stocked. Would recommend if you need/want a snack, drink or need to use the restroom while visiting Broadway. The prices aren’t quite as high as other places around it.

If your a Simpson fan. Or have watched tbe simpson tv show this is the perfect place for you. For ages 4 to 12 its 5$ but for adults its $15 the show is 15 minutes it was really funny and after the show it leads us to the kwik e mart they have a lot of exclusive merchandise and the people are really nice. I recommend you coming here to Broadway at the beach its in South Carolina myrtle beach I hope you come by.

Great for Simpsons fans of all ages. They have everything from Lard Lad Donuts to Heat Lamp Dogs. Loved the donuts and Squishees. Neat little tourist attraction. **Priced like a tourist attraction** Please do not go in expecting Circle K prices. We heard so many people complaining. Remember that it is a novelty shop, and you are going for the experience!! We will be back!!

We went at 8:31 pm the website says they close at 9 and they wouldn’t let us watch! There were also many more people being turned away at this point! Very dissatisfied!! The man outside said it was fine and the women at the register said it was ok and I assume what as the manager turned all of us away!

A MUST for any Simpson’s fan! What a cool experience and a great memory! I felt like I was in Springfield! I hung out with Homer, shopped at the Kiwk-E-Mart and of course... PICKED UP SOME DUFF!! (Really good btw)And don’t worry at the Kwik-E-Mart every associate had on a mask and they even had some at the door for customers that walked in without one if they wanted. Also social distancing stickers on floor while paying at the register!!Great way to keep Covid away from Springfield!

Definitely worth seeing at least once. They keep it sanitized fairly well. It is one of the best 4D spots Ive visited. Before the show, you can even take pictures with different Simpsons characters in the lobby.

Purched a 12 oz Duff Beer glass. Asked the store employee if it was dishwasher safe. She replied yes definitely. Got it home and ran it in dishwasher to clean before using and the decal peeled. So it is NOT dishwasher safe, nor is it an imprint. Just a cheap decal. So I tried to look up store to contact about the problem. There is no phone number available to speak to anyone. Checked website and it just goes to the new movie ad. Buyers beware

Admittedly I wouldnt call myself a major Simpsons fan relative to some other fans. The Kwik E Mart was a letdown and I couldnt imagine how any fan would be thoroughly impressed with visiting. There is some merch, soda, donuts and thats really just about it. The decor was very Simpsons-y but the atmosphere just felt bland.If you have to make the extra effort to visit, dont waste your time. If youre already in Broadway at the beach, stop and see it.

We had a blast. Friendly staff, free family photo. Effects were awesome and who doesnt enjoy the simpsons. Wish it was a bit longer but I still reccomend.

This is the 2nd time we have come here from 1 1/2 hours away and got turned away when the website says 9:00 and they clearly and most definitely close at 8:30. We were paying when a lady came secretly from out of nowhere and told the girl not to take our payment when everyone else was so nice. Not a place where I want to spend my money anymore!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My husband myself and our 9yo daughter went july 20 2020, the people who work there are RUDE and miserable, the older man behind the counter is angry and moves like a sloth, the ladies working there are rude, they made it seem as tho we were bothering them to spend money. I made a comment to my husband about the reviews on here and how I will also be leaving a review and all of a sudden they changed there attitudes, only because they over heard me say I was reviewing. The store is ok the movie was great the older woman working the movie was wonderful!!! She was very sweet she should get a raise!!

The souvenir shirts in the kwik-e mart are sized wrong, they fit really small, i got a xxl and it fits like a medium, my wife got a medium and it fits her like a small, everything else was awesome, just be sure to be careful about sizes

Its a very surreal experience. I dont want to over sell it as my fiance was a bit underwhelmed with it but it was just so amazing to me. If you love the Simpsons go grab a roller dog and a squishy and enjoy the ambiance.

I almost feel obligated to share this story with others. My sisters family from Texas and some friends from my hometown in VA visited this Kwik E Mart on two separate occasions a few weeks ago. Several from my sisters family also returned one evening that same week to watch the 4D show. To say the least, they couldnt get enough.I am not in any way the knowledgeable Simpson fans they are, however what was really impressive to me was the extremely clean and organized Kwik E Mart, as well as the professional & friendly staff.Shortly after my visiting parties sadly left, I was so impressed with my experience at this Kwik E Mart that I actually applied for an Attendant position. My wife, family, and friends are no longer surprised with my decision to apply, as they now know first hand how wonderful my new work family is to work with.I am extremely happy to report that I most recently completed my training and am now working at both the 4D show and the Kwik E Mart.For those that have not had the opportunity to visit the Kwik E Mart or the Simpson 4D, I invite anyone to come in and see what my family, friends, and I personally experienced. Who knows, maybe one day you will get a chance, like me, to get a closer view.Believe me when I say it is awesome!

Clean store and clean restrooms. Thats always a major plus. Attendant was helpful when my credit card was declined. She took the time to find the fault was with their equipment rather than my payment method. How many people would do that now? Worthy of a 5 star review!

They don’t get 5 starts because a woman employee in the gift shop area . I felt like she was rushing me and her tone of voice . The other employees were sweet . Especially the man who took our Simpson pictures .

So the place is cute and all but I say what a waste of money. The store is adorable so I cant complain about that. Not much in there though. The movie was a waste of money. The lady told us that the movie was about thirty minutes long and that was not true! We were in there a max of fifteen minutes. I wish I had not been lied to because its like they stole my money. The movie was cute but nearly thirty dollars per person for 15 minutes!?! Save your money!!! If they had just been honest about it I probably wouldnt have left a review but they lied.

Very nice employee, they are super happy to serve you. The store is super clean and very well maintained. Its fun to shop in this cartoon environment. We did the Simpsons 4D and it was simply amazing. Its so quiet in Myrtle beach this week (March 5) we had the theater for ourselves. You must see the 4D movies. The kids said its the best thing they did in a long time.

We have been going to Compass Cove every year for more than 20 years. The amenities for the kids are excellent. The condo we rented for 5 days was also great. The prices are outrageous.

If you’re thinking about going here, you definitely should for the experience. However, when I went, there was nothing there. They were out of food and the energy drinks are just Red Bull with the different label. It was still pretty cool though

Loved the 4D show! The Kwik-E-Mart is pretty cool as well. They have some pretty cool memorabilia and the food and drink is tasty.

My son is a huge Simpson fan! He loved going here and bought a lardlad donut. The donut wasnt the tastiest, but the novelty of it was more fun for him. Neat little attraction/ photo op!

We went there last week we all had masks on except one person did not cover there nose because of a medical condition the employee was very loud and rude and said if youre that disabled you shouldnt leave your house they refused to let it stay like that and the manager gave all 5 of us our money back but did nothing to calm down his employee who was yelling and being rude. I dont recommend anyone going

Good movie and good effect. However, I would rather have a 15min long movie than 2 very short clips. I don’t recommend it if you have seen other 4D movies since this one would be a little bit of a disappointment.

Truly awesome experience! Awoken the kid in me. Loved the friendly staff and the attention to detail. Everything was just as it should be. The hot dogs were awesome. Oh, and the Lard Lad doughnuts are truly a must-have!
